Very nice hotel in a good location. The hotel is services great. The room was spotless, cleaned every day and all amenities replaced. The personnel is kind and very helpful. I would recommend staying in this hotel for staying in Siemreap.

Swimming pool you can relax in after the day. Super helpful staff, who can explain & arrange anything for you. Fixed prices for TukTuk service makes it cheap & convenient. Air conditioned rooms are spacious & clean, with windows hidden from the burning sun.

Gostei da simpatia e da gentileza de todos os funcionários, em especial os trainees que se esforçam ao máximo para te auxiliar no que for preciso. Além disto, o Hotel proporciona aos hóspedes um transfer do aeroporto para o hotel por preços abaixo do normal cobrado pelo táxi. Eles também oferecem tours e guias para o Complexo de Angkor Wat com qualidade e preços dentro só esperado. A piscina do hotel é perfeita para relaxar após um dia cansativo de visita a Angkor Wat. Os quartos são bem espaçosos. O restaurante tem uma ótima opção durante a tarde para tomar uns drinks ou uma cerveja e o café da manhã é fantástico, inclusive para ocidentais com opções variadas. A decoração do hotel é linda! Recomendo a todos.

O banheiro não é próprio para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção. Para tomar banho você precisa passar um "muro" (que seria a banheira) mais alto do que os joelhos de uma pessoa de altura média. Além disto, o chuveiro de nosso quarto não fixava na parede. Foi resolvido rapidamente pela equipe, mas melhor seria se houvesse preocupação com estes detalhes antes da entrada do hóspede.

Excellent customer service! The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. They welcomed me with an orange juice as a welcome drink and a cold towel. They helped me book tuk-tuks and a airport transfer and organised a great morning tour to Angkor Wat for me. There wasn't a question they couldn't answer or help me with. All with incredible kindness, especially the lady who was there when I arrived (I don't know her name unfortunately). Fantastically beautiful hotel! The pool area in the courtyard was fantastic. Quiet for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or just to spend the entire day there - a little time like in paradise. Some guests also used the area for mobile working. There is a small restaurant right next to the pool, where also breakfast is served. The staff there were also very nice and helpful. The complex was very clean and furnished with attention to detail. The room was spacious and also very clean. There were water carafes in the room which you could refill at the refill stations. Some cosmetic products and a bathrobe were provided as well. I really wished, my stay would have been longer to enjoy more time at this hotel.

I had a room at the basement with no view. Also my room smelled a bit musty. The location is a bit out of the way but ok to get to by tuk-tuk (1-3 dollars each way).

Zimmer mit "Blick" auf die Wand fühlt sich nach bewusster Fehlinformation an. Ungutes Gefühl. Cocktailbar Personal geht eine Stunde früher als Öffnungszeiten nach Hause. Lässt uns alleine sitzen. Frühstück ist eine Enttäuschung, wie so oft, wenn westliches Essen versucht und nicht gekonnt wird. Dann lieber lokales Essen. Lage am Stadtrand ist ungünstig.

Podana błędna lokalizacja. Gdybym wiedział, że lokalizacja hotelu będzie oddalona o ponad kilometr od podanej, nie rezezerwowałbym go. Trzeba uwzględnić tanie ale męczące dojazdy.

The hotel was quiet, with a lovely pool. Good cocktails made! Breakfast was varied, plenty of fruit and some good muesli. Staff very helpful.

Location was a 15 minute walk to town on a busy road, tuk-tuk available. Cooked breakfast foods allowed to go cold, a shame because there was a good variety.

Hotellin huone oli iso ja tilava. Uima-allasalue siisti ja mukava. Rauhallinen alue ja mieluisa olemukseltaan. Tuktuk-kuljettaja oli osaava ammattilainen, joka vei meidät Angkor Watin alueelle.

