Fabulous pool and good sized house and outside socialising areas. Perfect!

Our group of 11 ( 6 adults, 5 children) had a fantastic week here, the outdoor space would be hard to beat elsewhere, ample space for dining, sitting, lounging throughout the day. Indoors is surprisingly spacious, although not reflecting the modern exterior we could not fault the accommodation and the amenities on offer, the kitchen is fantastically equipped for all your needs. Our host was very attentive and keen for us to be as well looked after as possible. The location was super for our needs with young children, a short walk to the local shops, restaurants & coves for swimming. 10-15 minutes into Cituadella by car. We would definitely consider returning we had a wonderful time.

The problem is that if I tell you how wonderful the family holiday was in Villaflora I will have trouble finding a vacant period to go again. The house, grounds staff and owner are keen that you enjoy your break. All in all a great place to relax an unwind with friends and family

The most special part of this really big villa is the outside space and huge pool.The grandaughters spent literally hours in there.The covered eating area is nothing short of fabulous.The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean.A further seating area at the front of the villa has lovely breezes from the sea which is a few strides across the quiet road and stunning to look at.We had a few small issues which were quickly sorted and communication with Jamie was faultless.!0 minutes walk gets you to the centre with shops restaurants and a small but fun waterpark.I have dropped 1 star only due to there not being a tumble dryer or kettle as listed.We boiled pans of water for tea for 12 at breakfast..us brits love our tea..A lovely drying area behind the outdoor kitchen provides plentiful drying space.2 indoor kitchens and more crockery and cooking equipment than we have ever seen made self catering simple.Ample parking outside the villa for our 2 cars and never a problem to find a space.Would we return...yes 100%.Thank you Jamie and all the hard working and friendly maintenance and cleaning staff we met.Best wishes from Lesley and family.

Superb communication and diligence from the host. Lovely accommodation with superb pool. Well located for some great coves & small beaches, and a short drive in to Ciutadella which has loads to offer. A superb holiday for our family group of 9

Très belle expérience

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette vaste et agréable maison, entourée d'un grand jardin fleuri, très bien entretenu, avec une merveilleuse piscine. A noter une cuisine dans le jardin avec barbecue et l'installation pour faire des paellas, qui nous a permis de belles soirées. Le propriétaire a résolu très rapidement les moindres problèmes que nous avons eu, avec l'équipe qu'il a sur place. Les différentes terrasses de la maison permette de s'isoler si on le désire. La propriété est calme, on entend à peine les voisins et elle a un belle vue sur la mer. Elle est à quelques minutes de Ciudadela, pour moi la plus belle ville de Menorca.

Travelling to Spain in the midst of all the Covid grief was never going to be plain sailing and none of us believed we would actually get to Menorca until we were on the easyJet flight but the holiday was worth every moment of the angst. The villa is the nicest we have ever stayed in after decades of travel- the pool area was sublime and all of the bedrooms were decent with our room on the first floor being particularly lovely. The villa is brilliantly situated near to local shops and restaurants but mostly because it is only ten minutes drive or an hours walk from Ciutedella - one of the nicest Towns we have been to. To cap it all Jaime, the owner was the host from heaven- nothing was too much trouble and he dealt with any minor problem after than you could say ‘what’s the better supermarket Lidl or Eroski?’ We we’re there with a family and friends of ten people and we all simply loved it. We could not recommend it more highly.

La casa ha cumplido con nuestras expectativas. Limpia, muy amplia y cómoda. Perfecta para familias que quieran ir juntas de vacaciones. Jaime, el dueño, ha estado muy atento en todo momento. Hasta el punto de que el lavavajillas no funcionaba bien y en cuestión de horas encargó uno nuevo. Muy agradecido. Sin lugar a dudas lo recomendaría.

This villa proved to be a fantastic place to spend time with the family. The pool and outdoor facilities are excellent and by far the best in the area. Also you are close to a lovely sea cove with diving platforms which proved great fun for the adults. The accommodation is homely and maybe just a bit tired. However, there is everything you need. One double room, the only one on the first floor requires you to use a an outdoor staircase so is best suited to adults. The manager provides excellent contact and support, ensuring that any queries are dealt with promptly Near to the villa are small supermarkets with a Lidl only 10 minutes away by car. The old town of Ciutadella and it’s port makes for an excellent day out, a gain only 10 minutes away.

