What a wonderful townhome on the beach! The view from the kitchen and living room was just spectacular. There is so much room that we never felt cramped. Truly appreciated all of the covered parking and the elevator. The icemaker did struggle with making ice for a four-bedroom unit. One amusing feature is that the primary bedroom does not have a door to the main shower area and has a peak a boo opening from the bedroom to the tub. Overall, this is a fantastic unit and look forward to staying there again.

5th year in a row our multi-generation family has enjoyed this beautiful townhome. From Great Grandmother to great granddaughters, there is plenty of room for our family. Groceries and luggage (and great grandmother) are a breeze to take up the elevator, and proximity to the beach walkover couldn't be better. Beds are comfy, love having a gas grill to use.... great place! Already booked for next year!

We would definitely rent again! It was so close to the beach which was so convenient, we had a 5, 4 and 2 year old so that is extremely important when you have so much to carry to the beach. It was just an easy walk over the bridge directly to the beach. The condo had everything we needed. Gorgeous views and very clean! O

The property was dirty upon our arrival. Sand on the floors, toothpaste in the sink, and counters dirty. The kitchen was sparsely equipped and all but 2 coffee cups were cracked. Location and view are great but does not make up for the condition of the condo.

The views from the two large balconies were amazing. Just steps out the back door to the beach boardwalk. Very long beach that's great for walking. The condo is large with more than enough room for our party of 8. The huge garage in which to park our vehicles was an unexpected bonus.The property was quiet & we never heard noise from neighbors. There are two pools on the property. We often had the entire pool to ourselves.

We thoroughly enjoyed the entire 5+ weeks in this beautiful townhouse.The views are stunning. The walk over the dune boardwalk is right out the back door. Watching the dolphins swim by was a crowd pleaser for us and our invited guests. Back home in Utah now with a snowstorm dumping a foot or more today and tomorrow. It’s beautiful here too but there’s something about the gulf that keeps pulling us back. Thank you to the owners and to paradise for everything! See you next year!

Our first impression upon walking in was that the place did not smell clean. Finger prints all over glass door, appliances smeared with streaks, lower walls and cabinets had grim on them. Cookie crumbs in the bed sheets. We washed all our own linens after removing them from all beds. Not one scent of cleaner anywhere! No freshness in the bathrooms or the living areas. Carpet and rugs were filthy as well as worn to the point that they need to be pulled up and thrown away. Bath mats full of hair and filthy to the point of disgusting. How could the cleaning crew NOT wash the bath and kitchen mats? The down stairs bath had plenty mildew on the shower door. One squirt of a bleach cleaner would kill that instantly. Upstairs showers seemed slippery on the tile due to soap scum. Obviously, the cleaning crew were clueless how to clean and we PAID for that cleaning service in our stay agreement. The funds should be refunded. We left the townhome cleaner than when we arrived. The reason we stay there is for a matter of convenience. Elderly parents need the elevator and easy access to the beach. Other than that we would reconsider another unit but there are not any close to the walkway like the one we stayed in. We have stayed in several other Regency Cabana townhomes, this one left us disappointed due to the poor nature of the carpet and the cleanliness. I hope the owners of this unit will take into consideration replacing the grotesque carpet and worn down sofa, especially due to the huge price increase for 2023. Very sad to have to report these negative facts to you. I'm sure it is important for your records in order to maintain an account of what your guest experience upon their stay.

Third year in a row with family in B-1, and it was better than ever. The perfect unit for our multi-generation family vacation. Very pleased that issues we raised last year had been taken care of. New Issue: TV in double queen BR did not work, but was a minor annoyance. Cleaners should check under beds--we found a couple of banana peels under a bed while looking for child's lost shoes. Can't wait to come back again next year!

We are originally from Pensacola and come back every summer for vacation on the beach. This year has been our favorite! The location of this condo is awesome! You really feel like you are on a private beach. We had great fun watching the Blue Angels practice from our balcony and from the beach below. The beach is just steps from the back door. The owners have thought of many details, even putting in an outdoor shower and a water hose to rinse everyone and everything off after coming back from the beach. The master bathroom has a huge shower with body sprayers and a pebble floor. The master bedroom has a balcony with a gorgeous view of the gulf. There are built-in bunkbeds in the hallway just outside the master bedroom. We loved the kitchen!!!! Two ovens and a very nice refrigerator with all the bells and whistles made it so much fun. The pantry is huge. One downside was that there were no oven mitts, so we bought some at Wal-Mart and left them there. There was a gas grill, but we had to exchange the propane tank because it was empty. Not our lucky day, I guess. Only other issue was the internet. It didn't work half the time, which was a problem for my husband and my brother who needed to do some work while there. The rental company sent someone to look at it, but it kept going in and out. I felt it was a blessing to get away from the world and just relax, so no internet didn't bother me.

