The villa was fantastic, and we all had a wonderful time. My only complaint was that the pool was absolutely filthy upon our arrival, with algae build-up around it. When we requested it be cleaned, we were told to wait four days until its designated cleaning day, meaning we didn’t feel comfortable using the pool at the start of our holiday. Additionally, the villa requires you to rent a car, which would have been useful information on the listing, as taxis were far too expensive for trips to town. However, buses were cheap. The property also needs information for visitors on where to put the rubbish bags. The games room is a fantastic feature of the property, and we never ran out of things to do. We would definitely stay again.

A wonderful villa that captures the essence of Lanzarote and the Canary Islands in its layout, materials and setting. Perched high on a hilltop in Los Valles very near Teguise, the climatized pool and outdoor dining area afford beautiful views of the topography in the area all the way down to Costa Teguise and the sea. The well-equipped kitchen has a large, American style refrigerator, oven, flat-top range and all necessary accoutrements. The basement has a sauna, some gym equipment, billiards and ping pong. A mirror at the end of the drive could help with merging out into traffic as the view is slightly limited. Host was responsive with inquiries, but the whereabouts of the pool skimmer remained a mystery. Excellent experience that left our family and friends (attending our wedding banquet) with magical memories.

needs some attention and some investment. Villa is great , perfect position if you want a quiet break, as it is in a quiet area, which suited us. Beds were great with memory foam mattresses, pool beds were very good and the patio is enormous, kids will have great time with pool table, table tennis & Fuzball.

We were a group of family and friends. The villa is big and very spacious. The pool was fantastic. Communication from the villa manager was very good, any questions were answered quickly.

Spacious family villa
We booked this villa for two weeks to accommodate all of our family for a holiday during which our son got married. It was perfect for the family coming and going. Plenty of space and everything you could need. The children loved the games room in the basement - as did the Dads! The pool was perfect. Loads of outdoor space with magnificent views! Just a five minute drive to Teguise and 20 minutes into Costa Teguise. Ideally situated for sightseeing. Perfect family accommodation.

The villa sits on a slope in the village of Los Valles and has lovely views especially from the very large rooftop terrace. We were surprised when we could rent it for four people but we didn't feel it was too big for us. The central room with the two sitting rooms off it gave variety and the views from both sitting rooms were lovely. The pool and terrace were great places to relax and the pool was a comfortable temperature. We didn't use the barbecue area as the temperature dropped in the evening but in hotter weather it would be a good space to use to eat in. The villa is about 10 minutes from Teguise and only 20 from Arrecife so convenient for the airport and supermarkets. We also did a few walks in the area and it was easy to get to some excellent views from the top of the nearby hills. The games in the garage were a real bonus and if the weather had been poorer would have been good to use more than we did although we did use the room every night. So I would say the villa is ideal for a family or a couple of families who want to holiday in Lanzarote away from the beach resorts. There were several good beaches nearby and the main tourist attractions were no more than 30 minutes away by car. The only improvement we would suggest is some pool toys!

The house is spectacular and our boys could not believe we had the whole place to ourselves! They thoroughly enjoyed the space and the games room, table tennis, and particularly the sauna and the heated pool which is large enough to swim and have fun in. The terrace is enormous and the views from here and the upper terrace out over the volcanic landscape were breathtaking. The house and kitchen is well equiped and although the nights were chilly (in March) there were heaters and blankets in the living rooms and bedrooms which are off the cavernous entrance hall. I could rattle on about how wonderful this place is but I want to make sure it is available for next time as we would definitely like to return! Thankyou Julia and Josep for a fantastic holiday.

