Breakfast was great although it is not free as represented online. Rather, they give you $15 off your order. Evening entertainment was great. The new Chef , his daughter, Maggie and Ryan were very nice and apologetic for the constant disorder at the restaurant/bar

Beach was not definitely not as represented in pictures. Not swimmable, beach sand area unkept. Pool unheated and cold.. Service was horrendous at all levels from check in to bar to checkout. How can a "resort" run out of bottled water, fruit punch for drinks, beer and hamburger buns. Not a real welcoming vacation.

The beach was not swimmable due to large waves and sea urchins. The pool was too cold. The food options were limited. Lights on in unoccupied rooms. I felt trapped.

The water at the beach was impossible to get into. This is the only reason I won't go back. It would be the best vacation spot if the ocean was swimable

Beautiful, clean, fun, amazing and wonderful staff. We cannot wait to come back for our next stay! From Shelly and Kimmy at the front desk who were the nicest, most helpful when it came to accomadate us tourists. They both really made us feel right at home. The beaches are so clean with crystal clear water. The waters ports were such a great feature. Brenda was so informative and helpful with any questions on where to go or to see snorkeling wise. She was so awesome with all her great conversation and tips around this beautiful resort and island. The Deep End bar and grill was fantastic!! Great food, fun entertainment and the staff was second to none. See Nisha at the bar, Lani, and Audry just to name a few for great food, drinks, tips and great fun hanging around chatting it up on what to do and see. The chefs worked around our shellfish allergies without hesitation. Just amazing! This Resort in a lot of ways has it all, so you don't even have to leave if you don't want to. There's a Marina attached for great fishing trips, tours, and a delicious fine dining restaurant at the end. We are already planning our next visit and we can't say enough about how fantastic our vacation was due to the fantastic people who work at Tamarind Reef Resort. They all made our trip that much better just by being the wonderful people they are!

Update some of your website the rooms to show updated rooms and bathrooms! Very contemporary and spacious . The food was excellent as well.

several things (phone, safe, patio door) did not work and after telling office = no follow up. At time of leaving still not working.

Convenient to snorkeling every day. Free breakfast. Clean room and NO bugs or ants inside. Free kayak use and noodle use. Great views.

The resort reminded us of the charm that resorts had a few decades ago in the Keys or Captiva island had before they poured a whole lot of money into those resorts. Also, our patio tile had black mold on it and I slipped and fell.

The staff were friendly, quick to respond, informative and efficient. The beach area was clean. Our room was clean, quiet and had a great view of the ocean. Plenty of activities , could even take the snorkel gear with us to another beach. Nightly entertainment.

treatment was horrible, owner didn’t care about the restaurant that is attached to hotel (the deep end) . called to speak with owner of hotel about our treatment in restaurant and he stated “they have nothing to do with the resort” yet they are attached to it . will never be returning. shower door handle kept falling off. killed 2 insects in the room upon arrival and had spots on my comforter. staff was really really nice and accommodating

location was good and Resturant in the property was good. Resturant did organize good events in the evening and those were well managed.

Many things shown as an attraction of the property was not available!! We selected the resort to spend time in the property only. Spa facility was not available, no one there to pick up phone! not adequate staff and hence cannot accommodate people staying in the property. Kayaking and Snorkeling staff was not available and hence water current was excuse given for all three days. WiFi was not available in the room, post our complain people came twice to our room and detected that router is missing, but no resolution. Property has many roosters, none of us can sleep after 3 AM in the morning!!! this ruined our holiday!!
