For all inclusive, there should be bigger choice of drinks and bar near pool should work until midnight.

The effort to accommodate all age groups - family members and singles alike. The view is fantastic. What did impress me the most is the hotel personnel, the administration and the owner. It is a team of caring, friendly and helpful people - all of them. This morning our shower head fell down and broke. By the time we returned from the beach, it was fixed! There are many more concessions that come natural for the staff - arriving earlier than the designated time, leaving the premises a bit later without penalties, having as many coffees as you like, enjoying the beautiful bar by the pool.

Frankly, sounds unbelievable, yet I can't think of anything I do not like...oh yes! I can't come with my dog! There are other pets at the hotel that trump my dog!

Very good hotel, really friendly staff. Bobby the receptionist is really fantastic. Nice and clean swimmingpool. Good breakfast. Room is big enough and very clean. Air condition is free. The location is good, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops nearby; The beach is a 5 minute walk away.

It is a very good hotel at a great budget. 1. The room was quite big and very clean. The room was cleaned daily and the towels were changed.We had A/C,fridge and a very nice balcony. 2. The staff was one of the greatest we ever met. The man at the front desk was extremly polite,helpful, spoke great english, always with a smile on his face and he was always there to answer us different questions. We also liked the man at the bar, he was funny and always put us in a good mood. 3. The parking-it was a good parking spot,included in the price; 4. The location-the hotel was at aprox 10 minutes from the beach in a good area with plenty of supermarkets and shops nearby; 5. I really liked the breakfast-the food was good: 6. I booked the all-inclusive meals for a 3 night stay. The food was quite tasty and well cooked but it wasn't that diverse. I always found something to eat: chicken,fries,salad,fresh fruit and stuffed peppers but for a fussy eater I would recommend only the breakfast.

Close to the sea (5-7 mins of walking). The room is big and confortable, we had sea view from 6th floor. The room was clean when we arrived.

THE FOOD IS DISGUSTING, DO NOT BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS. They had the same food for 5 days . Only one soup and 2 3 more cooked foods with weird sausages. Same for dinner. The breakfast is okay but same every day. They don't have sweets, only icecream (vanilla or chocolate) from 4pm to 5pm at the pool bar. You don't have free drinks when you eat, only water and orange juice or u have to go to the pool bar and ask there for rom, beer or whisky. Not all drinks from the pool bar are free. The pool is big and clean, perfect for kids.The parking was free, it's near the hotel but crowded and between trees. In conclusion the hotel is okay but the food was the worst i've seen in Sunny beach, we only eated french fries for 5 days.

The staff was great and helpfull. The hotel overall looked to be well cleaned and maintained. I saw the pool was being cleaned everyday and this makes you feel confortable about using this facility. The meals were good, you can find something for your taste but the buffet set-up looked far from a 3 star hotel. It had a rubber sneeze guard easily movable and totally not serving its purpose.

The food line looking worst then a social meal set-up. Beside ice-cream that was being served everyday between 5-6 there was no dessert with the meals.

It was very good indeed. The people were not even polite but anticipating any need one might have. We arrived at 7 am instead of 2 pm. Instead of asking us to wait in the lobby till 2 pm, we were invited for breakfast and settled in the room by 9 am. The view of the room was amazing - the room was really with "a view" at the sea. There was a terrace in great size, nicely separated from the adjacent rooms'terraces. The beach is at a 5-minute walking distance from the hotel. This particular beach was very clean, well-kept. The breakfast was buffet, not continental. We enjoyed it very much. There was a dinner option - buffet again with a great variety of choices accommodating both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. There was not much choice for vegans. The food was always fresh, the chef was great. His only fiasco was the creme brule. For the whole period of 10 days, there was no 'faded' salads or old ingredients. All fruits and veggies were from the same day. On the day of our departure, we had to vacate our room at noon, but our bus was leaving at 10 pm. The manager allowed us to vacate the room at 9 pm instead, explaining that this was possible only because our room had not been booked until a few days down the week.

All îs beautiful.

The staff at the reception is very nice. I had extra wishes, and I was travelling with a bike. They took care both of my wishes and of my bike, which was amazing. Depending on where you want to be in the resort, the location can be great (it's not far from Cacao and Bedroom, the nudist beach, etc.

Rooms do not get cleaned thoroughly, they just get done really quickly, so the floors, the table on the terrace and the glasses provided by the hotel remain untouched. The night shift at the reception is fussy and unfriendly.

Variety of food. Very small bathroom(appartment). No demarcation between the shower zone and the rest. No functional tvset în the second room. All the week we had the soap found in the first day
