Gut erreichbar, Zimmer geräumig und sauber

Leider kann man die Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht selbst regulieren, es war eiskalt. Kein Fenster im Zimmer. Föhn hat nicht funktioniert. Keine Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Very convenient for a one night layover stay as you don’t have to go through customs. Food was ok.

The air conditioning fan was extremely noisy and couldn’t be adjusted. Most hotels provide hair shampoo and conditioner but only body wash was available. For the price you would think this basic would be included.

Very convenient to departure lounges. Initially when I called them to book they told me they were fully booked. Then I went into Booking.com and no problem to book a room with them. So I don’t know why that was the case.

Could have nicer options for tea & coffee- a few snack biscuits. The 24 hr menu was pretty awful.

Booked to stay as we had a layover and didn’t want to head into Singapore. The room was clean and had comfortable beds. It had a view straight into the runway. It’s not the cheapest place to stay but very convenient. There is a lovely pool to use but unfortunately when we used it the rain came down.

The breakfast I would miss had a very unusual sausage and some funny look ham/chicken.

The location is great, not hard to find, with shops and Starbucks located directly in the level below. The room is of decent size and bed was comfortable. The dinning area was very nice overlooking Scoot/Singapore airlines planes.

The hotel is quite basic and too pricey for what it is. The supplies in the room was bare minimum. We were given one complimentary meal per person and the lady serving our meals was wearing hot denim shorts and she scratched her thighs multiple times before handing us the plates.

Comfy and big beds; good bathroom; nice & quiet -- That's all you need for a sleep between flights.

Price for a 12-hour block is too high for the facility being offered. (You can just pay for a 6-hr block which is half the price, if you think a 5-hr sleep after a shower is good enough.)

Es war gut zu erreichen, aber man muss wissen, dass es im Terminal NACH der Gepäckaufgabe und Check In ist. Das heißt man muss für eine Nacht alles im Handgepäck bereit haben.

Gab keine Fenster und es war etwas zu teuer.

The room was a fairly good size as was the bathroom. There were tea/coffee available in the room too. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom area felt and looked clean.

I feel that this hotel would mainly be used for travel, in between plane destinations, literally to get some sleep. Unfortunately, Its very difficult to get much sleep. It sounded as though there was a canteen above the room, and chairs and tables were getting dragged around, it was very loud, I'm not exaggerating, this went on until 1:45 am. We had an early morning flight and we were looking at 16 hours of flying time and we had just got off a 2 hour flight (added to time in the airport, about 6 hours of airports). There seems that there is no notices around to ensure silence around the corridors of the hotel. People can be thoughtless and find it so so difficult to speak quietly as they move around the hotel, they literally shout?!, I think a reminder of notices on the walls could help. People shouting outside your room didn't help a good night's sleep too. I got about 2 hours and my husband couldn't sleep at all. So, I paid £190 solely to sleep in between flights and this hotel didn't meet that expectation at all. The cost of this is way too expensive. I wouldn't do it again. Additionally, we had to wait 20 mins for our room and on entry, the bedroom area was clean, but the bathroom bin had the last occupants toothbrush and other waste, in the bin. It didn't make me feel confident in the cleanliness in general, but the rest of the room seemed to be to a good standard. We didn't have the breakfast as we had not had the sleep we needed and just didn't want to get up even earleir. So, we really didn't get value for money for our stay, had it been £80, I may not have bothered to write all this in a review, as the price reflects the standards (so I assumed). And, I very rarely, if ever complain about anything. But this stay really disappointed me.

Nice room comfortable bed

Very noisy all through the night making it difficult to get a good night sleep. I sounded like some one was moving furniture and banging in the early hours of the Morning. Issues with the television with many of the channels not working or with a major lag in the sound - for a hotel like this having something like chrome cast to broadcast from your own device to the tv should be standard

The Service at Front Desk was so good. Led by Henny this is a team that is responsive and thoughtful - WHICH IS SO IMPORTANT for a thru-passenger stopping briefly inside airport

Was all great ...

Perfect for transiting through Singapore. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Bonus was 2 beds in each room - hard to find for adult children who no longer want to share a bed! Surprisingly the 'pay-by-the-hour' style of charge was useful.

Quiet clean room in the terminal. Quick efficient book in and check out. A bonus is the Breakfast prior to departure.

Maybe a disposable razor in bathroom Because you can't take razors on board sometimes you can't shave so a disposable one with the toothbrush kit would be welcome.

Perfect for "in transit" 12 hours with ease of access in Terminal 1 at Singapore's Changi Airport. Room was spotlessly presented, ample in size with two king beds (good quality bed linen and supremely comfortable mattress), soundproofing, tea/coffee facilities in room and a lovely bathroom with large shower including rain head. We didn't utilise the pool area as weather was inclement. All in all.....an excellent choice if a long layover during your travels.

Not a negative as we were very pleased with the Hotel offerings BUT perhaps toast/croissant could be an offering for the breakfast or a fruit bowl?

Included meal is poor. Asked if I could extend by an hour and was told fully booked. We then sat there for an hour and no one checked in. Staff member didn’t even look. Hotel still showed vacancies.

Great location and very comfortable, and a complimentary meal depending on what you book.

Stay for only six hours cost more than $200.00 ... that means their daily rate is $800.00 ... which is ridiculously expensive

We thought we could get a few restful hours of sleep before our connecting flight the next morning. But the beds and pillows were super firm, not pleasant to sleep. Besides, people were coming and leaving throughout the night and slamming doors loudly which didn't help. Breakfast was mediocre considering that we visited Singapore for the food experience & sightseeing. We will NOT return here.

honestly nothing!!!

Excellent location for a rest of any duration between long flights without the need to clear immigration or customs. The rooms are comfortable if you just want to sleep, but the real bonus is the spacious outdoor pool just steps away from your room. It’s very relaxing there with a drink or ice cream with your included meal. The included meal options are good and very tasty.

No refrigerator in the rooms and the air conditioning is a little noisy. But this is offset by all of the positives.

The convenience and quietness of the hotel.

A rather unpleasant male receptionist who seemed to go by his own rules when checking in. The hotel is by the hour but he seemed to think it was ok to allow me access when he decided it was ok which was a good 20 minutes after the hour.

The hotel was easy to find, staff were lovely, food was ok, the room was spacious and clean and a welcome siight after a long flight. I would invest in the money and treat myself to this again.

Generally all round lacked friendliness and was really like a second rate motel. Not very clean either in the bathroom or the hotel facilities

the lady who was manning the reception when I arrived, needs a lesson in general good manners. The cleaning staff that I walked past on the way to my room were more welcoming, polite and friendly than her.
