You had everything you need. Staff really friendly and helpful. Plenty of sunbeds. Very relaxed atmosphere. Entertainment if you want it but also not non stop. Plenty of choice for food.

The only small complaint was that the lifeguard could have been more present. Didn’t see him much during our stay.

Within the grounds of the hotel ,they have a separate restaurant which is called ' Brutal ',we ordered some prawns ,which when finally arrived,they were crude and not cooked correctly,waiters are not friendly, although the final bill was expensive for what we had eaten,would of been cheaper to of eaten in the main hotel . Only one other restaurant away from the hotel,in the port ,and you must pre book in advance,apart from that ,you need to take a eight euro taxi to the main port of Mazarron, therefore a better choice to choose from.

We have been visiting mazarron to see our Spanish family for over 35yrs the hotel for me is the layout pool, sun beds,entertainment something for everyone,bar,reception,dining,our room and balcony perfect and car/motorcycle parking gated and safe for the future visits and all staff happy to help.

Rooms are great size and balconies facing the pool and sea. Pool area was good.

If you want a coffee from the bar area you can't until after 10.

Food was good but spoiled by everything being cold, even freshly cooked on the grill it was put onto cold plates so by the time you got back to your table it was flat cold.

The breakfast would have been excellent with the choice ,but the hot food was not hot. It was the same as the evening meal.. I did report it and the veg choice was much better but still not very hot.

All amenities were very good and clean. Breakfast was great but could have done with more variation. ~Dinners were very good although descriptions of dishes were only in Spanish.

Staff were not nice at all due to us being English. Not polite at all, treat you different to the Spanish. Arrived at the hotel didn’t show us anything just said that’s your room number. Room smelt constantly of sewage. If your not all inclusive you can’t get a light lunch you have to eat in there Buffett.

Tea coffee facilities free of charge .. included in price rather than daily rate .we were surprised to not find this facility in our room .. we had to leave early so had no breakfast or hot drink. We asked but told we should of asked earlier to get a packed bfast no written notification explaining this .

Beautiful hotel, very clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful

The evening entertainment was very loud and went on until very late. Not good if you have an early start. They are very welcoming with the dog, but there was no where for the dog to pee. No grass anywhere on the hotel site. There are no tea or coffee facilities in the rooms. The local area is very run down, lots of rubbish and broken glass everywhere even on the beach.
