This property is exactly as described! The cottage is decorated super cute and comfortable. The location was perfect and accommodated three of us perfectly. The neighborhood bar across the street came in clutch for a quick drink and app when arriving and then again for Sunday brunch! I would definitely stay here again!

The bungalow is charming and its really handy to walk across the street for a drink or a snack. Great people watching from the front porch and a nice little kitchen too. I cant wait for us to come back!

Perfect place to spend a few days or longer. We brought our service dogs and it was great that the master opened up to a little grass yard. Very quiet and private home. Beautifully decorated, clean and tasteful. Hunter was great to deal with and very accessible when necessary. Loved it so much we are coming back for another week.

Beautifully remodeled, absolutely loved it. Stayed with spouse and pet while in town for work. The house had everything we needed and a perfect location to work downtown.

Our stay was so much fun. The house is in a super great location, so clean and so cute. We had such a great time. The host is so thoughtful. Towels linen and decor feels so luxurious. We had such a great time here.

Amazing bungalow conveniently located across from a cute bar with a great happy hour. This home is centrally located to all of Houston's best attractions. Home is very clean and nicely decorated. Furniture and bedding extremely comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped if you choose to cook, 10/10 recommend. If we come to Houston again we will definitely be rebooking.

Hunter was great, good communication, property was very well kept and clean. only negative, is the noise from the bar across the street in the front room. just a little loud one night. Otherwise, nice kitchen, easy to find and very convenient.

Great location and the home was very clean. We stay with VRBO very often and this home was cleaner and better maintained them most. The property manager answer all questions promptly. Would stay again.

This bungalow rental is a nice gem. It provided sufficient space for two friends, allowing one to have personal space, but also a comfortable living room and kitchen to enjoy. The bungalow is decorated nicely; spacious for two individuals (although it could sleep 4, if needed). The kitchen has what one needs to prepare meals. WiFi worked well. Was a great place to spend a relaxing week. There's easy access to freeways, and Memorial Park is nearby. We enjoyed exploring the walking paths in the Heights neighborhood and finding some interesting places to lunch or to have dinner. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant.

Newly remodeled Bungalow in a good central Houston location

Loved this bnb for our family’s return to H for thanksgiving! Very clean, comfortable beds, great location. I was worried about noise from the bar across the street but it was no issue!

The place was clean, comfortable, and accurate to the photos. The bar across the way was easy for a quick drink and food. The flip side is if you’re a light sleeper and there’s a big sports event broadcasted. Would recommend if you’re a deep sleeper.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Host responded immediately to questions. Location across street from restaurant was ideal. Amazingly quiet inside the property considering proximity to restaurant Bonus was great food and outside dining at restaurant.

This is a lovely home in a wonderful location. The hosts are gracious and the home is inviting and well appointed. We enjoyed the pub across the street, which has good food and drinks and a friendly atmosphere. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!

We rented this house because it was very close to Memorial Park in Houston where we were in a 3 day art event called Bayou City Art Festival. It was incredibly convenient to the show and plenty of restaurants nearby. The house and yard were spotless and very modern looking. The kitchen was full of every kind of appliance one could want and, good appliances at that. The owner was so thoughtful, even leaving guests a big bowl of ground coffee, countless spices and even doggie bags. Who does that?! Hunter, the manager of the property was always available and replied to texts usually within 30 minutes. To top it all off, the owner also owned the cutest bar/restaurant across the street called "Down the Street". We had two or so meals there and the food was delicious and only steps away. It was a kind of neighborhood bar where everyone seemed friendly and knew each other. Within an hour, we were introduced to two tables full of people. The entire stay was perfect and we look forward staying there again one day.

The neighborhood bar across the street (owned by our landlord) was a staple in our diet. Amazing food, good drinks and a friendly staff who surprised us weekly by taking our home garbage and recycling bins in from the street. The parking behind the house is very quiet and the bar workers were always extremely respectful. There is a great neighborhood park just down the street that we frequented with our pups and met friendly, dog loving neighbors. The cottage is not only beautifully designed but the owner maximized the space with her attention to detail and knack for design. We were pleasantly surprised that the space felt much bigger than anticipated and held our guests comfortably. Our front of the house parking spaces were always available for us, and we never had any issues with bar patrons or neighborhood guests taking our driveway. The location was wonderful, highly recommend for a quick trip or an extended stay. Great space with attentive owners. All around 5-stars!!

My husband and I and our pup enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a great location for us. The totally updated house was clean, and super comfortable. A small enclosed back area with grass for your pup if you aren't a walker. Neighborhood eatery across the street handy for a quick meal or glass of wine. Noise not a problem whatsoever. Off street parking was awesome. Will stay again!

Nice easy place that has a dog friendly patio seating. No loud music, just conversations. During the freeze, the restaurant used a generator to open early. They offered a place to warm, charge electronics and free coffee to the neighborhood. These are excellent people with a great little place. If I come back to Houston, this is the place I will want to stay.

This property is exactly like the pictures shown. Extremely clean/sanitized, containing everything a traveler needs. The Heights is a very cool, eclectic community just a few moments drive from everything. Hunter responds quickly to all questions/requests. It was a delightful stay. We will definitely consider staying at this cute little cottage whenever we travel to Houston again!

Awesome stay! Out family of 4 needed a place to stay in between houses and found this gem in Cottage Grove. We ended up staying for 4 months and found it very comfortable. The location is very convenient with I10 very close and it’s easy access to freeway on TV Jester even when train passes. There were some reviews reg the parking situation in the back but in 4 months we never had any issues with noise. Living across the street from Down the Street was also very convenient. Family/pets friendly and super nice staff. Any requests was swiftly handled by the property manager Hunter. All in all we can safely recommend this house! We hade a great stay

This home was 5* on every account - decor, cleanliness, comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen (although we didn't cook), nice sitting area with tv, amazing host, and as a bonus a great neighborhood bar across the street. Location is convenient to everything - Galleria area and downtown. Almost hate to review so nice as my son lives in the neighborhood and we will definitely be back so please don't reserve my dates! But, this is a perfect place to stay.
