Everything was nice The staff were very welcoming. They offered us a welcome drink, and they helped us with everything we needed. The location is great, a walkable distance to downtown and the two beaches. The room was nice and big, we had enough space for ourselves. The breakfast is good, they have good food. Thank you for the beautiful stay 😃❤️

The shower was not closed, so the water can be leaked on the toilet floor.

Personale super gentile, sempre sorridente e pronto ad accogliere ogni richiesta. La camera molto tradizionale, con un grande bagno è una doccia super spaziosa. La colazione molto abbondante, soprattutto con specialità tunisine. L’hotel si trova a 600 mt dal mare, 10 minuti di passeggiata, e a 7 minuti dalla Medina e dal centro di hammamet nord dove si possono trovare ristoranti, cafè. A 3 minuti c’è la stazione dei taxi attraverso i quali si può raggiungere Yasmine hammamet o Carthageland (attenti ai taxi, controllate il percorso su google maps, spesso fanno il giro lungo per far aumentare la tariffa)

The hotel is very center and just 10 to 15 mins walks to the Medina. The stuffs were very nice and helpful. The room was nicely decorated and clean. I loved the buffet breakfast there, a lot of choices and tasted very good. Excellent hotel with good value.

I wish they can be little more flexible on check out time. Even 30 mins will be nice.

La gentillesse du personnel. L’emplacement en centre ville d’Hammamet et à 2 pas du front de mer. L’excellent rapport qualité prix. La propreté irréprochable.

Le WI FI capricieux de l’hôtel.

Tout était parfait ! Le personnel est tellement accueillant et extraordinaire de gentillesse (spécialement Nebil et Jaloul). L'hôtel est d'une propreté impeccable, très bien équipé, le petit déjeuner est délicieux et l'emplacement est idéal. C'est notre 2ème séjour dans cet hôtel et nous sommes toujours aussi contents. Nous reviendrons dès que possible. Bravo et merci encore à toute l'équipe !

Ottimo albergo,situato in una posizione ottima, vicino al mare, vicino ai ristoranti, pizzeria e vicino alla medina, ottima e abbondante colazione, personale super gentile, albergo pulitissimo, ottima qualità/prezzo...lo consiglio a tutti..

I liked everything, I had an amazing time in this hotel. When I arrived in my first day the staff made me a big reception and offered me a drink and sweets that made my day very happy, also the cleaners professional are very kind and cleaned very good my room. All time I saw smiles around, I felt that everybody works in good harmony and happy that's very important, the clients can feel this, the breakfast I have no word to say about it because in this hotel I had the best hotel breakfast in trips and I enjoy soo many options. Telling about the location it's very near to the Medina and the beach, you need walk around 10 mins, and the hotel is in the front of the central, so you can find a lot of restaurants walking only 2 mins and do whatever you want to do. Trust this hotel is fabulous.

Fortunately I have no complain about anything in this hotel, all my experience here was fantastic and I'm interested can back in the future to spend some time and relax myself. I miss so much this hotel.
