Everything was okay but foods are very expensive. There are charging 1,000 XAF for room service.

There was no towels in the bathroom after checking in. I got them from the front desk. The TV cable is very limited with less than 20 channels, need more than that.

It was quite. the fishing and tennis was fun and the trip to the Bana palace was culturally interesting.

The pool was dirty. the restaurant had no choices. many items were not available. They made mistakes in our order. For 6 people, one bathroom was not practical.

My room had a few things that had not been properly repaired like 1-2 cracked tiles etc. I think management should try more attention to detail because of the overall quality of the place. Sad to see such a great place have minor issues like that.
