Dump !!!

Arrived at hotel,only persons around were the plumbers (2) and two trucks they were working on the rooms,water was just turned back on. No one at office to meet us,1 plumber contacted lady who I talked to on his phone , I told her I was not comfortable staying there as there were zero other guests at the hotel !!! She said she understood and my card would not be charged. Way a shit hole !!! Went on down the road to other accommodations, did not stay at Swollen Inn !!!

I LIKED THE LOCATION AND IT WAS VERY PEACEFUL

THE WALLS ARE SUPER THIN STAFF HAD A LITTLE ATTITUDE

Very loud

It was very loud you could hear everything from the people next door till after midnight you could hear the vehicle was running outside your door all night long could not even sleep

Even though located next to a well known, very busy bar, it was very quiet area. Also, we were arriving late in the night so called to let them know we were still coming. Payment was taken over the phone and instructions for room key were texted to us. Very easy to access the lockbox, retrieve our key and open door to toasty warm room.

Dawn was an exceptional hostess and we enjoy the fact that room was clean and well kept. It was a wonderful experience.

I have not complaints.

I very much liked how clean everything was and how friendly the staff were. The friendly staff, the great parking, the air conditioner worked fabulous. I was not expecting a full size refrigerator and to my surprise it had one.

I think with upgrades it can be an even better place but the people who are running this place know what they are doing and treat their guest great!! They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of.

Nothing.

Having to find another place to stay at 8:30 at night due to being seen naked by workers & accused of smoking in the room when we don’t even smoke!! Literally cried all night because I have never felt more targeted & embarrassed.
