Overall great experience: + bright and spacious apartment (big windows and nice design) + nice location close proximity everywhere + seamless booking and entry to apartment

Really great, only things coming to my mind are minor tweaks that would take up the level to really premium: - better quality hair dryer - basic cosmetics available (not only soap but hair wash and conditioner) - fix light in bedroom (main light makes sounds when switched on)

The location were really noisy, even with the windows closed you could hear many people talking really loud during the whole night. I booked this apartment because it says that they have a crib, I even payed more because of it ... And the crib was not there , I tried to call they multiple times and they don't answer the phone ... That means that if you need to talk with them about something you won't be able ...

Bed could of been a little bigger and more comfortable

Clean and tidy apartment, they offered all essential things to stay there.

The worst experience ever. I do not recommend staying in this place. It was the biggest mistake in my life. The way to get to the building and find the flat is quite complicated since the information you get from the owner is not accurate. They were talking about the "B" entrance, which for I was looking quite long. In the end, there is only one entrance to the building, and only the building itself is divided into wings A, B C. Thiggest problem was the parking. you can not park on the street without paying in the machine that accepts only Polish coins, no banknotes, no cards. So for foreigners is not possible to pay it without coins. Because you have to park on the street, find the entrance, right flat, pick up the garage door remote to be able to get to the garage (meanwhile you can easily get fine for parking, which we did get). The service of the accommodation is terrible. We have got the fine completely in Polish, so I was asking for help at the accommodation call center, the girl there was very unfriendly, not willing to help me and promised me to call me back with some help, obviously, she did not call back. The equipment of the flat is not in good condition, I would say "very worn". Floor was damaged, walls need repainting, shower was broken in many ways, missing toilet paper holder, no shower gel provided, just one towel per person. The bed was a nightmare, small, mattress with some hard parts in it to make pain to your back all night. After all so called breakfast was just a joke, no water, no juice, egg cut in half with the shell so the pieces of shell everywhere. PLESE DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

There was nothing that you like like about it the shower wasn’t working they lucky that I stop the flow of the water because otherwise the place would’ve been flooded the TV wasn’t working and I have to check in by myself and after 24 hours of no shower I had to deal with the water flowing in the apartment

The constant noise pounding in the apartment apartment wasn’t ready to be released for anybody to live in it maybe look nice but there was construction going on floor below and they said they had no control so if they had no control they should not list apartment is ready for anybody to move in and did you decide not to refund the money I only stayed there for days and you will hear from my lawyer
