My stay at Garden Village Guest House was absolutely delightful. The lush greenery surrounding the property created a serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploration. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast served in the garden, overlooking the picturesque surroundings. Overall, I highly recommend Garden Village Guest House for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

The room is big, but thats all that was good.

First of all they try to scam you when paying the room by forcing you to pay more then the price on booking. The room was dirty, stains everywhere. There is no hot water and the wifi does not work. There is loud music playing all day & night. And the worst, the place feels unsafe, people smoking weed in front of your room all day. Apperently these stay here permanent. Advice: dont go here

Really great location, away from pub street but only a short walk! Great pool and has a restaurant on site. Staff really friendly

The bed wasn’t the comfiest, we ended up sleeping the opposite end to avoid waking ourselves up on the creaking mattress! The aircon was leaking and there were ants in the room (but this is to be expected in SE Asia).

Loud neighboring bars that play loud music late into the night....but thats to be expected on Sok San Rd.

Room was big, AC works well and wifi is strong enough. Common areas seem ok, a bit run down.

It's annoying that they don't take cards (to be fair most of the city is the same), we just stayed a night so can't comment much.

Extra good location with good cheap eating places nearby. Accommodation also had good food service and money changing facility. Pool area was also quite good.

Leaking tap caused big puddle of water on floor I had to mop up 4 -5 times. Beds are firm.No Tv or fridge. Upgrade to another room and tv didn't work but was still value for money.

Garden Village has an exceptional outdoor set up with a gorgeous garden, pool, bar, patio etc. It's an amazing place to hang out and socialize. The budget rooms are good value for money, and they clean the rooms when you request it. There is free filtered water in the front cafe, good WiFi. The staff are helpful, and polite and informative regarding activities and travel. The guesthouse is in a great location close to shops, restaurants, the river, pub street etc.

The music sometimes can be a bit too loud around the pool and the metal furniture would need to be replaced/fixed (chipping paint, sharp rusty edges). The budget rooms have communal toilets and showers, these are quite poor quality and outdated. They are cleaned daily, but the appliances are in a very bad state.

Good location. Room was spacious and clean, same thing for the bathroom. The staff was kind.

I had to pay half the price of the room in order to check out a few hours later than normal check out time. That is ok but most of the places don't charge for that.

The pool area.

I know that this is cheap accommodation however I feel that hygiene and health regulations should still be of importance and this property was horrendous. My room was not the room chosen from the images. The room had mould on the walls, small insects crawling at both the sink and in the bed, there wasn’t even a duvet on a bed but instead a blanket ( during a hot season). The property itself is not clean, with dust everywhere and being able to see the floors are not regularly cleaned. I was not impressed at all, so much so that I did not spend my full stay. I spent one night at the guesthouse( of which I did not sleep at all because I was itching all night) and left immediately in the morning. No refund was received either.
