Convenient location for our needs
The room had a foul odour and the bed sheets were very rough

Nice scenic location. Nice cafe. Comfortable in the room. Water and snacks available to buy in reception. Felt safe. Would stay again.
Some rooms were better than others for example I didn’t have a chair and my room was smaller than my friend’s The door lock was a bit difficult. Bathroom was small.

Loved the atmosphere and feel of the hotel. The Room was great. Its 5a 10 minute from the train station which was perfect for us as we went to london.

Location wise was perfect for family get together. we have stayed before and have been happy with the previous rooms
we were in the rooms off the reception for the first time and unfortunately not impressed this time. the room has very thin curtains which made it hard to sleep in the early morning sunlight coming straight in the room. also the toilet system was very noisy

There were only enough sugar packs for one cup of tea had to buy a small bag of sugar.

Nice big room, clean if a bit jaded. Basic bed (pine slatted), thin doors.
I was woken up first at 11.30 when a large group seemed to arrive, change and leave to return at 02.45. They were not overly noisy, but the sound-proofing on the doors is thin.

Nice cozy place. It is quiet, people are friendly, lovely areas to walk around.
As I was working late shifts, it was difficult to leave the room early so it could be cleaned. I used the do not disturb sign and changed it to clean up room once I left around mid-day, there were 2 occasions where the room was not cleaned and bed not made.

Ample parking, big room
The bedroom had a green emergency exit light above the door, this could not be turned off which I found made getting to sleep more difficult than I would have liked.

The location was very nice and made for some nice evening walks around the marina to help digest the on-site Indian, which served some very nice food and which was reasonably priced. The room vas comfortable and clean.
There were few local amenities, but this wasn’t too much of a problem. the bathroom needed a bit of a spruce up.
