Excellent hotel, very spacious room with good size terrace, wide variety of food for breakfast and dinner. We hade great view. Due to location of the Hotel highly recommend to reserve either B+D or all inclusive. The pool with perfect view and beautiful terrace in the morning to have breakfast while Nataly is serving you (while you enjoy morning coffee on the terrace). Special thanks to Nataly. Although we did not use pool during our stay much , because we were in love with the beaches nearby,it was always crowded. Through walk path beaches are connected to other beaches nearby. No to be missed. Take a walk, enjoy. .... Staff that cleans the room are very detail and we enjoyed our stay. The food is great and tasty and the chef made some great see food during our stay.

Wifi is not on the level of all othe services of this Hotel. Each floor should have a separate wifi server so that guests have no problems. The best receiving signal is at the reception. We had situation of non being able to make a call, just to text. During dinner for deserts we did not once have ice cream made by the chef, although variety of the sweets was fine, we expect to have made ice cream as option at least in 3 -4 flavours.

We chose this hotel as our last spot in our trip therefore we were looking for some lazy time, nice views, location, beaches. It had it all. We had a half board option, variaty of food was big, taste good.

few things that could be improved though: - missing information about hotel facilities, evening shows etc. Reception could be more active sharing information with new guests. - rooms are really badly sound proved - you can hear it all :) - even though there was a vast selection of food, for main dishes you had to wait for them to be prepared so you stand in a queue and queues are long. - the chefs that worked with the stove or grill were inexperienced - they would literally serve you raw meet, fish etc. If you want to have your meal well cooked you have observe them doing their job.

the fact that there was no security agent as I got threatened buy an english drunken guy whose kid thought that putting his laser into my eyes repeatedly was a good idea and the fact that the sister hotel situated just across the street housed some 40-50 english Hooligans of all ages who made me and my family totally uncomfortable because of all the noise till late into the night from all the binge drinking hooligans. but I guess 40 hooligans bring in more money than an unhappy family of 4

It's really very dirty in a bathroom, we asked to clean it but at the reception we've got a comment that it is impossible to make it clean. Of course if you didn't clean the toilet for years it's not possible to make it clean then. I have rated the hotel as 6 as at least it's very cheap so probably for such a price you can manage to deal with dirty toilet and shower. The food is more or less ok, but the plates are sometimes disgustingly dirty with huge marks of previous food. Lifts are also messy, the floor panel was broken in 2 of 3 lifts and once the light inside even did not work.

nice location, very silent

the staff doesn’t speak english at all (cleaning ladies, waiters). not a big variety of diet meals and no information about the ingredients (my boyfriend got some kind of seafood in his breakfast omelette, he is allergic to fish) and a lot of meals very pretty salty. also the plates and the cups were very dirty. the room service was very fast, however they didn’t do their job properly (the floors had sand on and there were also some dust pieces near the beds and night stands). the bathroom needs some renovation, one can’t shower normally bc there’s no showering cabin and water goes everywhere

The bed was extremely comfy, the shower was great and the room was perfectly designed and spacious with a Seaview balcony. I visited the spa which was nice and relaxing. The alcohol is reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful also. The location was nice, close to plenty of cute small beaches but also a quick and cheap taxi/bus ride to the main strip (or a nice walk) and port aventura.

The food could have been better. I feel as though they were trying to please fussy British visitors rather than providing nice authentic Spanish food. The night time entertainment isn't great unless you have kids. Better music and entrainment would have been appreciated. The walls in the hotel room are very thin. You can hear conversations happening in the next room, I could even hear someones phone vibrate everytime they got a text.

it was our 2nd time in Cap Salou and this time we chose this hotel because of the great location and wonderful sea side views from rooms. Hotel stuff at the reception was friendly and helpful.

Overcrowded restaurant (you have to wait for grilled meat/fish, fried eggs which made totally no sense), waiters were super slow (except for Ismail, thank you for paying attention to the guests), we could rarely find clean tables to sit at). Last two days we got a neighbour who was smoking non-stop on the balcony day and night. Would be great if the hotel could do smth against such it. 🚭

Pool area busy. Put down a towel on a bed early morning type thing. To be expected as it is a family package holiday destination.

Room was big enough for our party of 3. Beautiful pool area and lovely overlooking the sea. Not enough sun lounges for guests. Food was good but we grew a little tired of the same thing. Excellent staff and very helpful.

More variety in the choice of food.