Condo was absolutely everything we could have asked for. Paradise Beach rentals did a fine job with having our unit ready for us. we had some issues with plumbing leaking in the ceiling and some broken kitchen drawers, but overall the unit was outstanding. very disappointed with construction all around us at times you felt like you were in a construction zone would have appreciated a heads up regarding this. As construction started at 7 a.m. every morning literally feet the bedroom windows. that was extremely disappointing. One of the best beach realty companies we have encountered in our 20+ yrs of renting vacation homes along the panhandle.

Fourteen family members moved into a "Big Brother" type condo where dreams did actually come true. The moment we opened the garage door and saw how big the garage was, the excitement was hard to contain. (Yes that does sound strange but with 3 large vehicles and 1 small vehicle, we were very concerned about the parking arrangements. ((By the way, they did all fit in there with room to spare!))) Upon entering the main level, we all experienced an "aha" moment. This was paradise and it was ours for one week! Everything about this condo was perfect. The open kitchen-living room area was awesome and the view of the gulf was mesmerizing. The bedrooms met all our needs, especially the master suite with the peaceful view. The two bunk beds became individual living space for two of our grandsons, which they loved. The bathrooms and the laundry room were the best you could have asked for. However, the elevator was at the top of our kudo's list! What a wonderful addition to an already fantastic beach condo. Our knees are forever grateful! Overall, the condo was beyond our expectations in every way possible. We made lots of memories during our stay, in the condo, on the beach, in the waves, in the pool, around the table for meals, site-seeing, deep sea fishing, shopping, eating at the local restaurants, the list is endless. Pensacola Beach and condo B1 (as in B1 Bomber!) will forever be tied to our hearts. We recommend Paradise Beach Homes to everyone in order for your dreams to come true in Pensacola Beach. They are an awesome group of people.

I grew up in Pensacola and come back to stay a week on the beach every summer. This was one of the best homes we stayed in. The location was perfect: directly on the beach, not crowed and very peaceful. The layout of the house was ideal. The main living area was perfect for entertaining our family. The sleeping areas were ideal also because everyone got their privacy at the end of the day. If you do go out to eat Peg Leg Pete's is by far one of the best seafood restaurants on the beach. The only warning I have about this town home is the elevator. If you do use it, make sure that it is completely closed when you get out, otherwise it will not work. I would highly recommend this property to others. It was a fantastic stay.

It was the second year in a row my entire 13 person family stayed at Regency Cabanas B1 and it was as good this year as it was the first year. It was the first time we stayed in a condo that everyone asked to go back to. And they want to go back again next year. It is gated so the kids can ride their bikes on the grounds, everyone had plenty of room, the kitchen and den are very spacious and best of all it is right by the board walk to the closest we have ever been to the beach. However the Cell Reception is spotty at best and all of us had different Cell Carriers.

There were nine Bridge Buddies on this trip that had stayed in this unit in April during the week of the floods in Pensacola! We love this beautiful condo! One suggestion we have is to mount more towel bars (holders) in the bathrooms! This B-1 is spectacular!

We enjoyed staying at Regency Cabanas #B1. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 6 children. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The views from the lower deck and upper deck were beautiful! The elevator worked great for getting everything up to the right floors. The garage was great to park the cars in and there was already beach chairs, beach toys, and a gas grill to use. There is also an outdoor shower so you can rinse off before going inside. The location was great as well because it was next to the stairs to access the beach.

Wonderful week as usual! Russell and his group are great to work with and make the rental process very easy! Construction going on this year made it slightly inconvenient and the boardwalk drop off needs to be fixed, but I think that might be the SRIA issue. Overall property is great. Our family loved staying here. The kitchen is the heart of any gathering, and this one is big enough to handle cookie-making, even while supper is in the works. The sleeping arrangements were also perfect for us, allowing elderly parents to join the group or go rest, as needed. The elevator made moving in and out a breeze. I highly recommend this condo.

We love Pensacola and visit any chance we get. This property is amazing. You literally walk out onto the beach from your back door and being able to leave all your beach gear in the garage and not track sand in the house is amazing! Having the elevator for sending stuff up and down was very helpful. The only thing I was kinda disappointed about was I thought the top level shared the balcony but you could only get to it from the master (and we didnt have the master this time). However I found that we didnt use either balcony much since the beach was just across the boardwalk. PBH was very helpful with everything. We definitely recommend this property and cant wait to visit again!

We love this group of 8 townhome location! The views from all the balconies are beautiful and it’s far enough away but not too far from the restaurant and bar scene. The B1 was clean enough but could use some updates on bedding and carpet. Both were in poor shape. The upstairs slider was difficult to slide and a service person was sent who couldn’t fix it. We made do and enjoyed ourselves very much!

We love this group of 8 townhome location! The views from all the balconies are beautiful and it’s far enough away but not too far from the restaurant and bar scene. The B1 was clean enough but could use some updates on bedding and carpet. Both were in poor shape.
The upstairs slider was difficult to slide and a service person was sent who couldn’t fix it. We made do and enjoyed ourselves very much!

We really enjoyed this beach condo. It has a fantastic location with easy walk to beach and proximity to Pensacola Beach. It was the most spacious of any condo I have rented with large bedrooms and kitchen- great for a large family. I would stay there again.
