Festa de casamento no hotel que fez com que fechasse o restaurante e o acesso dos hóspedes à recepção e lobby.
No segundo dia, a limpeza do quarto foi feita às 18:00h, após solicitação.
Ar condicionado não estava esfriando conforme esperado.

The rooms are nice and the reception young and friendly. It is clean and the beds are excellent
The hotel can't cope with a large number of people, the breakfast area is small and the showers did not work when we stayed there so if you are booking when the time is busy, think again. The hotel is fine but when there are many people the hotel can't deal with the volume as the kitchen could not keep up with the food and is poorly organised. We had a room on a low floor, make sure you have a floor to the top as you won't her the air conditioning machinery which was on the same floor outside out window. The hotel is nice but some management is needed for peak times so choose your time well.

I loved my stay in Golden Tulip. The rooms were gorgeous, with a lot of space, soft sheets and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was delicious and well served. During my stay, I have ordered food in the Cassiano Restaurant, and it was amazing as well.
They charge for the water in the refrigerator in the room, in my opinion they should offer free water to the guests.
Also, for me, the process of validating the parking ticket everytime you go in and out of the hotel doesn't make sense, there should be a "free of charge" card for the guests of the hotel.
