Il est exceptionnellement bien équipé et offre tout le confort de la maison et bien plus encore. Il est situé dans un petit développement privé fermé qui bénéficie d'un système de sécurité CCTV qui fonctionne sur la porte d'entrée et tout au long du développement 24 heures par jour.
Villa Alicia se trouve sur les pentes inférieures du Montana Roja (volcan éteint!) et est seulement à 15/20 min à pied de la plage de Playa Flamingo et le village de Playa Blanca lui-même. Les chambres à coucher, les salles de bains, le salon et la cuisine / salle à manger sont tous de plain-pied.
Une nouvelle rénovation de la piscine pour 2019 vient d'achever de nouvelles pierres de couverture tout autour de la piscine et une piscine interne repeinte.
Les caractéristiques distinctives comprennent - une intimité totale (la villa n’est en aucun cas négligée) par rapport au grand jardin subtropical attrayant, à la piscine et aux terrasses entourées de hauts murs volcaniques, créant ainsi une oasis de tranquillité pour adultes et sans danger et les enfants.

A good villa in a location which gives easy access to the town centre and the sea front as well as to Montana Roja.For those not wanting to make the twenty minute walk (there is a hill involved) there's a taxi rank nearby and prices are very reasonable. The villa is extremely comfortable inside and outside. It exceeded the quality we might anticipate from a rental home.

Villa Alicia was the perfect place for a holiday in the sun. The villa was well maintained, spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, so if you like cooking all the necessary appliances and equipment are available to use. We felt very relaxed the minute we walked through the door; it was a home from home with the advantage of fantastic weather.
The outdoor patios and pool were just perfect, with plenty of sunbathing and shade locations. There were enough sun loungers and outdoor tables and chairs which enabled our family to eat “Al Fresco” most days. There are a couple of local mini markets within walking distance that stock essential produce and daily fresh bread. Larger supermarkets are in the main resort.
The villa is in a quiet gated community, away from the hustle and bustle of Playa Blanca resort, but conversely is an easy stroll (about 20 minutes) to the centre of the resort and the beaches.
All linen, towels and beach towels were provided so we were able to travel lightly. The visitor file provided lots of information about the villa, Play Blanca and Lanzarote and communication with the owners was good and very helpful.
I would recommend this villa for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday in the sun.

This villa provided a great base for our holiday, with its very private pool and external area to relax when we wanted. It is a comfortable walking distance to town centre and nearby shops and restaurants. Taxis are also available and relatively cheap if you prefer not to walk.
Would highly recommend this property if you prefer to unwind and relax in a private setting.

Information prior to arrival was extremely detailed, and helpful links advised about on all of the local necessities like transport, shops, restaurants, beaches etc so we was very well prepared.

Lovely property in an excellent location. Everything we wanted and more. The weather was excellent during our visit (early May), gradually getting windier through the week (Lanzarote is known for wind), but as the villa is very private and sheltered in its own gated complex it was still the perfect place to relax and enjoy some early sunshine.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend this villa.

We enjoyed a really relaxed secluded 2 week break in January. The villa offers a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of Playa Blanca.
I was very grateful to be able to manage using my small mobility scooter around all of the outside and most of the inside of the villa.
The owner gave us helpful information before our trip so that we could access doors and safe and we had no trouble working all the electrical appliances. She also told us about local shops, which was particularly helpful.
The place was cleaned beautifully on arrival. Bedding and towels were just right and very practical, with a changeover half way through.
The pool was superb- heated to a good temperature and immaculately clean.

Just returned from a 16 night stay at this villa. We had an excellent time. The villa is very private and a good location with only a 15/20 minute walk or 5 minute drive of the main shops, restaurants and seafront of Playa Blanca.