Large property
The property is very very spacious, especially the main entrance hall/sitting area; the bedrooms and bathrooms are well equipped and very big too. Julia from the management company was very helpful but not intrusive during our stay, checkin/out was easy.
Kitchen was well equipped apart from it not having an extractor fan above the hob.
The pool heating was good, a bit cold in the beginning but after that pleasantly warm. The tiles around the pool are quite slippery; there was a sign but they are VERY slippery. The steps down into the pool could have done with a hand rail, also the last step was not horizontal. The sporting facilities downstairs are a real bonus, especially the sauna. All in all a very nice place to spend a holiday in Lanzarote.

10 Fantastic days in the Sun

We have had a wonderful stay at your villa and have returned home refreshed, tanned and raring to return.
Despite the Calema from the Sahara giving us a sandy cloudy start it soon brightened up and we have made the most of the pool/patio and surroundings. Richard thoroughly enjoyed the cycling in the north of the island (and having so much space in the garage for tinkering with his bike!).
We visited Cesar Manrique's home/museum in Haria and recommend it to all your visitors as it explains so much as to why Lanzarote remains such a gem rather than having been ruined like the south coast of Spain.
The space at the villa was superb and not overwhelming despite our small party of 3 !!
We cannot wait to return with the rest of the family to share its idyllic location with them.

Family holiday
Lovely house,was disappointed sauna didn’t work and gym equipment broken but I suspect you were not informed. We hadn’t realised sauna was fixed till we left. Had a lovely holiday, kids loved pool especially. Thank you for use of your house.

Xmas holiday
It was a great location if you need to keep all of your teenagers in one place, great space and would recommend an Xmas break in the property. Maintenace could of been a little better but when we had an issue with the pool and DVD player the maintenance guy was very prompt to sort.

Magnificent holiday home.
We have been to Lanzarote numerous times over the years and stayed in some beautiful villas. Finca Bellavista tops them all.
What a magnificent property. The house is sits in the stunning location of Los Valles up a hillside. The views from the terraces are jaw dropping and showcase the magnificent vistas of this stunning island. The house is so spacious, the main atrium living area when you enter is absolutely beautiful. The online pictures do not fully show just how fantastic this home is. The home is very clean and well maintained and there is enough room for everyone.Jaime the owner responds very quickly to any questions and he is very helpful. I would like to thank him personally for arranging flowers for my wife for our wedding anniversary.

Fantastic villa
The property is a lot more spacious than the pictures show, plenty of room for large parties. It’s well equipped throughout, plenty to do with the games room downstairs and the pool. Views are amazing especially from the upstairs balcony. Location gives privacy but it’s not far to village shops. Would recommend it to anyone going with a large family.

Amazing house!
We stayed at Finca Bellavista as a combined celebration for my husband’s 50th birthday and son’s 18th. There were 6 of us and so we had lots of space (it still would have been spacious for twice the number of people!) we had wanted something special and we certainly got it! The views are amazing and it is very quiet apart from the birds tweeting and occasional dogs barking. The pool area is very large and next to an undercover barbecue area which we made good use of. Plenty of sun beds for everyone. The pool was warm and large enough to swim in. Apart from the large central atrium there are three lounges, and a games room with pool table, table football and a sauna - plenty to keep everyone occupied and lots of space if you want to spread out. You do need a car but Teguise is only a few minutes away and nowhere is that far to go on Lanzarote. Overall the house was very comfortable but at the same time provided us with the special feel that we were looking for. Highly recommended

Outstanding property , very quiet location , amazing views .
We all loved staying at this property . Most definitely the biggest villa we have ever stayed in . Kids loved it , adults loved it . We have stayed in lanzarote many times and love the island . I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family if they are looking for a quiet relaxing break . Thank you for our stay . Fabulous villa away from it all but easy to get to from airport.
Huge villa with plenty of room for a family of five. Lovely pool which was enjoyed by us all. Excellent location only 25 mins from airport and 8 mins from nearest town, but feels well away from touristy areas. Great beach 20 mins drive away at Famara. We would love to visit again. Many thanks.

