Beautiful views and close to the beach and bay for fun! Loved watching the dolphins play in the bay from the balcony while enjoying our morning coffee.

We had a great time at the condo. We enjoyed the pool and community center everyday. All staff were friendly and the elevator in the condo was fast! All areas of the resort and condo were clean.

Great property! When the weather is a bit cool or rainy there is an indoor pool & the outdoor pools are heated! Bay side beach & gulf side beach, so you can mix it up! Plenty of space inside & amazing bay view from the condo.

We had a wonderful stay and the unit was clean and well stocked with needed supplies such as towels, blankets, etc. The property is beautiful and we will definitely stay again!

We had a great time! Condo and resort were both incredible and perfect for families! The condo was fully stocked with everything you could want/ need. The master bed was so comfortable!! We will definitely be back!

We have been going to Pensacola for a while now but this condo at Portofino Resort was the most fun we have had at the beach. Condo was in walking distance to the bay and the beach. Each tower had it's own pool. The resort had several large pools at the main area by the bay. Lots of kids activities. The food at the restaurants was great and there was a Starbuck at the resort. Kids loved that. The main pool area had pool service. Its a true Resort. The condo was wonderful, with lots of room for 10 people. Very clean and well stocked with everything you might need. The unit was vacant the night before. So they arranged for us to check in a little early. The host always messaged me back quickly when I had questions.
Let's just say I hope to stay there again very soon and hope to plan a trip for a week next year.

We had the absolute best time in our condo for the week! The condo (and entire property) was so clean, everyone was so friendly and the condo had so many extra little perks that made the stay so much easier (sand wagon and chairs and shovels!) I’d highly recommend a stay here as it was everything we could have imagined and asked for plus more!! We cannot wait to come back!! ☀️🌊⛱️

Perfect for a family! This unit comes fully loaded with beach towels, toys, a beach wagon, and anything you could possibly need for your stay! The beds are comfortable. The room was super clean and you can tell the owner takes pride in making sure guests are comfortable.
To top it off at has an amazing view of the bay!! For those deciding on a gulf or bay view is pitch black- You want a Bayview! At night you can see the bay and watch the boats come and watch the bridge light up. 12 out of 10 would recommend this unit and will definitely stay again!!!

We loved our stay! The location was perfect, with easy beach access, all kinds of things to do on property, and easy access to all the activities on the main strip. Loved that it was also not too crowded. Beach chairs, umbrella and some toys on hand was an added bonus.

We had a great experience and enjoyed our stay. The condo was as advertised, check-in process was a breeze, and owners were always available for any issues or questions, of which we had none.
Beach access from Tower 5 was just a short walk and condo had any beach amenities you may need from chairs to toys to umbrella.
We would definitely recommend this condo to others and we would be be sure to check availability on this condo should we ever travel back to Portofino.

Our family visited Pensacola for spring break, and the condo was perfect for us. There was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the view of the water and the very easy access to activities. We could have stayed at the condo all week and never ventured out because there was so much to do. We loved the pool areas and all the amenities. We would definitely come back.

Bud was great. We traveled here for Thanksgiving and the weather was perfect. They had a ton of activities for the kids, had breakfast with Santa, decorated a golf cart (sleigh) and got to ride it with Santa. Bud was great and communicating and I'm so sad I forgot to sign the book! Great added touch. Views were amazing, plenty of space, kids loved the bunk beds and the extra bed in that room. Lots of beach toys. Parking was very easy and had plenty of room. Would stay again. Love this area.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was our first time in Pensacola Beach and we had a great time!! We have already recommended not only the beach but the Portofino Towers as well! What a magnificent place to be! Friendly staff, easy to get around, great beach access and stunning views! This specific condo was great! Met our needs perfectly. Had everything that we could possibly need and more. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

The condo was great! The kids loved the bunk beds & the TV in their room. We loved the big master with the king bed. The kitchen was spacious & had all the necessities. The view of the sound was wonderful. We really appreciated the beach towels, toys, & boogie boards that were available for our use. Since we were here the last week of December we loved having a heated pool. Also the direct beach access from tower 5 was super convenient!!!
