Air-conditioned Villa with WiFi and Heated Private Pool in Beautiful Garden
Cette villa climatisée de 2 chambres /1 salle de bain (5 couchages) avec grande piscine privée (8mx4m) dans un jardin bien entretenu est située dans la belle région de Las Fuentes d'Alcossebre. La piscine privée peut être chauffée à 28 degrés Celsius (du 01/06 au 01/10) si elle est réservée au moins 7 jours avant l’arrivée. Chauffage en dehors de cette période, sur demande à 100€/semaine. La villa offre également l'accès à une grande piscine communale et un court de tennis et est à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la belle promenade, phare, plages, supermarché, mini-golf, parc naturel Serra d'Irta, restaurants, bars, boulangerie, .. mais dans une rue très calme et très résidentielle. La villa est bien équipée avec climatisation, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, TV, lecteur DVD, wifi, barbecue, lit d'enfant, chaise haute, machine à laver ... Il y a 3 terrasses (1 fermée, 1 ouverte, 1 terrasse ensoleillée) donnant toutes sur le jardin et la piscine. De la terrasse ensoleillée, vous avez une belle vue sur les montagnes, parc naturel, maison de lumière et une petite vue sur la mer. Draps, serviettes, serviettes de plage, ... sont également fournis. La villa est fournie propre, et sera nettoyée pour vous au moment du départ. La villa est une propriété non-fumeur. Si vous le souhaitez, nous avons également un quai dans la marina (15 min à pied) qui peut être loué pour 70 euros / semaine. (Reg. We had a great time in Alcossebre! The house is ideal for a family of 4-5 people. The pool helped us cool off, which is necessary because the high humidity made it feel even warmer than it already was. And otherwise there was still the air conditioning, which did what it was supposed to do perfectly. The accessories were also nice: bicycles, air mattresses and toys for the pool, etc. Highly recommended!

Fantastic property and in superb location. Enjoyed every minute of our break and the property made the stay so much better.
The house was clean and tidy and had all the things required to make the stay more than comfortable. Checking in was great and easy.
The pool was superb and so nice to be able to take a swim whenever we wanted to cool off
I would totally recommend staying here and we will certainly considered it for any future stays in Alcossebre
Easy access to town and the resturants and beanches. 20 mins from Castellon Airport so travelling was easy to.

I have stayed in this area for many holidays and this villa is the best overall by far. The villa itself is very well equipped with everything you could ask for. The garden was lovely and the pool excellent! The location of the villa is prefect. It is far enough out of the centre to be quiet but close enough to enjoy the many great restaurants and the atmosphere in the centre. We will be booking for next year.

Sehr schöne ruhige Villa mit vielen kleine Extras
Die Villa liegt am Rande einer sehr ruhigen Gegend ca. 500 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Der Vermieter hat uns freundlicherweise eine sehr ausführliche Beschreibung über das Haus und die Umgebung geschickt. Dadurch konnten wir den für uns passenden Strand sofort finden und mussten nicht eigene Urlaubstage investieren, um den richtigen zu finden. Das sparte wertvolle Urlaubstage.
Besonders angenehm fand ich, dass der Vermieter an alles gedacht hat. In der Villa hatten wir Dinge vorgefunden, die man oft gerne vergisst mitzunehmen. (z.B. ein Inbusschlüssel, um die Sattelhöhe der Fahrräder vor Ort anzupassen, sowie Luftpumpe und Flickzeug.) In keiner anderen Unterkunft habe ich mich so wohl und "zu Hause" gefühlt wie hier. Die Unterkunft als auch den Vermieter kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Perfect location
The villa is beautiful and well equipped for a family, the pool is a lovely bonus as are all the pool toys and bikes. The beds were comfortable and with the covered terrace there’s plenty of space for everyone. It’s a few minutes walk to the beach and possibly 10 - 15 mins to the centre. In November it was very quiet but I imagine it’s a hive of activity in the season.
We hope to visit again.

We had a wonderful week in Herwig's house in mid-October. The house is large and spacious with two living rooms and two bathrooms and a fine kitchen. In the garden the pool is heated and has a good size. In the garage there are bicycles and a whole lot of bath toys, diving masks and air mattresses for the pool. My youngest daughter of eight years had a party. The beds are good and everything works perfectly. The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area on the outskirts of town, only five minutes walk from a perfect little beach and ten minutes walk from the town center. It's all to top marks.