Noniin, katsotaan pysyykö tämä arvio pitkään Booking.comissa... Hotellin henkilökunta poistaa todennäköisesti arvosteluja saadakseen sen näyttämään paremmalta. Henkilökunta on nuorta ja hieman välinpitämätöntä. Saapuessa meitä odotettiin kentällä väärällä nimellä, pienen selvittelyn jälkeen saatiin tietoon, että kuljettaja jo odottaa meitä tosin. Hotellilta tätä ei erityisemmin pahoiteltu. Olimme ajoissa klo 9 aikaan hotellilla, jossa emme saaneet tervetulojuomaa huonetta odottaessa. Altaalla ei tarpeeksi aurinkotuoleja. Vastaanoton "maksuton" sim-kortti ei toiminut. Sen sijaan hotelli tarjoutui viemään ystävällisesti sim-kortin myyntikojuun tuktukilla. "Ehkä saatte edullisemman sieltä" -kerrottiin. Sen sijaan sim maksoi 10$, monesta paikasta sai 1-5$ hintaan ja ylimääräinen tuktuk vielä päälle 3$ -> huijaus. Olisimme voineet hyvin kävellä 100-200m hakeaksemme sim-kortin itse muusta myymälästä. Koska kaikki tämä tapahtui ensimmäisen päivän aikana, päätimme olla käyttämättä hotellin muita palveluita, kuten aamiaista, retkiä ym. Myöskään huonetyypissä ollutta "free pick up" palvelua ei koskaan ollut/tullut. Tähän toki vaikutti lentokentän siirtyminen kauemmaksi.

The Staff was very attentive. the breakfast was great. the Pool was beautiful. overall a great little spot for my holiday vacation. I will sure to come again on my next trip. very great value for money. thank you for the lovely stay.

Good location and clean

Todo super bien. El personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar en todo. Toda la comida tanto del desayuno como si comes o cenas ahí es muy buena, y la habitación super amplia.

Por decir algo, lo único un poco malo es la ubicación, andando a la zona más animada de Siem Riep se tardan unos 10-15 minutos, pero por 4000 Riel (1€) puedes coger un tuktuk que te lleva en 2-3 minutos.

Kamers bleken toch wel erg basic te zijn en de locatie is niet ideaal ivm restaurants. Met Grab om een tuktuk te boeken wel prima.

Personale eccellente, sempre pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema (si sono occupati di recuperare un paio di scarpe che avevo lasciato in hotel a Phnom Penh). Piscina molto bella e rilassante, stanza comoda e ampia così come il bagno (doccia separata da WC). La posizione è un po’ decentrata ma con 1$ si noleggia il tuk tuk per andare in centro. Raccomandatissimo!

Boutique Indochine offers lovely rooms and outstanding customer service. It's a fantastic place for families, and the highlight is undoubtedly the pool. You simply have to experience it; it's truly fantastic! The breakfast is fabulous, and the customer service is excellent. Our stay here was a memorable one.

Klein maar gezellig hotel. Zeer vriendelijke staff en enorm gedienstig. Heel verzorgde kamers en toiletten. Ontbijt en eetruimte mooi ingekleed en heel gezellig. Massageruimte rustig en verzorgd. Personeel top!

Ontbijt à La Carré ipv buffervermogen, maar voor een kort verblijf voldoende keuze en variatie. Hoedanook zijn de maaltijden copieus en erg gevarieerd.

Très bel accueil, la propreté de la chambre et la gentillesse du personnel. Les repas au restauration sont bons.

I spent two nights at this wonderful hotel. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and offered an excellent night's sleep. The swimming pool provided a fantastic view. I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel. When I return to Siem Reap, I will definitely book a room here again

There is nothing I liked about the property. Maybe some of the staff were friendly that’s it

First of all they are lying on the location which was a very big problem for me. They are also lying about the stars of the hotel. It’s definitely not a 5 star but I would say 2 stars. Breakfast were bad, rooms weren’t clean properly and on top of that I got bitten by fleas so yeah I don’t recommend to anyone

The room was nice and big, but the best part was the staff, the front of house staff and the ladies working in the restaurant were awesome.

I hurt my knee a few days arriving, so going up and down the stairs was annoying. Not really the places fault, just a side affect of my injury. Staff still helped me take up and down my luggage when I arrived and when I left. This is really just my aversion to too many stairs.

Our two-night stay at Boutique Indochine left us truly impressed. Originally we booked one night just to make sure if the hotel is really good, we understood that check-in time was at 2 p.m. However, the hotel was accommodating, and got very early check in. we easily checked into our rooms and spent the evening enjoying the fantastic pool. Overall, we couldn't be happier with this hotel. Its location is incredibly convenient as we preferred not so close to the main area. The staff were exceptional, always ready to assist. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with all necessary amenities just a call away. And, not to forget, the breakfast was excellent.

The rooms were not only comfortable but also beautifully decorated, and we couldn't have asked for better room service. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to explore the city with ease.
