Our second time renting here and we really love it. Everything is clean and modern and cozy. It's right next to a life-guarded beach and walking distance to shops and food. The property manager is super responsive too. Highly recommend!

This location is right on the beach and is walking distance to all the best spots in Beach Haven (Fantasy Island, restaurants, ice cream, etc.) and the unit itself was very clean and perfect for our family but I thought the rules around the pool were a bit strict. The pool is only open from 10 - 6 even though there is never a lifeguard and there is adult swim every hour for 10 minutes even if only kids are in the pool. There was a group of owners who seemed to resent the renters a bit and were very overzealous in enforcing the rules. This wasn't that big of a deal and overall we had a great time but it was just a bit odd.

This property works great for our family of 3. The location can't be beat and it's great to have access to the pool. The unit was clean and bright and the communication with the property manager before arrival was never an issue. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at this oceanfront condo! The unit was extremely clean, comfortable and so close to the beach. The location can't be beat- steps to the beach, walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants, and Fantasy Island. The owners were very communicative and gave clear instructions through email and text. The check in process was smooth and easy, as the key pad makes it simple. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!!

We had an enjoyable stay at the property. The location was great, just a block from the beach. The check-in instructions were good with one exception: they were somewhat unclear on how to open the digital lock to the front door. It instructed us to turn the "knob", which we thought referred to the door knob. It should have said "the knob above the door knob." A resident came and helped us open the door. (The property manager got a little testy when I called him more than once for help.) The only other complaint is that the listing mentioned a second bedroom. However, the second bedroom was actually the size of a walk-in closet, and the bunk beds were too small for an adult. Next time we will look for a true 2 bedroom unit.

This is our second year in a row staying in these condos (we had the one next door last year) and, as usual, everything was perfect! The condo was beautiful and spotless. The location can’t be beat! We had a wonderful week in LBI and already can’t wait for next summer to get here!

This property was great. Perfect location, within walking distance of all of the local entertainment and right on the beach. You also have a partial ocean view inside this property which is an added bonus. Also, not having to worry about handling or misplacing keys is great as there is a keypad door lock which is very convenient. We had a couple of minor issues, but they were all handled by the management company very quickly as they have excellent communication even on the weekends.

My family had a fantastic stay and can’t wait to return. We have stayed in other units in the past however this one has to be my favorite so far. I loved waking up to the beautiful view of the beach right from the living room window. This unit was very clean and comfortable. Thank you so much for the opportunity to vacation once again in our happy place! We will definitely be booking again next summer!

Great little condo right in the middle of beautiful Beach Haven. We loved the pool and being so close to the ocean. Pool attendants were extremely nice and kept the pool area in great shape. Gas grills and picnic tables were perfect for a nice meal outdoors! Condo is small but in excellent condition, tastefully decorated and very clean. Loved our stay in Beach Haven!

The property was very clean, the location was spot on, and the stay was enjoyable. Everyone on the 2nd floor of Building E were great! Special thanks to all the pool attendants they were fantastic and thank you Megan and her boyfriend for the awesome cheesesteak!! Can’t wait to book again for next year.

Great property and fantastic experience with the owner! Location cannot be beat - a stone's throw from the beach entrance over the dunes and nearby all Beach Haven has to offer. Communications with the owner were prompt, transparent and informative.

Nice, clean property. Great location. Quiet stay, only night we heard noise was Friday night when group gathered in picnic table area late into evening past 10pm. Great stay for our family of four with two children under 2.

Family of 4, we stayed for 4 nights. Property had everything we needed. Pool was a hit with the kids. Property was clean and in a great location. Walking distance to everything you can need. Highly recommend.

Very cute place, very clean and perfect for our family of four. It is right on the beach and very convenient with our little ones. Also, the pool was very clean and the pool attendant always very friendly! We will definitely come back and highly recommend this place to others!!
