Appartement récemment rénové. Situé à distance de marche des musées, du parc Herman, des bars et des restaurants. L'emplacement est très calme et tranquille, à quelques pâtés de maisons du quartier animé d'Almeda st. Tous les appartements sont disponibles pour les clients. 2 chambres spacieuses avec lits queen, canapé-lit confortable dans le salon. Cuisine spacieuse et complète.
Nous fournissons tout, des draps aux serviettes en passant par le shampoing et le savon, le café et les céréales pour un petit déjeuner rapide. Rénovation effectuée en essayant de garder la saveur des vieilles maisons. Parking hors rue disponible. Épicerie (Fiesta et Walgreen) à proximité.

The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space. The location was good and walkable for my purposes in the museum district. Quiet area. Lots of good food nearby, including vegan options. No grocery store in walking distance (I didn't have a car) but Walgreens served my modest needs for milk for coffee. I think the other tenant kept bolting the front door, but there was another entrance. A bolted front door would have made checking in difficult - luckily it wasn't bolted the first night.

Neighborhood is okay, I wouldn't call it nice, but not bad. The place itself is very nice. Spacious. There were 3 A/C window units for, at the time we visited, heating. One worked great, one ok, and one not well. The up down arrows would not respond and the remote wouldn't work. I messed with it for 20 minutes and got it working. Buttons are worn and not responsive. A/C units are kinda loud. upstairs people (another rental) woke my wife up each night at 3am. Toilet seat was broken. I was going to go 3 starts, but the manager actually called me about it, so props for that. Outlet by toaster wasn't working (GFCI with no reset button that I could find). I'm not a big fan of corporate run units. This is one. If you drive a low rider ( I drive a camry with a hitch cargo rack), you will scrape on the driveway getting in. Add some quickcrete guys. Overall good value, but left some to be desired.

The house is older, but clean and comfortable! Some noise from upstairs guests. Everything worked fine and we would recommend it as a great value for the money!

Super fun short stay in the Museum district at a great location with awesome amenities. Balen to easily get around a great area of Houston and kept cool even in the heat.
The property was awesome. Spacious, clean, amazing support from our host (from granola bars to oatmeal to coffee to appliances, kitchen resources and more). And pet-friendly.

Outstanding value, great place to stay
We had three people staying here: myself, my husband, and our 13 year old son. The check in process was easy and everything was where the host said it would be. Rental was very clean and well kept with lots of amenities. We were thrilled to have off-street parking available for our rental car! Outstanding location with museums, the zoo, and great food within walking distance, but neighborhood was still peaceful. Easy 5/5 stars, this was a great experience and I’d enthusiastically recommend this rental to any small family!

On of the things that made this property very special for us were the carports in backyard where we could park our truck out of the rain. When we saw that Max had reconfigure the back yard and removed the carports we were very disappointed.

Our host responded quickly and was very good in responding to our messages. The place was well stocked. When an item was missing, it was replaced immediately. The place was perfect for us.

We stayed in this lovely apartment for two and a half months, because my son had a bone marrow transplant at MD Anderson. The location is wonderful - it's very close to the hospital and convenient to shopping. I love that Hermann Park is in walking distance, as well as all of the wonderful museums. Max is an excellent host - very responsive, and he provided us with everything we needed. We'll need to come back to Houston for some follow-up visits, and we'll definitely stay here again.

The neighborhood was very quiet. The landlord/manager checked in to see if everything was good and brought us supplies that we needed. The B&B was very clean and we loved the ability to lock the backyard and put the cars under a carport.

If we had known traffic was going to be intense in the park area in the morning, we would have walked and gotten inside the zoo a whole lot faster. Responsive host, spacious apt, private parking, well stocked
Great, engaged, responsive host. Max responded to all issues promptly. Much more space than anticipated, and plenty of storage space in kitchen and bathroom. It was nice to have private gated parking. Closet outside apartment was well stocked with various items such as cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, tea, oatmeal. Lots of great restaurants within 8-11 minutes drive and we enjoyed one within walking distance too. We enjoyed walking to Hermann Park and even the Rice campus. We enjoyed this 10-day stay in Houston.

Comfortable and Accessible
The place was beautiful and bigger than we expected. Very clean and welcoming. The parking space was spacious even for the truck I rented. It was very quiet and private and at night it felt relaxing in the backyard small patio. Best place we could have ever stayed. Thanks Max for keeping an eye out on us in case we needed anything.

Great aprtment!
Everything was great, the apartment was clean which was very important because of covid. comfortable beds. Easy parking, Tv's in all bedrooms was a real plus ! Max was a great host, we told him we were missing a remote and e sent one over immediately. We will stay again, Thanks Max! Colleen

Walking distance to food and museums
This apartment was great for our needs - within walking distance from restaurants, museums and the huge park. Just a few minutes by drive to great restaurants near Rice University. The parking is very tight as mentioned by others, but I think it would have been fine to park on the street. The neighborhood is up-and-coming with some upscale new condos scattered throughout the neighborhood. Owner was very helpful.

Nice clean cozy apartment with gated backyard parking.
Enjoyed my stay. Covered parking in the back. Very tight, but doable. Upstairs unit, also. Bathroom is really small, but the property is nice. Owner was great to deal with. I recommend it and would use it again. Thanks Max. Merry Christmas!

Nicely remodeled, convenient Museum District location
This two bedroom apartment is in a classic, newly renovated building in the heart of Houston's Museum District and Midtown. We were visiting our son who is a student at Rice University and this was a very convenient location with great dining options nearby--several within walking distance. Secure off-street parking, although a bit cozy, is included and was definitely appreciated.
The apartment is nicely furnished, well supplied including a full kitchen. Max was quick to respond to questions. We're hoping to be back next Spring for graduation!
