We have just returned after 2 week stay, although we never met the host Anita I would like to thank her for her communication both during the booking process and during our stay, thank you. The villa and pool were as described, location for us was perfect, out of the way but easily accessible with a car for Pathos and surrounding areas, we all loved the pool, it was cleaned twice a week and warm, as I said before we all thought excellent value for money and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We were two families who spent one week at the end of June in Anita's villa and we had perfect time there. Villa is located on the edge of neighbourhood and apart from one loud evening party in the villa next to us, it was quiet place. There is nice and well maintenaned garden with pool oriented towards south. Heating is extra option but there is a pool cover which can bring the water temperature up by few degrees. What I was just missing was a bit more of shade outside. There is only one umbrella above eating table and second next to pool for sunbeds. Interior of villa is nice, simple and functional. Air conditioning unit is in each room and each of the four bedrooms (1 downstairs, 3 upstairs) have dedicated shower and toilet which is really convenient. Kitchen is big and well equipped with everything you need. There is as well some basic food articles like salt, pepper, seasonings, tea etc. What I would like to underlilne is Anita hospitality and communication. She was answering on all my emails and requests very promtply so we feeled really welcomed and everything went smooth. Last but not least was quite nice price for our stay adding very good price to value ratio. In conlusion, we really enjoyed staying in Anita's villa and I can recommend it to everyone and especially for families with children.

My husband, adult daughter and myself booked last minute due to changed arrangements and Covid. Anita was amazing responds quickly and we had everything we needed to get into the property on arrival. The villa was lovely, spacious and clean it is in a lovely quiet location not far from secret valley, the scenery around the villa is amazing you can see the sea from the Master bedroom terrace, the pool is lovely keeps you refreshed whilst sunbathing on the patio, it’s also cleaned twice a week The villa has everything you need to enjoy a holiday in Cyprus the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking meals with plenty of pots and pans and crockery. Would definitely recommend a car as nothing much within walking distance we were in Cyprus for a wedding and we did also travel around the island a little. The best supermarket we found was in Pissouri they had the best selection of fresh meat & fish, fresh fruit & veg plus a bakery with great croissants, cakes & donuts it was about 15 min drive from the Villa and Paphos is around 20-25 mins drive with lots of shops restaurants etc We loved our stay in the villa we didn’t want to leave would definitely recommend great value for money and would happily stay there again, if you are looking for a peaceful relaxing place to stay this is the one for you Thank you Anita

Beautiful property . Really clean . Pool a real asset and reassuring that it's cleaned twice weekly - early morning so not to disturb you. Garden was lovely . All rooms have ensuite which is real touch of luxury.The only negative for me was that the bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable. I slept on a folded duvet but still had backache.Also a suggestion that the owner might consider including pool towels as these are bulky items to bring on the plane .Indoor towels were fluffy and soft Our family had a great holiday in your lovely house . Amazing villa, lovely location... perfectly sited just outside Paphos. Due to location travelling to visit others area is great. Loads of places to eat in Kouklia just down the road (5 Mins by car).Would defiantly book again.... It's just perfect.

We visited for a family wedding in Paphos, at Aphrodite Hills. We were really close by but with plenty of privacy and peace to relax in our gorgeous villa. Plenty of room, we had 6 adults staying and there was enough room for everyone and lots of sun loungers!! We enjoyed the BBQ a couple of times. Our favourite evening haunt was nearby Gabriel’s Tavern in Kouklia village, a short taxi ride away. We couldn’t have been welcomed more and the mezze is definitely enough to share!! We also went to the driving range down at Secret Valley golf course, which is in the same resort as the villa. We’ll be back, thank you for a lovely holiday!!

The house is very attractive, with lots of space for 8 people both inside and out. Absolutely great that each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and toilet. The pool and garden are fabulous, the pool is well maintained (pool man visits multiple times a week) and the flowering shrubs and bushes in the garden are very pretty. As the property is located uphill from the coast, there was a lovely breeze most days which helped keep us cool. The location is a quiet, residential estate and the property has unobstructed views from the front of the house over the hills to the North. The garden is south facing so receives full sun from sunrise to sunset. The interior is very stylish with superb dining table, comfortable sofas, air conditioning and attractive decor and soft furnishings, both in the communal living areas and bedrooms. We cooked most days, using the oven, hob and BBQ during our stay. The chinaware matches and there are sufficient place settings and cutlery for all guests. It was very useful to have two large fridges - one for fruit & veg and the other for dairy, perishable foods and lots of drinks. A car is essential as the beach and supermarket are not within walking distance. There is easy access to the A6 Paphos - Limassol motorway and there are many places to visit without too long a journey. The instruction document provided by the owner was very helpful and informative on all practical matters. We had a lovely stay, would recommend to other guests and hope to return to this peaceful location.

