Beautiful setting for the first part of our first trip to Italy. Pros: kitchen well appointed, view, washer, view, AC, there is a charging station for electric vehicles fairly close, view and host is unit below if you need anything. Cons: it is quite a trek to the unit (was ok for us we had backpack luggage) little store is pretty basic so I suggest picking up necessities before hand, we couldn’t figure out transportation system there so walked mostly and drive a bit. Of note in summer tiny ants are huge issue. Don’t leave crumbs on counter or in sink or next morning you will have hundreds of “visitors” 😂 Any cons are outweighed by the view and setting of this special property.

Incredible property in a perfect location. Annamaria was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable in her home. The backyard/garden/patio is the absolute best part! I was able to pick fresh tomatoes from the garden! We can't wait to stay at this property again and next time for longer.

Annamaria was the perfect host, she communicated clearly and was very prompt with responses. The accommodation was absolutely beautiful, with our favorite part being the patio. The perfect place for a nap on the hammock, playing cards, or eating dinner. 10/10 experience!

Annamaria was a great host! She was very easy to communicate with before we arrived! The apartment has plenty of room with a beautiful terrace over looking the sea! Annamaria even arranged for a cook to come in and give us pasta making lessons and made a delicious meal with us! If you have a family looking to stay together this is perfect! The A/C Also worked great!

This property was absolutely magical. AnnaMaria was helpful, friendly, and attentive. The community of praiano was a welcome break from the other more touristy towns nearby. After excursions we were always happy to get back to our villa and the relaxed feeling of the charming square outside our window. The views, the terrace (with outdoor shower and hammock!) the aromatic foliage, the spacious rooms… everything in the villa was even better than expected! The town of Praiano is stunning, and the local bus made it very easy to get around. Honestly, our family cannot offer enough praise for this wonderful experience. Grazie, AnnaMaria!🤗

From the communications with Annamaria prior to booking to the last day and hug goodbye, she was truly amazing. Her home is just beautiful and perfect for our family. We especially loved the expansive terrace and gardens! After travelling down from Pompeii and Ravello, we could not have wished for a better place to base ourselves on the Amalfi Coast. We really enjoyed our stay at Annamaria’s villa. The area is beautiful and very peaceful. The villa is exactly as advertised and as shown in the pictures.

Such a gem of a property with a wonderful host. Annamaria was quick to reply to messages and helpful with our transfers and activity planning. The apartment sits high on the hillside directly above Piazza San Luca, with a panoramic view of the sea from every room. It’s clean, comfortable and well equipped. We found ourselves spending a lot of time on the terrace, enjoying the perfume-like scent of jasmine and the surrounding garden and lemon trees. It is simply stunning. Yes, you hear the church bells ring very close by but we found it charming, not bothersome. Our visit coincided with Italy’s Festa della Repubblica (Republic Day) and the front-row view of the fireworks was an unexpected treat. If you’re looking to experience the beauty of the Amalfi without the crowds and chaos, this is your place. Thank you for such a memorable stay, Annamaria!

Annamarie is an excellent host. She was very responsive to our emails and had suggestions on how to get around. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Her place is lovely with lots of room for everyone and a beautiful outdoor area. The location is right on the bus line so it was easy to get around. I hope to return again.

This place was a dream and AnnaMaria was a wonderful host! We LOVED our stay. It was an absolutely beautiful villa with amazing views. Everything we hoped for and more. But if you bring a car you will have to pay a lot for parking fyi.

Annamaria was a great hostess, always available to assist with reservations and transportation. Praiano is a hidden gem with far less crowds than other towns on AC. The house is great and terrace view breathtaking. Area is very quiet and peaceful. we ate at Kasai and rooftop restaurant at Hotel Margarita, grocery stores ranging in size nearby, we chose to walk on road rather than steps whenever possible. Would definitely stay at Annamarie’s if lucky enough to get back to Amalfi coast.

