It doesn't look like a 4 star hotel, maybe 3 star. The room window worked badly, it was really hard to close/open. The room looks outdated. The breakfast is really bad, cheap low quality cold cuts and cheese, scrambled eggs I couldn't touch, tasteless vegetables, awful coffee. Also, I arrived at 8 pm and had to check out at 10.30 am next morning, so I couldn't acces the spa area, as it closes at 8.30 in the evening and opens for swimming at 11 am in the morning. That was inconvenient because the only reason I booked this hotel was to get some swimming before work :(

The Hotel is very well organized. There were a lot of senior German tourists. I am sure that in the summer prices are very high for this location. Since I was visiting in off-season in mid-September the prices were quite good for a room which also included buffet breakfast and 1 hour free Spa entrance. Make a reservation at the Spa in time, so you won't miss it. The room was very well equipped, spotlessly clean. 1 hour in the Spa is more than enough to try the hydro massage, sauna, hot water pool, etc. Breakfast was very varied, so everyone could choose to their taste. I also had a fish dinner, it was a pleasant surprise, the fish was super-tasty and fresh. All-in-all a very nice place to visit.

The hotel does not have private parking, so you have to leave you car on the street, where parking is free, but it did not feel that safe to be honest. In the close proximity of the Hotel there were a lot of stray dogs. If you go for a walk to the beach in the morning some of them follow you, again I don't know how safe it would be for instance with a small child. This is not the Hotels fault, the local authorities should do something about this. The mini-bar was empty, please put at-least water in the fridge. At breakfast there is an orange and apple juice machine. If I were the manager of the Hotel I would get rid of it as soon as possible. The drinks from that machine are barely drinkable, even if you change it to the cheapest juices you can buy in stores, you would be much better of.

Everything exceeded our expectations: - the location - close to the beach (literally only some stairs away from the beach) - the room's view from the balcony - restaurant and garden area - perfect places to take meals - the food really tasty and I would say there are options for every taste - spa area very clean and luminous

Modern hotel in a great location. Few minutes walk to the main strip and beach. Food is great and service in the restaurant was brilliant. Spa is very nice.

My bed was very hard and the air conditioning was noisy. We got over charged as we upgraded to a apartment and got charged for the food again which was over £100 extra. Woman that calculated firstly was adamant it was correct even though me and then my wife went to double check on separate occasions . on the third time querying the bill with a different person at the front desk she said we got over charged. We where not the only people over charged as a couple in front got a €50 refund. Double check bill if making changes when on arrival. We booked via booking.com originally than made changes on arrival. kids only allowed in pool between 12-13:00 and 17:00-18:00. checkin is very late at 18:00. We will not be staying again.