Perfekt!
Als „Dauergast“ in Alcossebre waren wir erstmal bei Fam. Jacobs zu Gast und aufs angenehmste überrascht. Ein tolles Haus, sehr geräumig, hell, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich für einen Ferienaufenthalt so wünscht. Vielen Dank für das tolle Ambiente!!

The owners have been extremely helpful and attentive throughout the process of booking and staying. The accommodation is excellent and in a very peaceful location. Pool is very welcome but the local beaches are gorgeous too.

High quality villa
Just had a wonderful week at this beautiful villa. Located in a quiet street on the outskirts of Alcossebre . Easy to find and close to local amenities, shops, supermarket, beach and restaurants. Owners were very friendly and met us on arrival, kindly helped with our bags and showed us around the villa. Villa really is lovely, clean and in very good condition, shower is great, pool fabulous, all facilities very good. Highly recommend. Thank you

Stunning villa for a wonderful, relaxing family holiday!
We stayed at the villa for 7 nights, (2 adults and 2 children, 13 and 10 years old). The villa is extremely well equipped and the owners very attentive if you need help. The rooms are all perfect and the pool is fantastic. We enjoyed visiting the local town and beaches, the nearest beach was a short walk away (Cala Blanca) where you can swim or snorkel. Day trips are within easy reach....the kids loved Aquarama water park in Bencassim, L’Oceanographíc aquarium in Valencia was superb, and visit Peñíscola at night time and climb up to the restaurants by the top of the castle. All in all it was a fabulous place to rest, enjoy the coastline and recharge our batteries!..... and thank you to the owners who made it all so easy.

High quality accomodation, perfect for our small family
Just returned from a two week stay. We didn't want to leave! Lovely well-maintained house and gardens with a good sized pool. There was lots of lovely touches and attention to detail by the owners, including a welcome pack of basic food essentials on arrival and a garage full of pool toys, beach accessories and adult/child bikes. Beaches restaurants and small supermarket within walking distance. Alcossebre is a lovely small town/resort. Very relaxed and family friendly. It has all the facilities of a beach resort without being commercial or built-up. My six and eight year olds were in heaven with the pool with all the pool toys/accessories included so it was difficult to drag them away. As a result, we didn't get to see the local area as much as we would have liked. We made one day trip to the aquarium in Valencia which I'd highly recommend. Its roughly an hour and a half drive from the house. It is the largest of its kind in Europe and my kids were just blown away. The entry was expensive but worth it, we thought. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay overall and would highly recommend this accomodation.

The villa is quietly located just minutes from the Serra d'Irta Natural Park which is perfect for for an evening stroll or longer daytime ramble.It is very well equipped ,freshly decorated and extremely comfortable.The pool is lovely and with a cover made swimming in October possible.A lovely villa in a peaceful situation.

Lovely location and villa
Had a fantastic week in this villa.
The location is next to a national park which is lovely to amble to in the evenings and also the villa is close enough to walk to Alcossebre. That is if you manage to get past some of the fantastic eateries on the way to Alcossebre.
The villa is lovely, with its own pool which is actually bigger than we expected. The villa has everything required including BBQ (which you need for the amazing fish you can get from the local Consum supermarket), washing machine and air con. Beds are comfortable and kitchen has everything you need even including a juicer for all the gorgeous oranges which the area is renowned for.
The villa is on a really quiet street and sun loungers are all supplied for your lazy days by the pool in the hot sunshine. A great holiday had by all.
Herwig (the owner) was great, really helpful and attended to any questions quickly and promptly.
We love Alcossebre and would definitely use this villa again when we come back.
Would recommend both the villa and the location without hesitation.

Great villa.
Recently refurbished villa, new to rental. Had a lovely week here in what is a really good size villa in a great location. Really quiet spot right on the edge of Alcossebre but close enough to the main beaches to leave the car at home.
Villa itself was clean and spacious, with all the facilities you would expect including air con, washing machine and dish washer. Included in the price was a basic welcome pack.
Pool and villa bigger than expected, plenty of room for us to lounge and the kids to play.
Herwig very accommodating and there is a contact just up the road if there are any problems.
Definitely recommend both villa and area.
