FULLY SELF-CONTAINED COUNTRY COTTAGE
Ce chalet de campagne entièrement autonome se trouve au cœur de la région de Daytona Beach. À une courte distance de la plage, du Speedway, des magasins et des restaurants. Cette maison a un cadre privé paisible et magnifique, un endroit parfait pour les amis et la famille. Idéal pour les groupes assistant aux nombreux événements locaux proposés par la plage de Daytona. 15 minutes de la plage, 4 minutes des commerces, 12 minutes de la voie rapide. Nous aimerions que vous profitiez de votre séjour avec nous. Le chalet est composé de 4 chambres / 3 salles de bain / 2 salles de bain complètes et fait partie d’un vaste domaine de 11 acres, comprenant la maison principale et l’hébergement des gestionnaires immobiliers.

I stayed with 4 coworkers for 3 weeks while we were running a program in Daytona Beach. It was perfect for us. We all had our own 1/2 baths and plenty of space. The grounds were beautiful, the beds were comfortable, the towels were thick and the kitchen was well stocked. It was very comfortable.

My family and I absolutely loved this cottage. We came down for my daughter’s gymnastics National competition and it was the absolute perfect place to stay! It was extremely clean, odor free, and very spacious! We had everything we needed and never had to contact the owner once. My husband spoke with the grounds manager one morning after seeing him outside and he was so nice, informative, and had nothing but good things to say. If we’re ever in the area again and this cottage is available we will most definitely be staying here again!

The only thing I would have changed was the best were full size and queens would have been much better for our group. We really enjoyed talking with the property manager, he was a super nice guy. Would definitely rent again.

Our family came to celebrate the ERAU graduation of our son and his girlfriend, and this place was perfect. All family members were comfortable and there was plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked. Greg, our host, was extremly helpful, allowing us to borrow tables and chairs, and even jumping in to help change our son's car battery. A sweet little bonus was the cute, very friendly little cat who visited us each day. If you're looking for a peaceful place, for whatever reason, to stay with family, this is the place.

What a beautiful property. Comfortable and quiet. Every morning we some wildlife from birds to deer and turkeys roaming around. Close to the beach and events we wanted to attend. To just hanging out and catching up. Will definitely be back if in the area again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

What a perfect place! The house was so clean, well maintained and so well stocked! Greg was great. We were in Ormond from Nashville, TN for a destination wedding for my son. The location of the home was central to everywhere we needed to go. I just can't say enough great things about this home!

This property was absolutely perfect for our group. Plenty of space for our vehicle, motorcycles, and trailer. The location is also great - close to all the necessities, while being secluded and private. Would recommend this property to anybody thinking of going to the Ormond Beach area.

We have stayed at this house before and knew it was going to be perfect! It is in a quiet area with lots of trees so my daily walks were amazing. The house has everything needed.

Ian is a wonderful, friendly caretaker, we loved knowing he was there in case we needed something. The property is so pretty and feels secluded but is so close to everything we needed. We each had our own bedroom with in suite powder bath which was perfect. And the great room is incredibly spacious.

Amazing hide-a-way!
Our experience was wonderful. The cabin is well taken care of and is stocked with everything you need! All appliances work well, and we had no problems with our 5-day stay. Ian was very welcoming and cordial, and was readily available if we needed anything. The grounds are beautiful and the cabin is in an out-of-the-way but convenient location. This is great for anyone who doesn’t want to deal with the beach traffic or chaos. About a 12-minute drive to beach, but straight shot. All conveniences located within a 1-2 minute radius! We would definitely pick this location again in the future!!!!!

The location and house were perfect for our stay. The layout was perfect for multiple people to stay and have their own space. Loved having the peaceful porch and gazebo to sit outside to enjoy the natural surroundings. Manager was quick to respond to any needs. We will stay again!

Audi Club at Daytona Speedway
We had four adults who came down to drive with the Audi Club at the Speedway and the property was perfect for our needs. Great layout, good location and the Owner, Ian, was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend it.

Amazing
This property was much more than expected! It was back off the road so there was plenty of privacy for sitting outside, which we did a lot of, with plenty of shade and beautiful grounds to enjoy. The property manager was EXCELLENT! He was there almost immediately if you text him with questions. We will definitely be staying there again.

Nice House in a Good Area
This is a Nice Large House. We only had 2 Couples but could have slept 4 more easily. Has a Great Breakfast bar and the Kitchen has everything we needed. A big Dining Table and a nice Living Room. Very close to everything that we wanted to do. Ian was always around if we needed him ,but left us to ourselves. Very Relaxing Stay. Thank You Again Ian.

Awesome spot
I stayed here with three of my buddies for a late spring break vacation and it was great. The house was beautiful and very spacious with plenty of room for hanging out. The location of it is perfect, being 15-20 mins away from a lot of activities and the beach. Ian was an accommodating host, making sure we always had what we needed and even giving us access to some other features on the surrounding property. I would certainly recommend this house and would love to stay again.

It was everything we hoped it would be...
The moment we walked through the door we could see the property was everything we hoped it would be. A nice, large kitchen, open floor plan and the three bedrooms with half baths in each were perfect. The master bedroom was perfect as well. We had to call Ian for assistance twice and he was there within 2 minutes to help us out. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and will return again the next time we head to the area. Thanks Ian!!

Compound of relaxation
This place was perfect for our week stay in the area visiting with friends, family and attending a race. The house was perfect with lots of room for all. The compound grounds were immaculate and clean. Quick food and a drug store are walkable. The property is pretty close to the highway as well. The property management team of Ian and Patrick were outstanding! Taking care of all our needs and then some. I would recommend chatting with both as they are fine folks. Don't give 5 stars often but this property deserves them.

Home Away From Home
Ian & His Wonderful Wife Made sure we were well taken care of while we were on the property . We use Vrbo when working out of town so that our employees feel more comfortable even though they are away from their Families . We will defiantly stay here again. This property is well taken care of with Beautiful landscaping and considering how close to town you are It is extremely peaceful after a long day at work . It has all the creature comforts of home .

Perfect in every way!
This property was perfect for our group of 4 retiree golfers getting away for three days. Each guy had his own bedroom with attached bathroom. Living room and dining room were comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked and had great appliances. There were plenty of essential supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, detergents, etc. The gas grill was like new and easy to use. Even though it was near the road, it was extremely peaceful and very quiet. Thanks to Ian for his availability, attention to detail and friendliness. We'll be back!!!

Fantastic stay for Bike Week 2020
The house was clean, spacious, quiet, well maintained, super comfortable and we look forward to staying there in the future. Property manager was on site 24/7 which came in very handy. We couldn't ask for a nicer host.

GREAT VACATION
We stayed at the cottage for a long weekend of R & R. Ian and Denise was wonderful, the cottage is secluded, but close to everything. It has everything you need and more. We want to come back!!

This property is in a secluded peaceful setting. The household amenities are abundant and Ian is extremely accommodating. The location is convenient and easy to get to. All four of us could not say enough good things about Ian and the property/house.
