Great location and rooms are very spacious. Breakfast is good, as well as relaxing at the lounge bar.
On our departure, we had a flat battery, and 2 of the staff assisted us by hooking up to the hotel van to bring life to our vehicle.
Lovely pool area to relax in, so I will definitely be back.
4.3
Perfect location, beautiful facilities, nice spa, friendly staff. A lot of signs of attention to detail, eg chocolates on the cushions, baby snow trolley,…
The breakfast is good but a bit repetitive if you stay for one week.
4.3
Excellent staff in ski shop. Super convenient ski in ski out location
We had a vegetarian in our group. The vegetarian options for dinner were terrible. For example plain risotto with just onion and cheese and rice, no mushrooms nothing else on the plate. Or plain pasta with no sauce and some sliced courgette. This is supposed to be a 5* restaurant. I emailed in advance that we had a vegetarian. Only two options for meat eaters each day. I will not go back because of the food.

Excellent location. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Great ski shop on site. Very comfortable rooms. Nice pool facilities.
A minor detail but one that ought to be fixed - the rooms have auto sensor lights meaning that any member of the family using the bathroom at night would set off multiple lights. This is quite disruptive (we were a family sharing a suite) and seems like an issue which could be resolved.

amazing location and lovely spa
breakfast was nothing special and room service wasn’t great

location , pool
staff in restaurant little bit not well organised
4.3
impeccable facilities, almost on the slopes.
there is a very limited menu for the half pension. we had dietary restrictions which were communicated in advance. yet, we often had to remind them and it felt like they were unprepared for the extra effort. It’s a bit less than what you would expect from a 5*-hotel. the food was tasty and the service was fair.

The staff in the ski shop were fantastic.
They bring your boots to you every morning and your skis are waiting outside for you. The service could not be better.
In the afternoon cakes are laid out in the lounge where you can relax in front of the fire and order a drink.

We were on half board and the food was terrible. terrible for breakfast and terrible for dinner, everything else about the hotel was great, location and staff
the food was terrible

location and the ski hire shop were excellent.
Sadly we were very disappointed in this hotel. the whole place felt as if there was a tight budget. the staff were overworked and not able to to smile. the breakfast felt mean, with overworked staff struggling to replenish small plates on the buffet. the bar staff were running about, but it still took 30 mins to ask for a drink. guests were setting up the chairs outside on the terrace on a sunny afternoon. the 1/2 board was really a disappointment, inedible fish and two courses took two hours! the hotel was summed up for us by the withered pot plant in need of water on the bar tables sitting next to burn out candles. it was a shame as the hotel could be incredible with better management and a few more staff.

Lovely staff throughout hotel and attached ski shop. Great location, easy ski-in/out. Nice bar.
Automatic lights in the room annoying since wake you up in the night if partner gets up. Half board meals boring and repetitive with limited choice. Breakfast uninspiring. Only choice of eggs scrambled. Overall, dining not at all 5 star. Also steam room and pool waterfall not working. Spa staff could have advised some residents not to stay in the hot tub excessively long in order for more people to enjoy it.

perfect location for ski in and ski out, ski school for kids in in front of the hotel, ski shop is inside, great half board, swimming pool abs jacuzzi
kids are not allowed to use the swimming pool after 17.00 😳🤦♀️
4.3
very friendly helpful staff. great location. Great ski shop.
very limited breakfast which meant we had to leave the hotel for breakfast after the first few days to be able to get a cooked breakfast. Not what we would expect from a 5 star rated hotel.
4.3
Very nice ****+ hotel overlooking the ski slopes. Cosy rooms with stunning views over the mountains. Easy access by car to the undergroung parking (factually mandatory).
We would rate the hotel ****+ but not ***** because the service was good but not good enough. The main restaurant is only accessible to half board clients and the second restaurant is not worth *****. Maybe the covid situation makes is difficult to hire enough staff members, but then the price should be adapted to the service provided. If you add the parking (EUR 25/day) the room is pretty expensive. Aside from the Hotel, les Arcs' architecture is questionnable, to say the least.
4.3
The location is good, with great views out of our hotel window (although Les Arcs 1950 is a far prettier and better location). Generally the staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms and the hotel are nicely presented and styled.
Unfortunately they had/have a massive problem with they kitchen and food. Breakfast was limited, lacking in quantity and worse still, the chef seems incapable of cooking scrambled or poached eggs, or getting the cooked elements out quickly and hot. This extended to the dinners which were limited, repetitive and again, served slowly and not hot.
We had to complain every night, along with other guests and eventually were allowed to switched to bed and breakfast (but the Director/Manager still insisted that we had to pay for breakfast even though we only went for breakfast once in 10 days). This woman is a major part of the problem as she seems unwilling to recognise the problem or to provide any reasonable solutions. Her attitude when we left was "if you don't like it you should have left and stayed somewhere else"! She was under a lot of pressure, but ultimately she was out of her depth and completely unreasonable in her attitude. Remove her and change the chef and this would be a great hotel.

It’s the only five-star hotel in Arc 2000. The restaurants have a great dining experience the staff is first rate the location is amazing and close to everything. This is our third time staying at this hotel plus the skiing is the best.
