The people working there were super polite and they have prepared a nice surprise for my wife as this was a honeymoon trip!! Amazing facilities!! I really recommend the spa!!

First day check in at 15:00, problematic room, entered another room at 22:00, staying out all this time, no compensation, upgrade or whatever! Not even offer for late checkout the last day.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have been. The whole infrastructure is marvellous and there are lots of different areas to explore. Breakfast is simply perfect and the option of restaurants in the Agora area is also very good. We went to this hotel last year and decided to repeat it again this year, so much we liked it last time, but.....

but... we were a bit disappointed this year. I found the cleanness of this hotel this time very poor. Our room was not well cleaned and we had to wait for another 1 hour so that they could clean it again. Also in the restaurant by the pool, cleaning service was not as last year.

The facilities are superb, and having been coming here since it opened, its true to say that the place has aged very well and is very well looked after. The rooms are ultra comfy - great air con and every need catered for. Breakfasts are a particular delight.. although most of the restaurants are excellent. I liked that our 4 year granddaughter was made welcome everywhere.

Having stayed here almost every year since the opening [covid excepting] I was disappointed that the hotel couldnt arrange for us to keep one of the 3 rooms I had booked for a later check out. That aside there is very little to criticise.. this hotel group gets most things right.

Beautiful resort with friendly local staff, good quality food, family oriented. We loved that even though it’s a resort, you know you are in Greece and see parts of the country’s beauty and culture, which is not the case in other resorts

I think since it’s a family resort, there should be kids evening entertainment every evening

Geräumiges komfortables Zimmer. Sehr geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattet. Der Haltegriff in der Dusche war vorhanden. Er fehlt in den meisten Hotelzimmern. Gepflegte Außenanlage. Äußerst zuvorkommendes Personal.
