Bit noisy, but something natural as right in the middle of the old town.

Kostas hosted us wonderfully, the place is magical inside and out, we strongly recommend everyone who comes to Kavala not to miss this accommodation❤️

It is a gemstone in the heart of Kavala. The host makes everything with love and passion and we felt like at home. It is clean, beds are comfortable and the morning starts with a cup of Italian coffee.

Very cute and comfortable, amazing owner (Costas) who was so accommodating and helpful! Luckily we were able to park very close by because Costas gave us “his” spot! We opted for the downstairs studio because my wife had an issue with steep stairs-otherwise, we would have been upstairs with a bigger room/bathroom and a view.

Tiny shower for tiny people…haha! Otherwise, it was perfect!

Kostas is a great host! Really appreciate the hospitality! The room is well equipped and very clean. Location of the property is great for exploring the old town. There is an awesome terrace on the property, great for chilling or breakfast. Recommended property!

The shower is very narrow.

The property is in a great location and our room was beautifully furnished with a lot of unique touches. Furthermore, the balcony offered a great location to sit and enjoy the weather and a great sea view.

Hard to be critical. The shower was a bit small but that’s being very pernickety.

it was not what I wanted, I have asked for a room with a good see view. Thera was no view from the bedroom, only from the common area there was possibility to see the sea. there is no possibility to pay with card or Revolut or any other way - cash only :(

Konstantinos is very friendly owner. he asked before arrival, welcomed and explained every detail. he offered lots of restaurant and bar alternatives. thanks for his kind hospitality. location is perfect very close to center and also castle. Room is very clean. there is a very pretty terrace of the room.

We like sleeping with an open window and the street below was quite noisy..

Breakfast was not provided but we loved the nearby bakeries and eating our pasties on the shared terrace. Great location. Beautiful building which was presented very stylishly. Satellite tv, very comfy bed.

Wifi was not always working. Otherwise perfect.

The location is perfect, in the most beautiful part of the town. It is near all the important sights. The host is very polite and helpful and he will give you all the information you need to explore Kavala. He also helped us to find parking just in front of the villa. The room is clean and decorated to fit the surrounding architecture. You will also have a nice terrace to enjoy the morning coffee with a great view over the old town and the sea.

Beautifully renovated traditional house in Old Kavala Town. Very comfortable rooms, lovely kitchen and living area. The view of the harbour from the small balcony was superb! The host was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

The property was exceptionally clean and the location was fabulous! Water was hot and had great pressure, coffee machine was stellar! The upper terrace had a beautiful view of the port, built within the mountain, situated just below the castle and the furniture was on point for comfort and style. Konstas was extremely helpful from food locations, property amenities, and sightseeing. He is very friendly and knowledgeable, kind and respectful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend anyone to stay here and we would definitely stay again.

Perfect room, lovely balcony and ideally located in Kavala old town. The host was brilliant; friendly, welcoming and keen to help with all aspects of our stay. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

location is excellent - right in old town Kavala. The terrace is a lovely bonus. The room was prettily decorated and very clean; the hosts were lovely with excellent communication.

The room was very dark and damp, cold. It has really small windows that didn't manage to properly let the fresh (and warm) air in so it smelled of a closed, damp room the entire time. The shower is very small (i'm pretty short, not a big person but even I struggled), and it floods the bathroom when you use it. There wasn't enough hot water for 2 people to shower.