Annamaria was wonderful with her suggestions of local things to do and how to get around. Our group really enjoyed dining on the villa’s covered patio with the exquisite views! Annamaria was just amazing! She made sure the check in was seem less, she reserved us a parking space, made reservations for us and made us feel right at home. Also, she and her friend cooked us the best dinner we had in Italy! As for the house, it was the best! Very clean and comfortable and the terrace is amazing! You can’t find a better place in the Amalfi area.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Annamaria's lovely holiday rental in Praiano, Italy, and it was a truly delightful experience! The house was exactly as described - beautifully designed, well-maintained, and provided us with all the comforts we needed for an enjoyable stay. Choosing Praiano as our base instead of the busier towns of Amalfi or Positano was an excellent decision. This charming town offered a more relaxed atmosphere, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the beauty of the Amalfi Coast. While we did experience some challenges in getting to Praiano from Sorrento during the busy season, this was more of a regional issue rather than a reflection on the rental itself. Additionally, finding Annamaria's house was a bit tricky, but she went above and beyond to guide us over the phone and make herself available as we arrived. Annamaria was an incredibly gracious and helpful host. Despite the minor hiccups, our overall stay was fantastic, and we would highly recommend her holiday rental to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat on the Amalfi Coast. We spent 5 nights here at the end of our trip to Italy and couldn’t have been happier. The home was absolutely beautiful. Better than the pictures. Comfy beds wonderful views, a great place to come home to after long days navigating the Amalfi coast, hills, and stairs. The terrace is the highlight. It is huge with everything you could want and spectacular views. We spent as much time there as possible. AnnaMaria was an amazing host. She helped with so many things, where to go, where to eat, got us last minute reservations at Kauai on our first day. There were amazing pictures on the walls of Praiano as the fishing village it once was including some of her father. I totally recommend Casa Bianca to anyone looking for a slightly quieter place to call home on the coast, particularly if you enjoy a comfortable lifestyle and spectacular views.

The property was over-the-top wonderful and Annamaria warm and welcoming. The home is beautifully appointed and equipped with anything you need if you want to cook. Annamaria arranged transportation for us to and from Naples, helped us carry our luggage up the 65 steps, oriented us fully, negotiated reservations for us for a boat ride along the beautiful Amalfi coast, and gifted us with a bottle of limoncello. We enjoyed lounging on the terrace and quickly became fond of the nearby church bells which are turned off during the night. Lots of stairs or local bus to reach restaurants but there is a small grocery nearby. We are 2 couples in our 70's and managed very well.

The apartment is lovely. It is clean, well supplied and the views from every room are amazing. AnnaMaria was very helpful in helping us with our transport to different locations. We mostly cooked in so can’t really recommend any restaurants. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate so we did not get to make much use of the stunning terrace. Praiano is a small quiet coastal town be prepared for many stairs and hills.

The stunning view from the extra large terrace takes your breath away. The apartment is well appointed & immaculate. The bedrooms are large and the beds comfortable. Anna Maria is a fantastic host and as she lives in the apartment below we saw her often and she was a great help with anything we asked. You should stay here!

Where do we begin?? From the second we booked this place Annamaria has been more than amazing. She made sure and set up every transfer we wanted to do from town to town and was close by the entire time ( pun intended ) the place is absolutely gorgeous the photos don’t do it justice. Not sure where to begin! The entire property is amazing. Beautiful interior and decor! Then the outdoor terrace, with amazing views to top it off. However, maybe even more important was the host, Annamarie. She made us reservations at amazing places for dinner, arranged transfers and offered advice on things to do. Highly recommend!

If you were to imagine the best possible place to stay in Praiano, you would create Casa Bianca. This stunning villa offers everything - but the crown jewel is the terrace. This sweeping outdoor space has views of the Amalfi coast, the sea, the adorable Piazza San Luca, the bell towers and has plenty of space to have your aperitivo or morning coffee. We enjoyed breakfast outside at the long dining table and made dinner one night in Anna Maria's fully stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were large and comfortable with cathedral ceilings and French doors that opened to the piazza below. The villa has lovely antique tables and dressers that add charm. Anna Maria helped us with everything! She arranged transportation from the train station in Naples to Praiano that worked exactly as planned. She made us a dinner reservation at Kasai (highly recommended). She was a wealth of knowledge about how the bus works, where to eat, where to get a few supplies for the villa. She was so kind to us. I would recommend Il Pirata for dinner (as well as Kasai mentioned above). I had made most reservations long before our trip and was glad I did. We took the bus to Marina di Praia and rented beach chairs for the day. This can't be missed! We also went to Positano and rented beach chairs at L'Incanto for the day. For a few brief days, we enjoyed our terrace with jasmine, mint and lemon trees surrounding us and watched the children play on the piazza and felt like we were living la dolce vita. This is the dreamiest spot and I cannot say enough about it. Thank you Anna Maria for your kindness, your help with everything and for allowing us to stay in this most beautiful villa. Grazie mille!

