beautiful views

needs some updating.

The apartment was very clean and had all the items you could need. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. The views of the ocean, Lanai, and Molokai can't be beat.

This isn't really a dislike. There is no air conditioning but there are fans and there is an excellent breeze. Without the A/C, it is much easier to listen to the waves.

Loved the location! The room was absolutely amazing. The ocean breeze and view made the room very pleasant.

Gorgeous views from this corner unit! We enjoyed watching sunsets, peoplewatching, and even turtles from the balcony. Kitchen, washer/dryer, and BBQ (shared) were nice. We never used the pool since the beaches are right there. This condo is located halfway between Kaanapali and Kapalua resort areas. Hololani is walking distance to Maui Brewing Co, a coffee shop, snorkeling store, gas station, and McDonald's. There are also board games, beach chairs, and pool noodles to use.

Privacy was a little lacking. The 1st bedroom has 3 doors - sliding door to the balcony, a sliding pocket door (doesn't lock), and a folding screen (doesn't lock). There's also another sliding glass door to the balcony on the living room side. If people are hanging out on the balcony you can hear everything. The 2nd bedroom is more private. There are 2 full bathrooms but you have to walk through the bedrooms to get to either one. This was ok since I was with family, but definitely something to consider for your group. If you have someone sleeping on the pull-out couch it could be awkward enough to consider a different option.

Location and size, layout were great

The property and unit felt rundown and dated. The screen door was covered in a thick layer of dust. Overall cleanliness was just ok. Furnishings felt old and I didn’t really want to touch anything.

Beautiful location, very comfortable. The pool was great. Not too crowded. Loved watching the turtles.

TV was difficult to turn on.

View was amazing, not direct sun but could see the sunset and watch the turtles swim. Very roomy easy to relax

there is no A/C which I thought it showed when I booked - it was still good opened up all the sliders and there was a nice breeze through the house. The kitchen needs to be stocked with more items - i.e. pots/pans can opener, cooking utensils. Refrigerators door doesn't always close - it will probably need to be replaced soon. But overall is was a great value for the money

Dishwasher broken. Sliding door between living room and bedroom banged constantly when closed unless balcony doors were closed. Door lock malfunctioned and waited in hallway on hold for 30 mins. Water tasted terrible. Pool not open until 9:00 am

Pretty good location. Easy in and out

No beach

Very close to the ocean, roughly 5 minute walk until your toes are in the water. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. Washer and dryer in unit is handy. Spacious living area. Plenty of closet space. Close to bars and restaurants and there is a gym nearby. Easy access to highway to get to the mall and local hangouts. Private pool available with ocean view.

No A/C. Can get hot at times but floor fans are provided which work well. Beds are a little firm for my taste. There were some ants in the rooms and kitchen.
