Luxury Cottage with Spectacular Views and Terrace Overlooking the Creek
Ce chalet récemment rénové peut accueillir 6 personnes dans 3 chambres - dont 2 donnent sur le ruisseau et les marais. Le palier ensoleillé a un bureau et est un grand espace de travail / jeu. Il y a une salle de bain à l'étage avec une douche dans la baignoire et en bas une salle d'eau. Une buanderie / buanderie avec un grand espace de rangement abrite un grand garde-manger-réfrigérateur, un petit congélateur et une laveuse / sécheuse. L'espace de vie décloisonné comprend une grande table en chêne avec des bancs, des canapés et des fauteuils pour 6 personnes, un poêle à bois (avec une fourniture de bûches), une télévision Sky (bundle familial), un lecteur DVD, un système de musique et une enceinte intelligente Sonos. La cuisine bien équipée est séparée du salon par un séparateur de pièce et dispose d'un Aga électrique, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle (mais pas de cuisinière conventionnelle). Directement en face du chalet est une terrasse privée idyllique directement sur le ruisseau avec tables et chaises.

Perfect accomodation for 6 adults. House was clean, well equipped with comfy beds.
Views from both bedrooms were what dreams are made of.
Would recommend Hampden House to all our family & friends.

Excellent property and location. Sadly the East Coast was experiencing a cold wind. But the house was warm and did not require the ‘central’ heating

Sadly we had to cut our stay short but booked for next year.
Jane the host was brilliant really helpful.
Would totally recommend this property. The lovely patio area to sit quietly watch the world go by, over the marshes. Loved it thank you Jane for a lovely few days at your house .

We had a great week; we enjoyed a boat trip out to see the seals, caught the train to Walsingham and enjoyed the beach, coastal path and dark skies at night. It's a wonderful spot to watch the tides come and go. Very tasty seafood available in town too. Thanks for a lovely week.

This is a lovely cottage in the the centre of town. We couldn’t find any faults. It was well equipped, spacious and clean. Good communication from the host. I would recommend this to anyone staying in Wells-Next-The-Sea.

Super property in a great location. We well appointed, comfortable, clean and easy to use. The whole booking and check in process was very simple. We loved the aga and got to grips with it very quickly! Thank you for a relaxing stay

Lovely open plan living accommodation, with everything you could need for a fabulous holiday and more. The bedrooms were lovely, with views from the front rooms that were outstanding, you have to open the blinds in the morning and just look at the views from the bed.
Two parking spaces outside the front door, perfect.
A short walk to the centre of Wells, with shops pubs and restaurants. What more could you want??

A beautifully modernised and remodelled former pub right on the East Quay in Wells, retaining original charm but also very comfortable and warm. The views from the windows and terrace are wonderful.

Fabulous retreat

Heaven-next-the-sea
The perfect home from home rental. All guests (2 legged and 4) has a marvellous stay in Wells. Every need was anticipated, and we couldn’t have been more comfortable.

Fabulous Hampden House
Thank you Jane for the stay at your beautiful property Hampden House. What an idillic location!!! Everything had been thought of and was provided at the house for us. Our two girls 2&6 had so much fun looking out the windows straight to the sea, what an amazing location.
Couldn’t fault it, fabulous kitchen & living area too. We stayed whilst attending a wedding at Holkam hall, ideal!!

Idyllic getaway
We stayed at this beautiful cottage for a short family break. It was absolutely perfect - our only complaint was that we weren’t staying longer. The photos don’t do the renovations justice - just a beautiful place to stay. We can’t wait to come back again next year!

My daughter and I and our two Jack Russell’s had a wonderful week in this cozy house. We were easy walking distance from cafes and food shops as well as the open fields. It was very clean with all necessary amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely house in an excellent location with great views. The house was immaculate and well kitted out and renovated to a high standard. Highly recommend. Owner was also very helpful, advising on places to eat/visit and always wanting to ensure we had the best stay. We will be back.

Perfect break
Communication with Jane was first class. The property was as described - perfect! The house was comfortable, warm, had everything you’d need to make it a home-from-home and positioned in a perfect location, with unbroken views to the front; literally a stone’s throw to all the amenities that Wells has to offer.
We (including a 22 and 24 year old plus a 2 year old pooch) loved our stay.

Stayed with two young kids, husband and mum and had a lovely trip. Perfect location. Great accommodation. Fantastic view and two parking spaces - what more could you want.