Beautiful luxury villa set in tranquil garden on a quiet residential golf resort. Spacious, clean and well maintained throughout with plenty of indoor and outdoor space with seating for 8 people. You'll want to be around the south-facing pool from breakfast through till sunset! Air conditioning throughout means you are never too hot. We'll be definitely returning for another stay! Detailed instructions mean you never have to wonder how find or work things such as TV. Kitchen is fully equipped, including washing machine, clothes airer/ironing board and even hair dryer available. All plug sockets are UK 3-pin. A car is essential to get about and explore with lots of very good restaurants nearby (Kouklia and Aphrodite Hills) and further afield. We never had a bad meal in 2 weeks. Plenty of sightseeing both locally and for those wanting to travel. Close to the airport (10-15 min) but not on the flight path. You'll love it!

Just got home today could have stayed longer Loverly villa in a really nice estate. Definitely need a car but great to be somewhere quiet,found a loverly little beach with a bar and music and not forgetting the dog Mia .

Stunning and tranquil location for a relaxing holiday. There are some nice walks for the more energetic holiday maker. Villa Anita offered everything anyone could ask for.

Quiet, relaxing and all we could wish for!

Anita's place was exactly as described on the website.It is a stunning villa to stay in. It was extremely clean and well maintained. It was very spacious and attractively done out. The garden was beautiful. We spent a lot of time on the patio, near the pool, where there were more than enough chairs/loungers for all of us. The kitchen had everything we needed for a holiday and having 2 fridges was a bonus for a holiday in hot weather. We could put lots of water, drinks etc to cool down, in the second one! As it was so hot, we used the air conditioning in the bedrooms at night to sleep. I would not hire a holiday home without air conditioning. The list of information/advice on how to use the hot water/tv/air conditioning etc regarding the villa sent by Anita was very helpful. The villa was a short drive away from the town of Kouklia, where we had some evening meals out. The people are very hospitable and welcoming. The food was excellent. The villa is in a good position. It was a short drive to Pissouri to the supermarket/beach and also to Paphos, which is a wonderful town to visit, both for the beach and archeaolgoical sites. The pool is cleaned regularly by the pool guy! We loved Cyprus and will be back again. Thanks Anita.

Had a lovely time. Villa was clean and well maintained. Plenty of space inside and out, pool was a great asset, as was the bar-b-q. Tastefully decorated complete with all mod cons. Downstairs bedroom very useful as we brought my frail 82yr old mother over for my sons wedding. Ensuite for all bedrooms brilliant, showers great water very soft not hard like back home lol. Air con very useful as temperatures hit 37C while we were here. 15mins from airport so great after the flight but planes arent really noticeable from villa. Very quiet and peaceful with beautiful views all around. Set slightly up the hills sunsets were amazing. Plenty of supermarkets within a few minutes drive. You definitely need a car to explore, good base to access most of the island. Booked our car direct through Cyprus firm Elephant very good and helpful good price too. Someone at end of phone if you need any questions answered and very helpful. Sewage system great for this area (no having to put toilet paper in bin next to toilet!! Big bonus in this heat). All in all had wonderful time and price of villa very reasonable would use again. Thanks so much Anita.

Fantastic holiday in this lovely villa, had everything we needed. Anita had left full instructions on how to use all the amenities which was much welcomed. The Villa was very clean and well maintained. A car is much needed while staying here. Also there is a brilliant supermarket just down the main road. All in all a wonderful place and yes we will be recommend Anita's place to our friends and family.

Second time staying in this villa and we love it. Home from home with everything we need to make our stay brilliant.

Everything listed was correct and accurate. It was a quality villa with a quality adequate size pool with was cleaned out professionally twice a week. All in all, I can thoroughly recommend this villa and would not hesitate to return myself.
