everything was in good working order. This is an end unit on the 9th floor, matches the online description perfectly. Loved the location, the pool, and the beach.

The picture and description made it sound like a beautiful, tranquil beach front property. Angles of photos totally misleading. From our balcony we faced the back of hotel property with equipment, junk, bins, etc. as our view NOT the pool and beach that was shown in property photos. Inside was much more dated. So many locks to get anywhere in the property (which tells you something about the area). WORST of all was the night club across the street from all the bedrooms. It was jumping EVERY night from 10 pm until 6 am. It was almost impossible to sleep even with earplugs. I hung towels across windows to try to muffle the noise. Had to sleep with TVs on every night to cover the outside revelry. I was a zombie every day from lack of sleep. THAT should be made clear in description. Talked with owner, who did quickly repair some other issues, but nothing they could do about club. This was not a cheap rental, listed as high end, but did not deliver. I was truly embarrassed that I took my friends there. One person had to sleep on a chair in the living room because of noise. Not something I would do again. Totally misleading. I have pictures. No concession from host.

The pictures dont do justice. The beach is just steps away. Nice shower to rise off with before heading upstairs. The starter groceries were nice little bonuse. Everything was clean and well stocked.
The only issue was one corner cabinet door was off the bottom hinge. It wasnt a big issue as we didn't cook too much.
The water pressure was iffy but the temperature stayed warm. Overall a great place in a great location

This unit locates at a very convenient area. At the center of Carolina, you can walk to many restaurants, grocery stores, bars etc. It has a fantastic ocean view from the living room. Beach and swimming pool is right downstairs. The host provides enough towels, beach chairs/umbrella, and some food, coffee, and drinks to start off.
There are a few things that I don't like:
* The dinning table is not level and a bit low when used with the dinning seats
* The light above the dinning table is too dark
* All bedrooms are facing a busy street and there is a nightclub that plays loud music whole night (11pm-5am)
* Need better blinds for all bedrooms, considering the rooms are facing a street full of night life, you should use blackout and noise cancelling curtains (like some hotels do)

Nice and clean condo. Great beach location but quite a bit of late night/early morning road noise the Saturday night we arrived. Would want to have noise cancelling headphones next time and I would stay again. I do wish they had a code system for pool/beach access points. Only 2 fobs makes it hard for 5 people to coordinate who can go where/when. Overall we had a great time and would stay again!

This lovely 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo was just what my family needed for our trip to Puerto Rico. We are quite familiar with Marbella in Isla Verde as we have stayed in these condos before. This unit was lovely and great space. All the comforts we would need. We look forward to staying there again on future visits to the Island.

The condo was very nice. Master bed was comfortable, views to the ocean decent (building in front of unit), the starter groceries were a nice touch. Lots of restaurants and grocery nearby. The only downfall is the locals who drive down the road blasting their music and drag racing between the hours of 9pm-4am. There's also a bar across the street where people will loiter and be noisy. It seems that the windows are single paned and allow a lot of noise through. Also during our stay, there was construction that started around 7:30 am, so between the music and construction, we didn't get an uninterrupted night of sleep on our vacation. There's also some bright lights across the street that don't allow the bedroom to get too dark. Bring sound machines and a sleeping mask. The information for check-in was not extremely clear when trying to find the place in the middle of the night. a simple arial view map would have been easier. Note to arriving and renting a car: if you can get in line for your car first and have someone else wait for your luggage, you will save hours of your life.

We picked this place due to location. Amazing. 10 minites from the airport. Quick access to beach and pool. Less than 30 minute drive to Old San Juan, El Yunque rain forest. Clean, cute, great views. The eggs, milk, bread, cheese, rum, pinapple juice, bananas and coffee was an AWESOME touch. Thank you!

The noise at night was very bad. you can hear everything!! could not sleep. Could hear whispers from bedroom to bedroom. Need some heavy drapes on windows and insulation.....or something.

Me and my 4 friends really enjoyed our stay in isla verde! The location is just perfect, with tons of restaurant options in walking distance. The place itself is nice, beds were comfy and there was plenty of space to hang out in the living room. And the host had left some snacks and drinks for us which was really nice after a long day of traveling. Getting around the building itself with all the keys and fobs was a little annoying after awhile but it looks like that’s just pretty standard for that area. I would say the building was pretty loud based on the construction right outside the unit and the street noises but it stopped pretty early in the evening. We were mostly at the beach anyway. One more thing was the lack of privacy in the bathrooms- it kept feeling like someone could see in which was kinda uncomfortable. I will say having chairs and a cooler for the beach was super helpful for us. Overall we all had an awesome time and really enjoyed our stay here!

If you are looking for space for your group close to the beach and with a pool, this is it! Property has a lot of beach items so you don’t have to rent, beautiful pool, and the beach is awesome. Cool perks is the house was stocked with a “starter pack” with beverages and food to get us started.
I would definitely stay here again. We had 9 people and were comfortable.

We had a great time in Puerto Rico. The weather was beautiful. The condo had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. Awesome views and easier to figure out where to go by the second day. Hope to come back in the future!

Space - the isle verde area overall has street noise and you can hear the airplanes take off since so close to the airport - but overall a great spot. (I do agree with a previous renter and would recommend replacing the bathroom doors. An easy fix and lack of privacy was surprising) weather was amazing and we had a wonderful week with friends and family.

The location was great! The property was spacious and clean. The communication was excellent. The property needs minor repairs but this wouldn’t prevent us from staying there again. Overall we were satisfied!

The property was very nice, I will recommend to others. The only 2 issues:
- the apartment needs to be fumigated for roaches (saw a few)
- the large sofa is sunk in and it’s difficult to get up & when you sit on the chaise lounge it leaves lint on your clothes.

Awesome location, great condo, would stay again!
The condo is as advertised, cozy, very well stocked and in a great location! The management team is easy to access, responsive, and thoughtful. I traveled with my husband snd 3 kids and everyone enjoyed the home.
The only thing I would warn of, is that the condo is on a main busy road. Again, great access to everything, but also meant it was noisy outside (until later at night and sometimes early in the morning). I recommend they consider noise reducing blackout curtains. Having said that, I still give 5 stars for the great service and well stocked condo. Would stay again!

Great location!
We spent three nights here in June 2022. Loved the size of this condo and the views. We really appreciated that there was a cooler in the condo to take with us on day trips and to the beach. The beach chairs were also really nice to have! A couple of boogie boards would be a great addition to their stash of beach toys.
The beach in front of this unit is really beautiful. I'd love to return and spend more time here.
One note for the owners: Our first time trying to get into the condo complex was very confusing. I think that providing a map showing where the gated entry is along with some explanation of how to get in and out of the parking garage would be really helpful.

It should be noted that it is on a loud Main Street so if you are looking for a peaceful quiet condo this isn’t it. The beach was pretty nice and convenient. There is a ton of security which is good but also let’s you know it’s not a super safe atea.
