Very cozy room with a private bathroom in the center of Cosenza. We didn't meet the host personally, but we played a "treasure hunt game" by phone with him - that was how to find keys to enter the house and the room. I was a little confused at first, but then I had fun with this "game". In the morning we had a simple breakfast (coffee and croissant, included in the room price) in the nearby cafeteria where we left the keys. We were happy that we could use private parking behind the fence (we had to pay additional 10 EUR).

I only did a one night stop over. It was perfect! I called when I arrived (after 10 pm) and I was talked through the entrance procedure. Room was nice, private (large) bathroom, mini fridge, bottle of water, comfy bed & pillows. Was walking distance to the bus station, shopping blvd, the river with historic buildings and a flea market! Breakfast voucher for a Cafe across street (best latte in Italy so far).

Very nice place, just in the center of the city! There is no receptionist, but the process of check in is very easy. Very good price/quality relation

Owner is very friendly. He help us contact local relative and let us to meet. We got sick, and he help to arrange a taxi to train station. Facilities is quiet, clean, show is very good. Closed to shopping and dinning. There is one bus stop(come from train station) closed to front door.

Great place to stay for a great value. Very clean and comfortable and my room had a great bathroom. Had air conditioning and heating. Wifi was very good, high speed the whole time, and you get a voucher for a free coffee and baked good at a cafe nearby. Even came with a couple drinks in the fridge. I would reccomend this place to anyone, would be great for couples, but I was just solo traveling with friends who stayed elsewhere. Friendly and helpful staff too!
