Booked this hotel in the midst of the wildfire issues as we were evacuated from our original hotel. Had no idea what to expect but were pleasantly surprised, large rooms, pleasant staff and no fighting for sunbeds like the hotel we stayed at the days before.
Food was good too. Happily recomend to anyone looking for a hotel on the cheaper side.
Air conditioning was extra cost, why not just add to the price of rooms?!

The room was tired and could do with an update (had previously stayed in the newer block which was more expensive but clean and modern) shower fixing to wall faced out so if you did shower the whole room flooded so had to hold the shower all the time as to not flood the room. No floor mat for bathroom had to be extra careful not to slip. Have been to kremasti many times the hotel is over the flight path - would expect it to be a better value for this reason.

Rooms still had a crumbs etc on the floor from past travellers. Planes constantly flying overhead throughout the day and night

The manager was lovely and very welcoming. We arrived quite late and were hungry so he ordered us some pizza. The room was spacious. There was a good selection of food at breakfast.

The staff were absolutely lovely ALL of them. The reception staff were exceptional. So kind to me as I had had a few issues always helpful with questions and information. Pool area is lovely and food from restaurant was great.

Personel was very kind and location of the hotel is very good. Kitchen equipment - ok. Swimming pools- ok.
The most uncomfortable point is that of air conditioning. Air conditioning is paid extra. Despite the fact that it is payable, it is only available in one part of the room. WI FI is not always working properly.

The room was very big for the price, the staff very friendly, helpful, trying to accomodate your wishes. Plus it is very close to the beach, and it has a bar and restaurant and 3 pools. For a 3 Star Hotel, you probably can't ask much more from the money you're paying.
I'm not a fan of making someone pay extra for aircon. Just put it in the price of the room, so there are no surprises. Also because you cannot live in those rooms in July without aircon. The room is acoustically not well isolated, so if you are sensitive to noise and try to sleep in the afternoon good luck! The cicadas are VERY loud there, there are a ton of them. In the night it's very silent though.
The cleaning stuff cleaned my room ok, there would be some room for improvement. Unfortunately they also (mistakingly) left my door open. Lucky there is not much criminality in Rhodos, but this is definitely a no-go. If I had anything of real value in there I would be very angry.

The hotel has fabulous swimming pools, and a nice restaurant/bar. Ideal location, not far from the airport - if you need night before an early flight this would be ideal. Not much in the surrounding neighbourhood, but good value for money.
