Smeštaj je generalno lep, ima veliku terasu, što mi je bilo važno, jer je bilo nas četvoro. Ulica je mirna, nema saobraćaja. Posebno mi se svidelo što hodnik zgrade veoma prijatno miriše, pa dopunjuje utisak da je sve veoma čisto. Osoblje je vrlo ljubazno. Smeštaj je na nekoliko minuta hoda od plaže, i vrlo blizu šetališta i raznih prodavnica.

Malo je problem za parking u sezoni. Ali to nije do domaćina, već je problem u celom Haniotiju.

Everything! The location was great! We were able to park right next to the hotel even though there was no private parking. The room was clean, had an amazing balcony and everything else you would need for a comfortable stay. But most of all, we liked the property’s host and how easy the check in was. She proactively contacted us before our arrival with details, she was waiting us at the location, and was always available for questions, just amazing!

Nothing! Honestly, with such a warm welcome, it is impossible to complain!

I didn't like anything

At first, you see the score 9.2, but don't be confused if you don't receive this that is described. Don't belive of the pictures ,the building looks normal from outside but not from inside. We were placed in basement (under ground floor) Smelling like mold,and not only smelling but there was mold in the bathroom.We were welcomed by the owner(the father of the woman who is on the reception)he was kind but,when we asked for a normal room not this in the basement he was like :no,no we don't have.Ok we decided to stay since it was evening and I already paid for two nights.The day after the toilet was smelling sooo bad,that I had to ask for some cleaning and disinfection detergents I was only given a spray,but actually I am not supposed to clean since I pay 120 euro for a night.I asked for another room again,but the receptionist (owner)told me that they don't have. The second evening we came only to sleep since it is not nice place to stay and take a rest,but this was over my every expectation,when I saw that there was many small bugs on the bed,that are creeping all over everything.,luckily I had my own bed line but it was disgusting anyway.So the bad,smell,the dirt all over,dirty toilet fulll with mug on the wall and door that can't be closed,this was the worst experience for me and my family.And the morning when we were leaving I kindly asked the Reseptionist wich is the owner to come and see the bugs on the bed,and she just said "don't worry they don't bite"!Then her mother came and said that we are lying and started to shout and told me that I am lying and the room is perfect,and God will judge me and I will burn in hell!!! So stay away from this people and the UNREAL SCORE OF 9.2 Poor quality and awful people. Bad experience ever! I can share a video also.

Excellent location, clean apartment and kind service from hosts. Greetings!!

The apartment is in excellent locatin,a three minutes from the beach in the center of Chaniotis. Restaurant,shops,supermarkets,bakeries,boutiques,souvenir shops are all within the vicinity of the apartment. The apartment was clean,comfortable,nice,bed linen and towels are changed regularly and Marika is super,always redy to help. Rating for "Thalassenia Studios" 10+ Beach and Chaniotis 10+ Perfect!Bravo! ps.Sve pohvale.Hvala na odlicnom prijemu. Es war alles wünderbar!

Everything was clean, comfortable, and nice. The host was wonderful!

Parking in July is a challenge.

Everything was great. The host is great, very friendly and helpful, we just felt like home. Thank you for everything! The room was great (available immediately) and very well equipped. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend it.
