We love this house and have stayed before. It is in a great location and very comfortable. The neighborhood is so beautiful and quiet. So easy to get a good nights sleep. This is a great place to make base camp for hikes, lakes, craft faire, shopping in town. Thanks for everything!! Bonus that we can bring our little dog. We hope to come back.

Overall pretty nice place old and rustic. Picture of the grass at the bottom of the stairs is inaccurate. It’s all dirt. Place just need some general cleanup. just to let the owner know the downstairs showerhead needs replacing. Kitchen faucet leaks all over the counter if you don’t put a towel down. Also, the queen size bed should use an upgrade. We had a great time and would probably go back, but there are some little things to take care of.

It seemed like they weren't quite ready for us. The deck was unswept, the shower door tracks were very dirty, countertops clean but not the backsplash. 3 coffee makers, but no filters of the correct size for the full-sized coffee maker. No bath soap or shower gel, only liquid hand soap. To access the basement, one must go outside and down stairs. Nice big deck, nice patio table and chairs but neighbors very near; not private. Quiet treed neighborhood. No view.

The home is well-stocked and comfortable, and the location is great. But first impression as we pulled in the driveway was that the house was not well-maintained. Front siding/deck could use staining. Pet smells and mildew were mostly eliminated with open doors/windows and Fabreze. Home should be advertised as 2 bedrooms/1 bath since basement bedroom and bath are way too musty to use.

We enjoyed our stay; it was busy, but also relaxing. The house is probably a “founding father” in the neighborhood, but wears the title with dignity. The interior is a virtual historical art museum and has loads of character. Be sure to walk around the neighborhood and walk the dirt roads that extend off of Navajo Trail and Iroquois Trail. The latter can be a loop trail back to the picnic area in the neighborhood. This property is a great home base for a Graeagle vacation.

Stayed here for a wedding. Beautiful place and area. The cabin has a nice layout and was comfortable for us. My daughter loved the downstairs game room. The deck was perfect to relax in the evening and bbq. We had a good experience. We contacted the property manager and she was extremely nice and helpful. Thank you!

Beautiful rustic property! We loved the large wrap around deck. Had every kitchen amenity you could need and plenty of entertainment to be found at the house with the game table and pool table. For those concerned about lack of Wi-Fi, we found our cell providers had decent enough coverage during our stay (T-Mobile & AT&T) Great communication from the owners, all around 5 star experience!

So much character in this place. Great old fashioned charm experience. Loved it!

pictures at least 10 years old. Absolutely no grass anywhere. No A/C, internet, or even garbage disposal. Inside was clean and furniture was OK. Very small TV and limited channel selection. Easy walk to general store was 0.6 mile each direction, but uphill on way home. Place better for families with children than elderly couple. Great deck and good deck furniture.

My sister, our cousin and her step kids thorough enjoyed our stay at this very nice house. We were in the area for a family wedding, so we had family mani pedi day at our place. We took several walks around the area, and we got to see two teenage bucks and a cute little doe right on the property.

Nice house, although a bit rustic and dated. No wi-fi. Close to “town”.. The room located downstairs has a separate entrance thru the “garage”. Overall a nice house There was only 2 of us so the downstairs being separate wasn’t an issue. The deck was big and we enjoyed sitting outside in the early morning and evenings when it was cooler.

This home was the best equipped vacation rental we have ever stayed in. There was even a great, safe pen for our 2 dogs. The wrap-around deck was wonderful offering a choice of relaxing either on the sunny or shady side with a new table and six chairs with nice plump seat and back cushions The neighborhood is lovely with hardly any vehicles passing by. Close to town yet 1 street down from trails. The older furniture was in great condition and comfortable adding to the coziness and bringing us back to memories of the 70’s.

The management is great!! Very smooth and attentive to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin. It’s a like a little time capsule, very quaint. Clean and it has a lovely deck and kitchen sunroom.

Though plans changed with some of our family, due to getting covid, others enjoyed the space and outdoor sitting area, especially for breakfast. We were grateful for the quick response from the owners when we had some changes. They were very helpful.

The main house area and deck were comfortable, although a little dated. The game room, only accessible from the outside, was dark and musty. The pool table was a definite plus!

The house was centrally located in Graeagle and had a beautiful porch and sunroom. The furniture and bedding is quite dated and old.

Awesome place for our groomsman party to stay. So close to town and in such a cute neighborhood. We’d stay again!

The property is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful pines. Lovely deck to sit outside and enjoy nature. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. We would rent this property again.

House had good heat on a cold night. TV worked and beds were comfortable.

Perfect location

The property owner and manager were amazing to work with! We were there for a long weekend, helping with and attending a wedding and they accommodated early check in and late check out since we had no idea how long we would be. Much appreciated!

This is a great location, short walk to Graeagle shops, very quiet neighborhood!

Everything was as described and provided a comfortable and relaxing stay in a great Graeagle location. Kitchen and supplies were everything needed with comfortable deck chairs and table to enjoy the calm. Couldn’t ask for more.

Great accommodations

This home was cute, cozy, very well supplied (towels, blankets, dishes, etc) and everything was easy to find. All rooms were very clean and neat. The basement could use a little update but it was very much enjoyed by the all.
