AMARGA AVENTURA
Despues de haber pagado 450 euros por dos noches , la encargada del hotel me dijo que habiamos fumado en la habitacion le dije que si pero en el balcon . Teniamos que pagar una multa de 150 euros , cosa que hice en el momento.( sin recibo ninguno) nos quedamos sorprendidos, Y un poco tristes, desarmados.
Yo creo que una amonestacion verbal llegaba, soy un viajero frecuente , voy con regularidad a San Sebastian (Londres, Monte Igueldo'etc y no conocia este Hotel, mi sentimiento realmente antes de este funesto acontecimiento es que el hotel era muy agradable y el personal fantastico.

Rervation for corner room with historic view. We got a room on 2nd floor, with only two stoned walls as a view, one is another building with window looking right to our room . Curtains have to stayed closed all the time. That hotel is right at the sea view! Never saw the sea from the hotel. Breakfast room did not have see view either. We fell cheated by the pictures. 500 euros per night...not really worth it!

Ideal location on the edge of old town and minute walk to the waterfront promenade, spectacular rooftop patio views, beautiful rooms and helpful staff.

The hotel is very stylish, the location is fabulous and the beds are very comfortable.
this hotel is high end and generally meets all expectations but considering the cost there were a few things i would have expected that were not included. Breakfast should have been included with the room cost, there was no conditioner/body lotion (small things but make a difference). Also the hotel parked our car for us, we were charged E39 / day, we then found out that the parking actual cost was only E20/day!!!

stunning hotel room, beautiful view and in the heart of the busy streets.
Roof terrace isn’t really usable and no bar/staff on hand, apart from that everything else was perfect.

Amazing view not only from the room but spectacular sunsets from the rooftop. Perfect location for venturing out and about. Room was extremely comfortable.

Fabulous location in the old town really close to the harbour. Good size and quality room with designer feel and nice furnishings. Great breakfast included and cosy bar in the evening. Staff helpful and cheery.
The roof area was closed till 10.30 am. It would be nice to go out there a little earlier. There was little else to fault!

We’ve been to San Sebastián several times, and this is by far the best hotel we’ve stayed in. Staff were incredibly welcoming and responsive (especially answering my many questions before the stay), rooms were fabulous with comfortable beds and beautiful views of the city, and the location is spot on.

The view from our beautiful room was amazing! Room was a great layout. Hotel location is perfect to explore both the surfy side of the city and the old town. We got some complementary champagne when checking in. Best place I've ever stayed in San Sebastian.

Everything about this hotel was luxurious. Possibly the comfiest bed I've ever slept in, including my own at home! They've thought of everything you could need, including a very fancy toilet and HDMI sockets for the TV. Ideal location and completely spotless too, and the rooftop terrace has the best view in town. Can't wait to come back.

Nothing really - they gave us a smaller room at first and only when we asked at reception we got a larger one with better views (it was available on Booking at the same price)

very modern hotel in the unbeatable location
the device was incredible and so helpful. I was sick for a day and they were very kind to extend our checkout to the latest so I could lie down more before we went to the airport.
will come back next time we are in San Sebastián !!!

The 'pool' is a gross misrepresentation - it's essentially a foot bath. Our 'sea view" was through a smallish window - avoid rooms on the side of the hotel if advertised as sea view - only front facing ones have big windows and proper view
