Brand new hotel with plenty of amenities, new equipment and furniture. It was a pleasures staying here.

The kids went to work out and it closed and hour early for some reason. This interrupted a serious discussion but whatcha gonna do?

The breakfast was great! And I loved that there was parking under the building for the hotel guests.

There isn’t much I can say I didn’t like, maybe that the bed could have been a liiiiiittle more comfortable?

We took advantage of the underground parking which we were happy to use as the area above ground was very full. The breakfast was a great way to start off our day and we had a nice variety to choose from. Would definitely recommend it to family and friends needing to stay in the Rochester area.

Would recommend to have a tall toilet in the rooms. Or I would need to request a handicapped room for my next visit. Other wise I was very happy with the room.

The shuttle into downtown and the clinic made a huge difference. It was also nice to have the kitchen area too. Will be back. Being right by the trail was really nice.

The pool was very small, much smaller than it looks in the picture.

The staff was great. The shuttle drivers were the highlight of our stay. We were there for our daughters medical issues, they treated her like there own, very heart warming, They need a raise!!!!

The room & breakfast we’re not up to our expectations. The toilet was awful, one shower door wouldn’t slide, the tv channels were slim and none!!! To sum it up the shuttle drivers were the highlight of our stay. The Mayo Clinic diagnosed my daughters illness in 2 days, IIH, that the doctors here couldn’t diagnose in 2 years!

The only complaint I have is the TV and internet service provided. The TV system was difficult to figure out. The staff person did help but then I discovered that the channel offering was limited and only provide channels with lots of commercials. Also, there was no way to tell what was playing on the channels. You had to click into each and wait thru the commercials to tell what was playing and then you had to guess what show it was. I finally got so frustrated that I tried logging into the internet so I could watch shows on my computer only to discover I had to pay for internet with enough bandwidth to play video. I would have paid but it was already late in the evening and figured I would not get my money's worth so I just read a book. The staff was not very familiar with the internet serve or the TV service.

Offer a better selection of TV channels with a way to see what is on the chancels. Train staff on these services

The staff was amazing. I will stay here every time I come to Rochester. We were there for a hockey tournament and everything was perfect. They had enough room in the lobby to congregate as a group. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The heated parking garage was also a bonus!!!!

Don’t book through Booking.com!!! They had my reservation wrong, but the staff Was able to switch if for me. The rates are the same, if not cheaper by calling the hotel directly.
