Stayed a few weeks earlier for 2 nights and returned without considering any other hotels. The reception staff recognised me with a gracious welcome and was pleasantly informed that I was being upgraded complimentary as a returning guest. .

Country Inn currently has a 4☆ rating. As a Genius level 3 customer, in my opinion, this place should be awarded 5☆ based on their exceptional service and attention to detail from reception checking in to the restaurant and leisure facilities. All the staff are amazing.

Room service and their breakfast is good. The room service staff is courteous and helpful

Their room amenities do not match the description here on site. It says their superior room doesn't have a bathtub. Front desk guy agreed to start the central heating after 4-5 calls and by asking him to let me speak to his manager. The reception doesn't have a feedback form. So I assume they are not very receptive to the feedback as well. Though it's available but you will have to call the room service for small things like iron, dryer, bathrobes, slippers etc.