Villa Alicia, a home away from home
What a lovely , clean and spacious villa. We really couldn't think of anything that wasn't there for us to use.
There was a fully working fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher microwave and TV with several UK channels. There is a BBQ for outside use and a fully equipped kitchen. There is masses of plates, dishes, glasses, plastic glasses and plates for outdoors use too. The pool is a good size with shallow and deeper end and several inflatables for kids and 'grown ups' to use. The villa is ideally situated for a gentle 25 minute stroll into Playa Blanca or a 5 minute taxi ride that's costs about €3.50/€4. Ample places to eat and drink on the promenade. Alison, one of the co-owners has everything very organised, info packs are emailed before departure and very good directions to the villa, even we didn't get lost!!
This has been a very unusual year with Covid 19 affecting all our lives and I must admit we were very dubious about taking this holiday. We needn't have worried, from the airport to the hire car and getting around the island, everything felt really safe. Everyone wears masks when it and about unless eating or drinking. The bars and restaurants all had hand sanitiser stations and ask employees wore masks too 😷. All in all we had a fantastic break and would book to stay here again.

I have nothing bad to say about this villa. It’s lovely inside, very generous plot and great layout. The pool is not overlooked at all and our two boys practically became mermen! Great location, really well kitted out. I really have nothing bad to say and I’m a picky woman! We’ve never been somewhere we wouldn’t have any reservations going back to, and we definitely hope to go back to this one.

Excellent Villa
We had a superb holiday in this wonderful and very spacious villa, which is situated in an upmarket gated community. The outside space is magnificent with a large pool and patio that is totally private, not overlooked at all. The villa was spotlessly clean and contained all of the necessary facilities, including towels for the beaches. The pre-travel service from Alison, along with the detailed maps provided showing the route to the villa, was first class. We had a truly excellent holiday in the sun, staying within this villa that we would recommend most highly. Many thanks, Alison.

Lovely well equipped villa
Lovely spacious villa. Villa was very clean. Large kitchen which is well stocked with all the utensils you need. All areas were well furnished. Nice sun trap beside a very clean pool, and very private with high walls surrounding the property. Property is within a security gate for the whole complex and the area is very quiet.
Nice 30 minute walk into Playa Blanca centre and only a few minutes in the car.
Had a very relaxing week at this property and would recommend it for a good holiday.

Lovely villa, good location, great holiday
We have recently been fortunate to enjoy a four week stay at the lovely Villa Alicia.
The villa is very well presented in every way, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there, so much so that we would happily have stayed even longer if we could have !
The gardens are very private and secluded, with the pool in the sun all day. The villa wraps itself around the pool patio area, which is great as it provided shelter from the cooler north wind we had for the first week or so. The large lounge patio doors and bedroom doors all open directly onto the pool area, which give it a nice holiday feel.
The location is good, with easy access to the rest of the resort on foot by the more active, or by car or taxi from the rank just down the road. Being on a gated complex gives a sense of security which other villas in the area don't have.
Alison, the owner was very helpful during the booking process, and has provided a client folder at the villa with everything you need to know about the villa during your stay, plus information about the local area etc. Joan and Brian the housekeepers were very friendly and contactable by phone if you needed them.
The villa can be described as a home from home (except we don't have a swimming pool in our back garden and wall to wall sunshine !) All in all we would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone.

Villa as described, owner Alison had a lot of contact with us to make sure our stay went well. Nice to be away from the bustle of a hotel, did not hear a thing at night. Not overlooked and has views to the mountains.

