De douche liep over en het werd slecht opgelost. De kamer rook muf en het zwembad is vies en kleiner als een kattenbak. Alle strandstoelen op het dak waren extreem ingedeukt.

only one lift was working. Very small swimming pool , closing time too early 19:30 instead of midnight access Cards kept getting deactivated all the time. unqualified staff at the desk

I did like the location was not far downtown, the view from the terrace was splendid.

I had to pay for the spa although i had access to all facilities the thing i wasnt told the day of the checkin. the waiting in the line at the reception for the checkin was excessively long.

Location - view is awesome, access to road network, attractions, secure underground parking

breakfast service is poor, slow cleaning of tables, crumbs swept onto chairs, often serving spoons not by food.

i reserved room online nice room with breakfast place tax everything good when I get there everything changes they say your room you reserved with no breakfast and they change another room with extra money and no cleaning no serviette and no breakfast and they charge me for buffet extra and the buffet it was 0000000 I asked for juice they give me juice no could like soup no water the workers they have altitude I get seek I’m sorry I was traveling to relax I get seek 11 : 00 pm I don’t no we’re I’m going

The cable TV is only available in the bar which only opens at 17.00 As a result i missed some of my favourite sports shows

ATM didn’t work

couldnt say as when i arrived they said i do not have a reservation

again i was told i did not have a reservation and i was told i will need to pay almost double the amount to have another room

Confused staff at the reception, unmodifiable policy of checking in before 3 which was acceptable until we checked in and saw the state of the room- no towels, no amneties (they said soap was not delivered), provided us with a toddler bed instead of a child mattress although the age of my child is mentioned in the booking, no instructions on how to use the TV connections, the pool does not allow children in, a paid coffee order took 30 mins, turns out they forgot, the cleaning was horrible (remainders of chips from previous day were still present)