Beautiful house to stay with my family, the pools are amazing for both adults and children. The location of the property is simple stunning, and the house has many pretty features. The owner was very easy to commutate with, and made are stay easy and comfortable.

This villa easily slept our party of 11 and we ejnoyed the spacious outside area around the large pool very much. The location is convenient, Cala en Brut and Cala Forcat are just a short walk away, some restaurants and shops are close by. Jaime was available by phone at all times and immediately dealt with any problems and questions we had. Also, he let us stay until the evening on the day of check-out, which was very convenient due to our late flight. We can definitely highly recommend staying here for a relaxed and comfortable holiday!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. 5 adultes et 7 enfants. La maison est particulièrement belle et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le jardin est spacieux, la piscine superbe et la pergola belle et agréable. Vraiment top! La maison est également bien située , vue sur la mer depuis le jardin de devant. Accès à la mer à 3 minutes à pied. Parfait !

Ciutadella is easy to get to by car and is an attractive old town with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. An unexpected holiday hi-light was Cala ‘N Brut which is less than a 5 minute walk from the villa. Here there are terraces that you can jump into the sea from which was great fun. The owner was very friendly and helpful and responded to any questions we had quickly. We all loved our time here.

We have had a really nice week in your house. We were 10 people and there were lots of space for us both inside and outside. We enjoyed the outside mostly with sofas and sunbathing chairs, beautiful garden with lots of flowers and palm trees. Really nice places for swimming very close to the house. We took a swim at Cala en Brut before breakfast and we were totally for ourselves in the beautiful water. We had long breakfasts at the big table outside with ocean view. The water in the pool were quite cold so we didn't use it much unfortunately. Overall a really nice house with nice location just next to the ocean. Walking distance to grossery stores and some restaurants. Just a few minutes drive to Ciutadella, a very nice litte town. Thank you Jaime for this stay and for your quick responses.

La casa es muy amplia, bien decorada y está muy cuidada. Tiene muy buenas vistas desde el porche delantero, y una zona de jardín y piscina detrás increíble. Esta en buena zona, al lado de cala en Brut, y a 5 minutos del centro de Ciudadela. Nos ha gustado mucho, y repetiremos seguro.

The outside areas of this property really are wonderful; the pool is very large, there are terraces at the back of the house (overlooking the pool) and at the front (overlooking the sea). All terraces are spacious, well-furnished and comfortable, with plenty of seating of various types. The pool area is very quiet and private, and is like a beautiful oasis. Some interior areas of the villa are of a good standard, but this is not consistent, and some areas are not of a standard I would expect for the price; some of the bedrooms are pleasant, but some are just okay, and one (off the kitchen) is a low standard, without air con. One bedroom is accessed from outside the main villa, up some exterior stairs, which may or may not suit your party. The kitchen is two small rooms; I would expect a large kitchen for a villa that sleeps 12, and although it is well equipped, there is no air con. The living and dining rooms are pleasant and comfortable. There is air con in 5 of the bedrooms, it is set on a timer and so only available at certain times of day, so that the bedrooms were very hot in the mornings. For the price, I would expect air con throughout the property, and available on demand. We had a problem with 2 of the air con systems leaking in bedrooms, and Jaime was very helpful and sent people out to fix them immediately. Jaime was helpful and polite throughout, and very easy to deal with. Overall, I would give the property 5 stars for the outside space, and 3 stars for the villa.

La maison était à la hauteur de nos attentes, tout a fonctionné parfaitement. Ce qui nous a particulièrement plu est la magnifique piscine (cadre, grandeur, température de l'eau etc.). Le WIFI était également très bon. Les autres points positifs: la cuisine bien équipée, la terrasse ombragée avec vue sur la mer, la tranquillité, la proximité de Ciutadella et les réactions rapides de Jaime à nos questions/requêtes. Un seul petit bémol: un bon grill à gaz compléterait l'équipement idéalement (et serait plus facile à gérer que le barbecue au charbon).