Our group of 4 adults from Texas had a wonderful week-long stay in AnnaMaria's lovely villa! She was exceptionally helpful in arranging taxi service, dinner recommendations and reservations, excursions, etc. Everyone knows her and loves her. We dubbed her the Mayor of Praiano :-) She made arrangements for her chef friend, Tomas, to come prepare a meal for us one night and it was a highlight of the trip! He was wonderful! The villa is extremely clean and well equipped with most all amenities you need. (It did not come stocked with any bath/shower soap, shampoo, etc so be sure to bring your own, which we did.) You get one bath towel per person but can request more from AnnaMaria. The villa sits next to a gorgeous church and is eye level with the church bell tower. The bells ring from 7am - 10pm, every 15 minutes. There is an athletic court near the balcony of the villa where you can watch children play soccer after school, etc. You can close the doors to the rooms to block out any noise, if you wish. Be prepared for LOTS of stairs anywhere you need to go in Praiano and all of the Amalfi Coast. We underestimated how many there would be to get down to the market, to restaurants, stores, etc. We definitely got our exercise in! All in all, we will never forget our fabulous stay in Praiano, nor will we forget AnnaMaria, our wonderful host!

We enjoyed the house so much and everything described online is accurate. Anna Maria does a great job of assisting with details, recommendations, transportation and whatever help you need. There were several restaurants within walking distance along with a grocery store and local bus stops to get to any of the nearby towns on the Amalfi coast. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor terrace to enjoy our afternoon snacks and wine. The church next door is so quaint with the church bell ringing but not as to bother at night. Annamaria really helped with boat excursions and other tours to assist in giving us a good price. I would definitely recommend this house for two couples or a family of four.

This is the most amazing apartment with spacious bedrooms, great kitchen, balconies, and the most wonderful, enormous outside terrace. Our family with three adult children enjoyed 4 nights in this superb place. We enjoyed the great views of Praiano and the blue sea. Such a peaceful, local atmosphere away from the busy streets of the Amalfi coast. It was a real treat to return to apartment after busy days, and be able to wind down and enjoy the beautiful evenings. Anna Maria is very friendly and helpful, and provided us with a small piece of heaven for our Easter break. We enjoyed all meals on the terrace in complete privacy. So glad we came! We give Anna Maria’s lovely, clean and comfortable apartment our highest recommendations. Thank you.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Bianca hosted by Anna Maria and her family. We stayed during La Pasqua (Easter) and were invited to participate in Pasquetta with the family. This was an amazing experience! Anna Maria also arranged for a local chef to come to the house and help us learn to make traditional local cuisine on a rainy day. Everything was perfect!

Our stay at Casa Bianca could not have been any better. Location, beautiful garden apartment and the Amalfi coast were spectacular. Recommended with no reservations!

Love this location and amenities would definitely stay again

There were four adults staying here for five days on our trip. This property was amazing! The apartment is high up, but well worth it for the views overlooking the Mediterranean and surrounding areas. The terrace is a wonderful place to relax both day and night and bask in the surroundings. There's plenty of seating and a large table for eating, should you desire to cook something on the grill or simply choose to eat outdoors. The street is relatively quiet as it's more of a courtyard where a few friends to gather to play card games outside of the little store beneath or to visit after Mass - there is a church that was built there around the 1100's. Everyone was very nice and helpful. AnnaMaria has lived there her entire life and occupies an apartment below, so she's easy to get in contact with when we had questions. She also helped us obtain a personable and friendly driver (thanks, David!) for our trek out to Pompeii. We usually kept the doors in our bedrooms and in the living room open for the fresh air, although they were solid enough to block out any incidental noise when closed. The kitchen had all the necessary items to work with, and a market with good variety was not far away. The bus stop is an easy access from the apartment - follow the walkway from the courtyard and you're there - no twists or turns. The area has plenty of restaurants to check out that can be reached by walking. There are also signs on the paths that direct you to the beach, if you are so inclined. Day trips to check out other towns, like Positano or Ravello, are absolutely doable. If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind or perhaps explore with ease and adventure, this is the place to do either or both. You can't go wrong with AnnaMaria, her home, or her suggestions.
