The apartment was beautifully clean, well laid out with everything we needed. Wifi was excellent including by the pool if you wanted it. Staff were friendly and helpful and we were able to use the pool until it was time to go to our next apartment later in the day and they gace us extra towels for that. The restaurant below the apartments was excellent.

The location is convenient for the town of Premantura and the local beach which is OK but not overly attractive. It's quite built up and next to a huge camp area that leads to the beach. The nicer beaches are 15-20 minutes walk or a drive which costs 15 euros entry to use the track into the reserve.

The pictures I can say are an understatement of the property. IT IS AMAZING From the jacuzzi and view, sauna and pool to the cleanest rooms I have ever seen in a hotel. Perfect air conditioning, good water pressure and nice environment, easy access and good spot recommendations. If you are ever in Permantura or Pula you need to check this place out. also it is an easy car ride to Pula, also a bus

It’s a short walk to the beach.

The Apartment was clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. The pool was clean but very cold.

One staff member was extremely unfriendly. The lady was more smoking outside than working. There was a misunderstanding about the check out time. We thought it was 11 but actually it was 10. At 10:35 the lady was banging against our door and told us in a very rude way, we have to pay some extra fees because we have not checked out jet. We apologized, explained that this was a misunderstanding and left the apartment within 5 minutes. We could agree about the extra fee, but she was so incredibly rude that we left with a very bad feeling. Aside from that, we did not have any housekeeping during our stay because of COVID. We picked up our towels by our own and disposed our garbage. So they saved money what counterbalances in my opinion our 40 min of our lateness.
