The location is excellent. The views of the Adriatic sea are fabulous from every window as the apartment is directly seaside. There are four large windows you can open for the lovely fresh sea breeze. Being right on the water, and within walking distance of most everything is so convenient. We took a ferry to Venice, and the catamaran is just a few short minutes down the street to the port. We enjoyed the Mediterraneo bar which is just below the apartment with a lively and relaxing atmosphere and a variety of alcohol and non alcohol beverages. This apartment is far better than a hotel in our opinion. We like being able to cook, wash clothes, spread out & relax. This apartment is spacious, clean & comfortable. Rovinj is our favorite of all our Croatia destinations, and we will return.

Breathtaking view from the apartment's windows. Sea accessible for swimming just few steps from the house. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen with all the essentials available. Very clean and also warm - visited in February and the heating worked fine!

Met by the owners and shown to the apartment. Brilliant location in old town. Sea views!! Bar below opened especially on our final day to give us a complimentary coffee!

There was only 1 air conditioner. Caught ferry early in morning, and were told we wouldn't have help with our bags or any transport for us, as the people with the golf cart didn't work that early. A bit of noise as the bar was downstairs, not too late though, quiet after midnight.

Great location - right in the heart of the old town. Superb Views and a lovely little bar underneath. we loved our drinks there every evening, looking out to the sea. The apartment was very clean, roomy and well equipped. The owner was very friendly and made us feel welcome.

Absolutely stunning apartment in incredible location with amazing views. We felt so fortunate to have stayed here and will definitely be back. We loved going to the bar below for coffees / cocktails and swimming in azure water from the swimming area just along from the apartment. Great support from Laura who went above and beyond to help us by navigating us to the apartment and helping with the car parking. Thank you!

Really nothing. It was perfection! Arriving and finding the apartment was a little tricky, but our fault really as we hadn't got mobile set up for Croatia so were unable to contact Laura - once we did arrive (having pulled cases over a lot of cobbles!) the support was brilliant.

Absolutely amazing location with stunning views, very nice & accommodating host! The bar downstairs has amazing views and we only wish the weather was better so we could have enjoyed it more! Very walkable area. Host arranged free parking and transportation from the parking location via golf cart with bags to old town where the apartment is located We will definitely be back! A perfect place to stay!

Unbelievable location- on the water with fabulous views and a short walk to everything. Jasmin was a great host- friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. His recommendations from restaurants, to bike routes were spot on. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend.

Not much- we had one rainy day. But seriously, he even had Netflix, so we could watch a couple episodes of our favorite TV series before bed.

I don't like the reviews with exclamations such as wow, amazing etc. I want to know the details. But in this case I'm about to exclaim too. This place is really unique. First - the location. It's not just near the sea. It's literally IN the sea. Second - the interior design. Inside the 16-17th century building you'll find a completely modern furniture with all the equipment - washing machine, dish washer, micro oven etc. And very thoughtful and accurate design. In reality this place looks better and more interesting than on the pics. Third - the host Jasmin. Very easy to communicate, ready to help and at the same time not nosy nor intrusive. His recommendations about restaurants, things to see around were really valuable and helpful. All in all - I fell in love with this place.

We have been traveling a lot and spending our time in top 5* hotels, but this apartment is beyond everything seen so far! Stunning see view from the bed and entire apartment, amazing location, about cleanliness no words. This place is the best one!!! We love it and be back soon ❤️

The view of the sea from the bed. Amazing location, very quiet in the night, just the sound of the sea and birds. Spotless clean, with everything you need in the kitchen and the bathroom (nice soap!!). Also quite spatius for Rovinj standards. Very responsive and nice host. We got good tips from him and welcome drinks in the bar downstairs. I totally recommend and hope to come back!

Our host Zlatko was extremely helpful concerning meet and greet, luggage, arranging parking place and even arranging pizza delivery the first evening when many restaurants were closed. He is a really nice person! The appartement is perfectly situated in the old town. The view from the 4 windows onto the bay is amazing. So is the bar downstairs!
