Property has lots of bells and whistles. Given the amount of issues with the place we were appreciative of the owner organising a new heater to be sent to the place on our 2nd day. The 2 main bedrooms upstairs are huge.

The property felt a bit grubby, the heater didn't work (middle of winter), several light globes out, no washing up clothes/scourers provided. The property handbook talked about an instruction manual for the convection microwave in the property's black folder, but there was no black folder. Both showers drains don't flow properly so water ends up all the the bathrooms. Spa said it should have had a water change over 100 days ago. The bedroom downstairs (villa 5) is actually the garage used as a bedroom/laundry and it smelt damp and horrible. There were instructions left on how to do a covid wipe down before departure and to strip all beds and put linen into a laundry bag, but there was no bag. The place seems quite tired and from the comments in the guest book, it seems that a lot of the maintenance issues I've listed are ongoing.

Well equipped kitchen. Lovely, serene setting. Jacuzzi was great, linen was clean and new. Nice to open up downstairs. Great fire pit. Heater was very warm.

The shower drain blocked which made it flood the bathroom in main bathroom. Second toilet out of order?? Clips on Jacuzzi were broken. Not enough toilet paper or towels. One person had no towel.

Location, plenty of space

The shower over flows out in to the bathroom floor and around the toilet. It’s needs a little love. We didn’t use the spa as it had sand in it, so it wasn’t cleaned.

Great place in a relaxed setting and close enough to beach and all amenities

Not everything worked , no caps on toilet flush , some lights and not as clean as it could of been but great house abs vibe

Beds were comfy, hot tub, location. Overall it is a nice place but the lay out is a little odd

The room sleeps 8. We are a family of 5 and there were only 4 bath towels. I didn't realise that there was only a conventional oven and a 2 burner gas right next to the sink. Both showers leaks water onto the bathroom floor. The dryer and washer are situated in the bunk room making it very moist in there when using the dryer. There is no toilet down stairs, but there are two toilets up stairs, there is a toilet outside but inconvenient when raining(it rained on our stay). We stayed for 4 nights so we managed.
