Die Nähe zur Altstadt und zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Wenn man etwas geräuschempfindlich ist, können die Geräusche der nächtlichen Alstadt Heimkehrer gelegentlich etwas störend sein. Das schreibe ich aber nur, weil ich persönlich sowieso sehr schlecht schlafe. Die Duplexgarage ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und für große Fahrzeuge ungeeignet.

Communication was not too good. There is no direct email to the host, except the one for booking.com which kept bouncing back. Secondly, the telephone was never picked up two weeks before my trip. It was only picked on my arrival day. So I was so worried that the place might be unavailable. I suggest communication should be smoothened between the host and the clients. Despite this, we really enjoyed our stay and will highly recommend it to anyone visiting Freiburg.

Apartment was quite warm even with all the blinds down during the day. But the fan worked really well.

The apartment is great for a couple, it is comfortable, cozy, lightful and we found it utterly clean. It is only a couple blocks away from Hbf, so it is a practical option when arriving in a late train journey. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The host was friendly and allowed our late check out.

Great place and conveniently located near central city. Very quiet and clean. The owner was very kind and helpful.

It was a very good located and clean place. The bright and nice equipped living room gave me the feeling of being in the right place to get my relaxing time. I'll for sure come back soon. Thanks a lot for the great stay!

Excellent Location W-lan KitchenAid

The Bed wasn't comfortable, Bathroom door was not close fully, Kitchenware were not clean ( Microwave, water heater, Toaster...), wardrobe can not be opened fully ( closely to the bed) No curtain to the two small windows

Nice size suite with comfortable furniture and bed Very walkable to every thing you will want to see

Got very noisy on the street on the weekend
