Great location
Our 3 bed apartment only had one split system air conditioner for the whole apartment. We had to sleep with doors open as the fans were not enough to cool the whole area.

The unit was dirty. I had to sweep the balcony and clean the bathroom. The outside bins were completely full, stank and had maggots in them. The smell would blow into the master bedroom. The wifi was off for 3 full days and management was extremely rude and unhelpful and tried to charge us extra $100 for a ridiculous cleaning claim. Lots of broken and poor equipment, pans, chair, ice trays, 1 air con so the bed rooms did not get cool. The pool was very heavily chlorinated and hurt my kids eyes. Avoid this place.

Lovely property with great views of the river and close to water activities and shops.

the location was great, close to the shops but not too loud. the staff were great and very accomodating.
It was a bit far from main beach and the light in one of the rooms did not work.

A list was given to property manager regarding some lack of facilities so assuming this is followed up the property should be upgraded for the enjoyment of next customer!