A fantastic stay at Villa Flora. We were a party of 11 people, 7 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of space for everyone. Outdoor areas, pool, sunbeds, tables and chairs in multiple locations were plentiful. The pool is a very good size and also benefits from a separate baby pool. Great outdoor bbq and dining area. This is certainly not a modern villa, but you can truly appreciate its traditional charm. Thank you Jaime for a wonderful stay.

Just returned from a stay here with a group of ten adults and the villa couldn't have been more perfect for us. The villa was spacious and more than well equipped in terms of kitchen stuff and chairs/tables/sun loungers and the pool was a great size for swimming rather than just a quick dip to cool off. Area was lovely and a good selection of resturants, bars and shops within walking distance. Only criticism (or perhaps I should say suggestion) would be to have a folder with useful info about the villa and local area available in the villa.

La casa esta en muy buen estado, totalmente limpia y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas super vacaciones. Las piscinas tambien estaban perfectas tanto para los adultos como para los niños. Nos encanto la tranquilidad a su alrededor. Esta casa la recomendamos.

Mi familia, y yo personalmente, hemos pasado una de nuestras mejores vacaciones de nuestra vida. Todo estaba muy limpio y aseado y con servicio suficientes para todos. Les sugerimos unos complementos extras, por nuestras necesidades particulares de familia, e inmediatamente nos lo solucionaron. Respondieron rápidamente a cualquier sugerencia que hicimos. Tuvimos muy buen servicio y atención. La ropa de baño y de cama de muy buena calidad. La verdad es que las fotografías de la casa nos cautivaron, pero una vez allí reconozco que incluso se quedaron cortas. Nos encantó su privacidad. Tiene un ambiente muy espacioso que nos permitía poder tener independencia entre nosotros, unos de tertulia aquí y otros allá o apartados leyendo plácidamente… …y siempre rodeados de plantas y flores de su exuberante jardinería. La piscina es maravillosa. El ambiente que se respira es el de vivir una villa autenticamente mediterranea. Y nos sorprendió tambien la tranquilidad y paz de su entorno. El silencio de la noche mirando las luces de la costa y un increible cielo negro lleno de estrellas. Hemos pasado unas inolvidables vacaciones. Enhorabuena a los propietarios por tener una casa tan maravillosa. Hicimos una gran elección. Seguro que volvemos.

We stayed here for one week, there was 10 adults and a baby. The pool and gardens are wonderful, the pool was a fantastic size and accommodates a large family. The property could do with a bit of freshening up, particularly the bathrooms, they are beginning to look a little grubby. Not sure if the property is cleaned between lets as found the kitchen crockery and oven dirty. All that said, we had a fantastic holiday albeit after a little cleaning. Would recommend a car.

We have stayed in this stunning house which is even better then it looks on the photos. The swimming pool is one of the biggest we have seen on the island. It's less then 10 minutes drive to Ciutadella, so you will need a car but I think one needs a car in Menorca anyhow. The front of the house looks over the sea and is incredible for breakfast with the morning breeze and colors of the sky. There is virtually no traffic so you can make sure to enjoy a tranquil stay. What we loved the most was the privacy of the villa. Most villas in Menorca are open to walkers by sight or neighbors, but here the swimming pool is at the back and completely private, surrounded by mature trees and flowering bushes. The garden is just as stunning at night thanks to a clever night lighting. Inside, there is also a stunning lounge with three sofas and 2 great carousel horses hanging on one wall: very creative and tasteful! This room was very peaceful and the sofas super comfortable. Jaume, the landlord, was very easy to deal with: flexible and understanding to any of our needs. The agency guy was there on time and came to clean the swimming pool early in the morning not to be in our way. If you want piece, quiet, no issues and be surrounded by beauty, this is the place for you.

My family and I stayed here before and loved it so much that we decided to come back for a little get away. Just like the first time, it was perfect. The house is great and so nice, it was as good as the pictures made it look. Just like last time we rented a car to see more of the island, but again we felt so relaxed and couzy we spent most of the time lounging around the house, just what we needed. It is close to some stores and restaurants, so we never really had to go very far from the house. There are some really cool coves near the house too with nice blue water where you can go swimming and jump off the rocks. Overall it was great, just a nice escape from everything.