So good we're going back again for a third time!
This was our second stay in the villa and we have already booked to go back again next year. The villa is absolutely everything it is advertised as. It is immaculately clean, well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It really is home from home but with a pool and sun. There is every possible kitchen utensil you could need, more than enough glasses, pots and pans, tableware etc etc. I can not think of one thing that we could have needed that was not available in the villa.
The villa itself is situated on a gated complex which is very quiet. It is completely private and secluded with nobody overlooking you (we have stayed in villas where you can see what next door are having for lunch!). The outside area is very spacious with a lovely well kept garden and two eating areas, both equipped with table and chairs. There is a BBQ for your use which we used on numerous occasions - nothing like dining al fresco. The pool is of a good size and lovely temperature.
The villa is situated about 20 -25 min steady walk from the main resort of Playa Blanca. However if you don't fancy the walk there is a very good free bus service a 5 min walk away at Paradise Island Hotel to take you down in to resort. There are also numerous taxis at around 4 euros down in to resort.
Playa Blanca is a must for everyone, whether you want a nice quiet meal, a stroll along the seafront or even a bit more lively bar with live music. The Marina Rubicon is well worth a visit with nice restaurants and shops. There is a market here twice a week which is busy but worth the effort. Strolling along the seafront between the main area of the resort and the Marina is a restaurant called El Olivio which saves the best risotto I have ever tasted (went back twice).
Alison (the co owner of the villa) is very attentive and informative and is on hand prior to, during and after your stay to ensure everything is fine. She has thought of everything in the set up of the villa and there is a large information folder in the villa which is well worth taking time out to look through as there is very helpful information within it.
We can't recommend this villa enough. Get going, you will not be disappointed.

Tolle Villa in guter Lage
Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sie war absolut sauber bei unserer Ankunft. In der Küche findet man alles, was man benötigt.
Der Garten ist toll und der große Pool perfekt. Nach einer Woche wurden die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche gewechselt und die Bäder sauber gemacht.
Die Lage ist gut, man erreicht fußläufig einen Supermarkt und die Haltestellen für Bus und Taxi. Alle notwendigen Informationen über die Gegend und die Unterkunft liegen in der Villa aus. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausbesitzerin lief ebenfalls absolut reibungslos und es wurde jede Frage schnell beantwortet.
Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

A fabulous family holiday in a beautiful setting

Alison was extremely helpful gathering information for our stay. Information regarding the villa was plentiful. This is the first time we have rented a villa and I have to say Alison was superb.
The villa is in a very quiet complex. We didn’t see anybody whilst we stayed - very secluded setting.
We chose not to hire a car and glad we made that decision. A 20 minute stroll takes you to the beach - lovely sandy beach. I would walk to the main supermarket approx 25 minute walk and the taxi back would be 4.50 euros. The fresh orange juice there is divine!
There’s a taxi rank and bus stop 5 minutes walk from the villa.
The villa itself is spotless. Everything you need is there. Plentiful supply of books and DVDs. A good size space and loved the fact that all the doors lead out to the pool area. The pool is like swimming in a bath. It was gorgeous and a good size. My husband enjoyed cooking us BBQs. The towels and bedding was refreshed and the pool towels was a nice touch. We hired fans for the bedrooms but I have to say the temperature drops during the evening so it was comfortable to sleep. A bonus - no mosquitoes!
We went on lots of excursions whilst we stayed. See Geoff (English man selling tickets) - he’s based right near the beach outside a shop/restaurant. Very informative. The excursions were superb and the guides spoke about Lanzarote from the moment we got on the bus all the way through. If we had hired a car we wouldn’t have heard all about the excursions and being on a bus (air conditioned) you jump the queues and get to see extras!! We would be picked up from the Paradise Island hotel near the taxi rank (5 minute walk). What we loved was that we would be first pick up and first drop off! The locals are so lovely especially to children. The beaches are in coves and never over crowded. We loved Marina Rubicon and went out for dinner a few times. Beautiful setting for photos and a lovely atmosphere. We felt very relaxed and safe on Lanzarote and loved Playa Blanca. The villa will make your stay enjoyable and if like us you won’t want to leave! Thank you Alison. 😊�

