The hotel was amazing and the staff were truly accommodating. Super comfy space with some of the coolest views around. It is such a cool hotel, would highly recommend for a lovely stay.
The only thing that felt like a downside was that we had seen prices for the hotel a few days before our stay that were comparable to a lot of other places in town, $25-40 a night. By the time we had booked it the price went up to $130 for the night. It was quite a steep jump which felt like a bummer.

This hotel was fabulous. We woke up to a view of the ruins close by. The breakfast was delicious and locally sourced. The staff were very helpful and recommended some good places to eat!
We loved the cozy decor and central location. The train station is an easy 10 min walk away.
Minor thing - the pillows are quite flat but other than that, everything was perfect!

The location was great, host was kind and helpful. from the hotel’s window, you can see the ruins. Large room, large bed, good hot shower and working internet, what a solo traveler can ask for:)
The tab in the bathroom was the only thing didnt work for me, it was hard to turn on and off, a small detail.

The two ladies that worked in during the day and the morning were wonderful. I traveled with my daughter and they made it the best experience. The breakfast was GREAT! Service was GREAT! The location was GREAT! The went out of their way to make it a WONDERFUL experience. They were able to find us a driver and tour guide on Father's Day who was wonderful and reasonable.

Breakfast was excellent. Free filter water. The room was quiet at night. The owner was very nice. It was close to the plaza and to restaurants. Shampoo and conditioner was made like soap.

Great place to stay with you extremely friendly service.

Super friendly and helpful staff (Ibo (sp?) and also Ensell. Ibo suggested local restaurants, local hikes and sites to see, prepared breakfast (a more local, traditional fare), etc. Great view out the hotel window. I did the 4 day inca trail, so catching the bus in Ollantatambo rather than Cusco meant i didnt need to be up at 3AM. Very budget friendly too!
The only thing i would change is . . . i stayed one night and in the morning, i don't know if because i was the first one up the water took a while to get hot, or if it ever even got hot, but i ended up taking a "cool" morning shower because i had to catch the 6:30am shuttle.

Beds were lovely, wifi was strong, the location was amazing! It was close to everything, and I really enjoyed being just moments away from food, snacks, an ATM, etc.
The process was confusing, and could be misread by some people. They sent me a separate link to pay outside of Booking, which I thought was strange. Then, the front desk didn't know that I had paid when I arrived, so they asked me to pay again. I showed them my receipt. In the morning when I went to check out, they once again told me I had to pay, and I showed them my receipt. However, she called her boss and he didn't have record of it (or didn't see it?), so she tried to get me to pay. Ultimately, after a bit of back and forth, they did see my payment.

Absolutely everything! The atmosphere is so peaceful, the energy feels warm, and the hospitality is probably the best I have ever had :)

Excellent location. 10min walk to train station, 3min walk to the Ollantaytambo historical site. Breakfast is very good. But only 1 lady there who can speak English.
If you need 1-day trip to Maras and Moray, they can help you to find a driver. Extra $ if you also need a tour guide.

Location is perfect. close to station as well as the town square and the ruins. the staff is exemplary. ivo went above and beyond to help with logistics and tour of sacred valley. huber was like a friend and always available to help. he even gave us a tour of the garden explaining the various local fruits and vegetables.
nothing.

Hospitable staff, clean rooms, good internet, hot water in the showers, nice breakfasts, great views (if you pay for those rooms). Lighting in the rooms could be better. The location is excellent-right off the main plaza. Highly recommend.

We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast. Location was the best. So close to everything, especially the main square where all the restaurants and stores are.

The hotel was very warm and cozy. It's in the center of the village. The breakfast was great. The room was nice and clean. The view from the window was amazing.
The water in the shower on the second night were cold. We asked the nice lady at the reception to fix it and it took more than 2 hours.

Location is great, and provides good bedding and proper showers.
Does not honor the "boutique" label, a bit on the basic side...

The hotel is pretty good, and they provided a very nice breakfast. The lobby is very cute. The bathroom in the room is clean , the bed is not bad.
We were living in the attic with a view to see the Incan sites. The bed is comfortable but we got bitten by some bugs after staying there for one night which itched us a lot.

The hotel is located by the plaza de armas close to the archeological site and you can explore Ollantaytambo easily by walking everywhere. we spend a night here after our trip to Macchu Picchu and we were glad we did. Shower was great - reliable hot water! - beds were very comfortable. we liked that the generous breakfast was a little different than other places we stayed. The freshly pressed grapefruit juice was delicious.
I loved the decor with all the cool hats in the common area.
They kept our luggage the next day while we explored the town which is definitely worth doing.
They didn’t take credit cards and we scrambled to get enough cash from the ATM to pay for our stay.
Relatively expensive when compared to some other similar hotels we stayed at in Peru.

1). No central heating in room. Only portable plug in heater.
2). Only 2 wall plugs.
3). Bathroom was horrible. Toilet does not flush well and poor ventilation.

Super helpful staff (they made great recommendations, were incredibly accommodating, had an answer for every question or challenge), amazing location and view (I stumbled back the first time I saw the view the morning after arriving), great town in the hear of the Sacred Valley with lots of great food, shopping, and sightseeing opportunities.

The location was perfect and the view from our window was amazing! You should absolutely stay here if visiting the sacred valley. Ollantaytambo is the perfect base and the town is much more relaxed. The staff at Sauce were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great every morning. Sauce actually had the best water temperature and pressure out of all of our accommodations in Peru! They also provide solid bars of shampoo and conditioner which are higher quality than what you would normally get in a hotel, and reduces plastic trash.

Ibo (the person at the front) was wonderfully helpful. Quaint place to stay with great breakfast.

Loved absolutely everything here - the location even though so close to the bustle was wonderfully silent, the bed was comfortable, the sheets were soft, the shower was big and had enough hot water. Not to mention the staff being super friendly, helpful and responsive. Would come back here without hesitation!

The view of the ruins could not be better. Also I really appreciate that they provided as much filtered water as we needed
We had arranged through the hotel to have a car pick us up from CUZ airport and take us on a Sacred Valley tour along the way to the hotel. We were ready to pay the $70 for transport and tour for 3 people. But the driver didn’t get the message about the tour. We missed a great opportunity to tour SV sites along the way
