Property we stayed at comprises of modern features. It was neat and tidy. Our stay was comfortable. Our main purpose for travel was to take the kids to Mogo Zoo which the property was a convenient location - a few minutes away from the zoo.

Personally just prefer a gas cook top, but I understand why the electric cook top.

Great location, so close to the beach. Villa was modern and very clean. Will definitely be coming back again :)

Loved the location

The mould made my husband very not long after getting there he is very allergic! Was not a great night at all… holes in bedroom walls were the doors open and a plank is broken on the back door deck very flimsy

Accommodation had good privacy and the location was lovely, it's right on a beautiful beach.

Love coming to stay at Barlings, very relaxing. My partner & I have come to stay 7 times in the past year.

Spa bath did not work, really wanted to have a spa. Shower head kept falling down, would not stay upright. Lock on sliding door was faulty, really difficult to lock the door.

Great spot right on the beach. Very comfortable beds and great living area. Kitchen with everything you need We will be back

The location and the size of the cabin was spacious. Pool was great though, huge and clean.

The cabin was not as clean as you would expect. The couch and floors dirty and two of the dining chairs had for on them. The cutlery and cooking utensils had definitely not been washed. The kitchen drawers were not as stocked as other similar holiday parks we've been to and there were not enough glasses for 4 people. The TV as advertised was misisng from the main bedroom and the office didnt even know about it when I reported it, so they definitely dont do an inventory. Knives were as blunt as spoons which made salad and bread roll cutting impossible. Park appears a bit run down and attention to detail is really lacking.

Then it was downhill. Tv did not work properly. Fixed the next day Cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. We used the broom & got rid of some cobwebs No bedside lights , only lamp the globe was blown. Fixed the next day. Squawking bird in the tree meant no sleep for 2 nights. That's not the acc problem, cannot fix/correct nature. The Acc lack TLC .

Cottage was unclean and in dire need of maintenance. The info and photos in the listing were misleading and incorrect. Wouldn't recommend staying here - completely overpriced.

I loved the surprise I got pulling into the Barlings House carport to see a beautiful home surrounded by lush green grass beneath a canopy of Casurinas and Cedars. A creek, ducks, frogs seen from the bullnose verandah which ran along the entire length of the spacious and ideally laid out home. Soft sheets and shelves galore and the adjacent neighbours garden with irises and foxgloves in full flower was so lovely. I loved the screen door that shut just perfectly without a slam. I loved waking to the birdsong early every morning and falling asleep to the frogs orchestra each night.. The hot tub at sunset kept clean every morning by three delightful, happy fellows; Paul, Ian and Nick all added to my fantastic adventure.

I didn't like having to leave.

Nice location but more for residents than guests.

No plug for the kitchen sink so I had to buy one. Dishwasher didn’t work. I had to wash all of the dishes/cutlery before use - there were fingerprints and lip marks still on them which made me feel off. Lots of mould in window tracks and generally not very clean. Kitchen didn’t seemed to be cleaned before our stay as I also had to wipe down food from the stove/cooking area. Laundry on site but no washing powder/liquid available on site - you’ll need to go down to the local IGA to buy that.
