This is a great 2 bed property. It is very well equipped and the owners have thought of everything. The property itself is very clean and comfortable. The loaction is fantastic.

This is a great 2 bed apartment with everything you need for a stay in Aldeburgh. It is exactly as it’s described online and is really spacious, clean, tidy and comfortable for 4 people and a dog. We have had a wonderful break so thanks very much to the owners.

Amazing place for our small family. After visiting Aldeburgh many times previously and only staying at hotels, this was by far the better experience. We loved it there - even the dog was sad to leave!

A wonderful property containing everything you could possibly want. It’s extremely clean, comfortable and cosy. A great location; so near the Town Steps, the High Street and the beach. This was our second visit and we hope to make it an annual event.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay here. The location was great as it was 10 mins walk to the start of our race and when we'd finished it was up the steps to the house. Quiet neighbourhood, a home from home. We'd definitely come again, but without having to run a race!

The apartment was exactly what we wanted. The location virtually at the top of the Town Steps was unbeatable. One bad weather afternoon could have done with access to streaming app but a minor problem.

From start to finish the whole booking process was so easy and the flat was spotless, large and very well equipped. The location was perfect and parking was easy. My 92 year old Mum found moving around the property very easy. It was lovely and warm and the heated under blankets were an added bonus. Thank you - we will be back

We are seasoned travellers and this accommodation and location is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in. The apartment was just gorgeous and like staying in someone’s home. As other reviewers say it was clean and comfortable. It was well equipped and perfectly placed for the lovely High Street shops, cafes. pubs and restaurants and of course the beach! We’d love to revisit another time.

Spacious property very comfortable. Dusting needed on chest of draws in bed room 2 and underneath chairs and side tables, this was very noticeable on arrival. Kitchen and equipment spotless.car parking difficult at times.

This is a great well equipped apartment located just off the high street.

We had a super stay at this apartment in the heart of Aldeburgh. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms beautifully furnished. There is a great size garden accessed via the back door that is fully enclosed and safe. It's also just a short walk to the high street and beach. After my morning swim I could walk home and have a shower easily. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a short stay in Aldeburgh.

This is a very comfortable, spacious and well equipped flat, in a good location - a stone's throw from the top of the Town Steps and therefore within easy reach of the High Street and Beach. Heather is a very responsive and helpful host.

Perfect break!
Absolutely lovely 3 day break in this very charming flat, everything we needed was there and very clean. Host was superb and we definitely want to return next year. Location is brilliant, so close to the main high street and salt marshes, which my dogs loved!

Wonderful seaside break
We had a fantastic stay at Heather's flat. It was even better than the listing photos. Well equipped, clean, very near the beach and town centre, easy parking and quiet.
The only negative for us was the beds which could have been more comfortable.
Would definitely return and recommend.