A lovely spacious villa in a beautiful peaceful location
This villa has a huge central room with two living rooms, a kitchen, dining room and bedrooms leading off it. All of the bedrooms were a good size and nicely furnished. There are 2 further bedrooms and a third living room upstairs. There are 4 bathrooms so no queuing! There is a large terrace with pool leading off the dining room with beautiful views. The terrace has a large brick barbecue. There’s a second spacious terrace at first floor. Plenty of sun loungers are provided.
My only minor criticism of this lovely villa is that the kitchen could do with a little updating

Beautiful Villa "Lanzarote"
Me and my wife and child stayed at this villa for two weeks and it was amazing there was everything you would of needed there also was lots to do to keep you occupied even our 4 year old some was occupied. It is well worth the price only problem is the photos don't show how amazing this place is less 5 minutes in the car is a lovely local village with shops and restaurants and 15 minutes in the car is costa taguise were there are shopping centre and tourist local attractions. There are lots of trips and things to do in lanzarote we will definitely be going back and staying at this beautiful villa definitely recommend Thankyou very much .

Very spacious villa with nice view.
The house is very large and has everything you need. We were a party of 11 and fit very comfortably, we could have accommodated a couple more easily. All kids ( aged 6 to 14) had plenty to play with and were quite happy to stay home. We did not manage to use the pool but in summer time it is probably very pleasant.
The house is in a quiet area, centrally located with everything accessible by car.
We definitely recommend this house and would return if travelling to Lanzarote again.

Superb giant house with beautiful views
Excellent stay in this very large nice house located in Los Valles. We were 3 families with 7 children including 2 babies and the house was big enough for all of us.
Well equipped (we just had to ask for an oven dish which was delivered the very next day).
Beautiful views from the terrasses (pool and upstairs terrasse).
The only negative points are : the treatment of the pool which is very strong and the quality of the beds which could be better for such a lovely property.

Better than it looks in the pictures
The villa is huge! There are rooms everywhere. Its so comfortable and the pool area and BBQ are lovely. The pictures really do not do it justice. We all fell in love and are definitely going back next year

Fabulous villa
8 adults stayed for 11 nights in this huge villa. Pool was great and kept clean during our stay, the games room and exercise equipment was a hit with all ages. The view over the valley was incredible, which we had from the pool area or you could go out onto the upper veranda area and get an even better view. We had everything we needed, all kitchen gadgets thought of, together with a washing machine and outside drying space. There is a separate kitchen, bedrooms and sitting area on the upper floor if two families want privacy.
A car is essential as the villa is rural but the roads are great for exploring the island. This is the first villa we have booked as we previously stayed in hotels on an all inclusive basis. The privacy and space means we will be booking villas for our future holidays and would love to come back to Villa Bellavista.

Beautiful home which caters for everyone.
This property was exactly as described and then more.
Upon arrival you truly get to understand & be amazed by the size of the whole property.
It was just my partner and myself staying for one week. This would happily suit couples, families or a large group of friends.
Swimming pool (heated to a good temp throughout), plenty of parking, pool table, table football, small gym, sauna, HD TVs, dishwasher, BBQ area... I mean, what else could you request from a holiday home in Lanzarote?
Jaime is very professional and friendly.
I would highly recommend staying in this property, and will look forward to once again in the future.

Impressive villa
The house is situated in a very quiet area (apart from the barking dogs!) the pool is excellent, especially for children, nice temperature without being to warm. Loads of space in the house and everything is available for use including the sauna and the garage (keep your hire car cool!)
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The best supermarkets are a 20min drive away so a car is essential.
We had a great time at the villa definitely recommended.

Great Villa , good position , very quiet
stayed here for 7 days , just 2 of us, great property with 4 twin bedded rooms 2 doubles all on ground floor with a double and twin upstairs which has its own kitchen. There a few steps to climb to get to the front door but it is possible to enter from the rear.Kitchen well equipped , beds comfortable, plenty of sun beds by the pool . We believe to owner is adding a pool table and a football table very shortly .
