Gorgeously decorated , high ceilings , the staff are wonderful !!!! The food is brilliant , I really couldn’t recommend it more .

I wrongly assumed this was a seaview room but sadly it wasn't. There was no buffet breakfast to choose from, as it was all on order.

The receptionist was nice and he also made a good breakfast.

There is no swimming pool, only a smartly photographed tub. There is only a seaview if you are on the roof. WiFi is only good in certain places. Not flexible: we wanted to stay for 2 instead of 5 nights but they didnt want to change/refund. Location is not at the seaside boulevard but in a backrow.

hotel advertises a rooftop pool, which has been empty and not operational. This has been the main reason to book this hotel. Evenmore two days prior to arrival we got an Email with an extra pool invitation. My kids had been very disappointet. Breakfast has been not prepared in time and got delayed, which is troublesome with young kids which are hungry in the morning. Region is dead in the preseason, very few restaurants. A busride to Lipari three kilometers away is needed to find a good selection of restaurants.

Very helpful and friendly staff, Oscar was great and arranged excursions for us. Good location, small boutique hotel. 2nd stay here.

Cornetti at breakfast didn't always taste the freshest.

The staff was very friendly and made you feel comfortable. As our stay was outside the high season, we were the only guests but they really did their best to make our stay as pleasurable possible. The terrace is really nice to relax as well.

As our stay was not during the high season, Canneto can feel a bit empty. But with a scooter you're in Lipari Centro within 5 min.

Our bedroom was a suite and the sofa bed was not v comfortable. Also the room’s window faced a wall so it was quiet but v dark.

The staff was so accomodating. They were wonderful and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. They made sure to ask about any dietary needs and what not. They have us excellent recommendations. Very satisfied.

The pool was very dirty and was drained half way through our visit. There was no spa as advertised. Everything else was wonderful.

Really cozy and detail oriented hotel. Well placed but far from the noisy seaside broad walk. The host can give the right tips to discover all the eolian islands. Serena, Oscar and Bartolo made our stay memorable.

Nice stuff, gave us lots of good information and helped by organizing the days on the island. One minute by the sea. Nice few into the mountains from the terrace.

The place was extremely nice and breakfast was wonderful. It was steps away from a quite secluded beach and the staff was super friendly and nice.

The location is a bit off the beaten path. So you do have to take a shuttle or walk for about 25 min to reach it.