Villa Alicia was all that it said it would be - quiet location, perfectly secluded, very well appointed and presented, just perfect for what we had been looking for. A little suntrap oasis in which to enjoy the Lanzarote sunshine!
Alison, the owner, was very diligent, both with the written instructions regarding the property - where to find it, all the combinations for locks etc, all that we needed to know about using the facilities, and the night before we departed phoned in person to make sure we had no questions, and to wish us a good holiday. A nice touch, and great customer service.
Once in the Villa, it was spotless, in excellent condition, and lacked for very little, which is always a good sign! The furniture was of good quality, there was no shortage of books, CDs and games, and the lounge, with its double aspect was airy and spacious. The bedrooms were comfortable - one en-suite and the other with a family bathroom, and there was no shortage of hot water for showering etc.
The swimming pool, though not too big, was more than adequate for a cooling dip, and again, it was spotless and in excellent repair.
The location was very quiet, within a gated community, totally private and not overlooked in any part, but not too far from the main strip of Playa Blanca. Although we had a car, there was a good bus service and plenty of cheap taxis to get out at night.
Although we didn't go out a lot to eat, the fresh fish shop opposite the main ferry berth was always worth a look - very reasonable ( 1 Kg of king prawns €10 !) and with a wide choice, and our favourite restaurant, "Port of Call", down near the lighthouse was as good as ever.
We had high expectations of Villa Alicia, and we were not disappointed - a great holiday and, hopefully, we will be back!
Would I recommend this holiday rental to my best friend? Undoubtedly! We will be re-booking for later in the year

Great holiday at Villas Blancas
We have stayed at this villa before so everything was very familiar.
We chose to come again this time because we remembered how comfortable, quiet and secluded the villa is. We were there for 3 weeks this time and had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. The location is great being within easy reach of the town centre with its good choice of restaurants and shops, as well as other local areas such as Faro Park, Dorada beach, and the Marina, with it's twice weekly market. (go on a non-market day too. Its lovely.) If you want to be really lazy, there are other local shops you can walk to, so you can relax on the expansive and very private patio, dip in the lovely pool, and generally chill. You can really get a way from it all here, although, if you really have to, free wifi is available 5 minutes down the road at a local hotel. It is also easy to explore further afield with a car as it is only a few minutes drive to the main road. You can drive to the far north of the island in an hour. If its peace and quiet you want but with easy access to leisure facilities, we recommend this villa.

Spacious, clean, well equipped villa
Lovely spacious, immaculate, well equiped villa.
Myself and my mum stayed here for 9 nights, had a lovely relaxing, very comfortable holiday.
The villa sits in a very large plot and is not overlooked and was unbelievably peaceful.
Local pub and supermarket couple of minutes walk away, probably 25/30 minutes into centre of Playa Blanca, which we did and taxi back less than 4 euros. Having said that the villa is so well equipped and comfortable we didn’t feel the need to venture too far!!
Alison is a pleasure to deal with and is a very courteous and concerned rental provider.

Private & ideal for Us
I have mobility issues and this property allowed me to use my lightweight mobilty scooter in most rooms and outside. The villa is secluded despite being in a gated complex. We enjouyed breakfast on the terrace and spent a lot of time in the pool.

Excellent!
Extremely well presented and fully equipped villa in a convenient area. Very comfortable home from home. Great to not need a hire car as it is within walking distance of amenities and if you don't want to walk the bus service passes by every half an hour - and if you don't want to go by bus then there are taxis in abundance at a ridiculously reasonable rate.

Spacious, homely villa with great pool
We had a great 10 night stay at Villa Alicia in late October. The villa is on a gated estate, in a large plot. The villa itself is also very spacious inside and this extends to the pool, which was great for our two children, 7 and 3. Alison, the co-owner, was very informative during the booking and pre travel. The villa is easily walkable to lovely beaches and the town, although we had a hire car, which made life very easy with children! I'd definitely recommend this villa as a great base for a relaxing holiday and to explore Lanzarote.

The owner Alison is very obliging and a very fine contact. Our family was very suprised about the villa. On photos in the web or catalouges always everything looks nice and pretty but when we arrived at Villa Alicia, everybody began to smile from ear to ear. The Villa is really beautiful, clean and a lot space für 4 person. Everthing present which is needed and even much more. Detailed information about the house and the environment are available.
The extinct volcano behind the house is perfect for a walk, bike tours flat as well hilly and the most points of interesting are attainable in short time.
We will recommend this stately home in every case.
