A localização do hotel era boa.

Tivemos problemas em vários aspectos da hospedagem. O quarto era muito apertado, a limpeza insatisfatória, o lençol muito menor do que o tamanho da cama (o que fez com que dormíssemos diretamente em contato com o colchão), a pia do banheiro estava entupida e não havia travesseiros extra disponíveis quando pedimos. A experiência foi bem aquém do esperado, principalmente em termos de conforto, e não condiz com o preço cobrado.

The location is central. It is close to the Pão de Açúcar. Rooms are a good size for Ibis standards.

The location of the hotel is not very pleasant. Many homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks. Very dirty streets. The hotel is in need of maintenance and cleaning. We stayed (currently canceled the reservation) on the top floor. Our room had a lot of mosquitoes from the bathroom drain all over the room. On the ceiling of the room there was a huge stain of seepage with mold. The ceiling in the bathroom was all black with mould. The bathroom smelled like mildew. We complained at the reception and asked for the cancellation. Was told that this was not possible. We asked someone to go up and see the condition of the room. The person saw it and suggested changing the room. We chose to cancel the reservation as not only the room but the hotel corridor was also very dirty. The hotel finally canceled our reservation. Disappointing!
